Excellent hotel for business travel and meetings. Good meeting rooms, very well organized and well catered.

but 2 points of improvement. 1) Very very slow check-in process with a junior employee who was very slow and unaware of most things, like how to create a company invoice, or how to make 2 hotel keys, or how much a full day parking costs in front of the hotel. 2) Parking is apparently free just around the corner of the hotel, good to know in advance.

Friendly staff and great facilities. Lots of options for day activity in a hotel same as food options which we did not use due to short, planned trip.

Not much of an issue however air conditioning which was originally set to 18° was stuck between 21° and 20°jumping the temperature every second which made it switch off and on constantly, making loud clicking noise (we just had to set it up to 21° and it stopped). Also as a common practice, double bed (more of a king size) was two single beds joined together, that's completely fine but there was nothing holding mattresses down so trying to be closer to my significant other, one of mattresses would slip a bit creating a gap between them (did fall asleep in the gap once, it was still pretty comfortable :D)

Very good location right in the center of town, on the bank of the canal, walking distance to the old town. Very nice and helpful staff. Good sized room and clean, nice bathroom. We were traveling with 2 dogs and so we got a room right next to the elevator which was perfect for fast taking them out to pee.

Dark decor and very heavy entrance door to the room, not easy to enter without using strength. However, that would not stop me from staying there again.

Hotel location is great, in the center. very close to the old town, nice restaurants and public transport.

Air-condition did not work for 2 days:( and there was no one to fix it. We were offered to change the room though, but as it was short stay we decided to wait for AC to be fixed.

when we were n the twin room with view. Also liked the fact that 2 chairs were provided. Breakfast was fine and GF bread was provided on request.

for the double room we had for 3 nights a second chair would have been appreciated - as there are 2 people in the room and only one could sit to view tv. Also for a 4 star hotel the towels were very very thin- almost threadbare.

Great location - safe, close to centre and train/bus station, all within walkable distance. Hotel is very cozy and quiet, I really recommend to get a breakfast here. Rooms have a couch to chill, size is above average, I love it!

Highly recommend! It’s not my first time staying at this hotel, and it’s always a great choice. The location is perfect, everything you need is nearby, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Nothing to complain about. Always a pleasant stay!

Very good breakfast, but it was the large room with a very comfy bed what I loved. Silent and nice mattress. Very efficient staff, quick check-in and -out.

I liked everything. It was a very pleasant stay, I must say. There was even a parking slot at the hotel's door. Very, very good stay. I would repeat.

Whenever I am in Opole I always book DeSilva Hotel. The hotel is located just 5 min walking distance from the old town. The rooms are comfy and the staff is very helpful. For a small fee you can get a very good buffet breakfast.

Nothing

A water carafe, with dispensers on the corridors, instead of bottled water, was a great idea. Loved it! The room was very spacious, with an extra couch and a desk. Very cool!

Air conditioning panel lights up the entire room when dark. Ended up switching off the AC for the night :)
