Great location in the city center, beautiful hotel, Opole ZOO not far from the hotel, apartment was clean, nicely equipped, wonderful hotel bar right in the hotel, in a quiet environment, good accessibility, possibility of parking directly at the hotel.

I rate the staff as the only fault, the lady at the reception was rude and unwilling, she even changed our apartments without even apologizing, the barmaids in the hotel bar were also rude and disrespectful. We like to go to this hotel, but the behavior of the staff discouraged us from staying in this hotel again.

Excellent personal service in every aspect (front desk, restaurant-bar, house kipping staff) very nice spa area, including choices of saunas, swimming pool, whir pool. Hotel side that I did stay is very clean. Food at restaurant-bar very good.

Better or more pillows, lack of chair and small table in double occupancy room, bathroom very clean but no shelves to put toiletry's, restaurant &bar menu very limited-specially dinner choices.

Great spa, the jacuzzi was a very good size and the water was a comfortable temperature in the swimming pool. There are 4 saunas, the whole spa area is nice and modern. The room and bathroom was a very good size, we stayed in the deluxe room for 4 people. Breakfast was ok, the restaurant is nice and spacious.

The check out was at 11 which was too early for us .

Personal service, front desk, restaurant / bar, room service, was very professional and helpful. Very nice rooms new side and SPA area was very exceptional.

Need more pillows, lack of small table and additional chair in double occupancy rooms. Menu need more polish dishes.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect easy access with the taxi, easy to explore the area. For me, this should be rate like in a 5 star hotel, more than what I expected. Receptions staff was so nice and friendly.

Very nice hotel with a 24/7 reception, always clean, spacious room and the best part is that is close to the city center. If i go again to Opole for sure i will stay to hotel Weneda. I totally recommend!!!

Great facilities and breakfast

the 'Spa' area was used more like a kids splash playground than a relaxing space. Although I appreciate this may be tricky for the staff to control, it was difficult to take full advantage of the great spa facilities.

I stayed here for one night and was very happy with this place. The room was comfortable and clean, and the spa was definitely the highlight: a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. Great choice for a short, restful stay!

Very comfortable room and clean. Nice view onto the street. Friendly staff. I came early and had my luggage held for me until I came back later that day to check in. Great location. Easy access to places I was visiting. I did no use the restaurant but hope to next time.

Loved the spacious room and the amenities were above satisfactory. The staff was really helpful and overall the experience with the hotel has always been the best one! Can't wait to visit again!

The only thing I did not expect was poor WiFi, i had an important meeting to go through but there was a very weak internet connection.
