The hotel was chosen due to its close location to the Lublin airport, up to 15 min by taxi. Friendly staff and girls at the reception, even helped drag the suitcases to the second floor. Beautiful, green area around, also there is a playground for kids) The restaurant has large portions of food, very tasty. Breakfast is not so varied, but it is enough.

Lack of the air conditioning in the room, it was quite hot at night. I understand that this is not a problem of the hotel itself, but there was a request at the reception desk to order a local taxi to take me and my family to the airport. The girls at the reception ordered a taxi, but did not explain in Polish where to go and how much luggage I have. The taxi driver was unpleasant, spoke rudely, because he does not know English, scolding me as if I should know Polish. When choosing a taxi for the future for your visitors, maybe choose another company, as it left an unpleasant memory.

Our room was sufficiently large, clean, with comfortable beds, a couch and a desk. Also the bathroom was more spacious than I would expect. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice. I note that the hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at a reasonable price, and I was somewhat stunned at how good the food was and how well is was served. I should also say that the staff were all really nice. And one more thing: we forgot to take a charging cable and the staff was able to locate one despite the fact that the plug was not the most typical. To summarise: I wish that all places I visit were like this one!

I had to have a weekend break due to being a truck driver and booked for 3 nights. The hotel is exceptional, it was a real joy to stay there. Even though they were busy with social functions each night they still had time for me. The food was really good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of room to park the truck (tractor unit only) with an electric gate for secure parking. I would love to stay there again if the opportunity came up

The breakfast was very tastefull and even the coffee was good (quite unusual in Poland). I had a double bed for single use, so the night was comfortable. The TV had a huge screen and good color quality, so watching Euro 2024 finals in soccer was a pleasure! I got two bottles of sprinkling water in the room and coffe/tea for self service.

Hard do complain on anything as everything was good. Just like a good three-star hotel.

Neat and clean, quite close to the airport and interior is more than I expected from 3-star hotel - I can tell the owners really care about this place. The staff was amazing 😭 helped with everything and supported in English ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really small things - the hairdryer wasn’t powerful enough and the damaged window in the bathroom you cannot open. The air vent was powerful to replace it though.

Location was excellent, near the airport and great access to the main road for our business travel. Room were as expected and very clean with comfy beds.

Larger bottom sheets needed for the double beds. x2 single sheets used which were irritating to sleep on as they moved too much and became wrapped up in the night.

Well located and organized. A lot of greens all around with huge parking space.

Nice room with not acceptable shower, located in the low ceiling corner. Still possible to wash yourself in direct meaning but not possible to enjoy and relax. A must to improve!

Lovely hotel. Our room was big with very comfortable bed. The staff was more then happy to accommodate our needs. We had breakfast included and food was always tasty and fresh. We also had dinner on one of the days and it was also exceptional. Overall very good experience.

Great breakfast, nice territory, have parking and the views are nice. It is quiet even though it is located near the road. We loved our stay and we will visit again if we have an opportunity.
