It was very modern and clean. I loved the fact they had a free water dispenser on the hallway where you could fill your bottle instead of buying water bottles all the time. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. You have many places to hang your clothes, to put your stuff, etc. It was right in the intersection of two important tramway and bus routes. The checkout could be extended for free and it was easy to also do a self checkout where you would just leave your key in a box. The staff was very kind and helpful. It exceeded my expectations!

The only thing that was unpleasant was the weird smell coming out of the toilet that only appeared when you would use the toilet, but if you close the lid, you don't feel it anymore.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward, with no issues at all. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating—one highlight was that they still cleaned our room later in the day after we decided to sleep in and didn’t leave until the afternoon. Really appreciated that level of service! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, though we did miss having a mini fridge. That would’ve made the stay absolutely perfect. Still, everything else was great. Location-wise, we didn’t use public transport at all. It took us about 35 minutes to walk to the city center/old town, and we actually enjoyed the walk—it was a nice way to see the area. Overall, highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be coming back for our next visit!

1) Convenient location, just a few stops from the Old Town with easy access to public transport. 2) As part of the IBIS network, the hotel is standardized and looks just like other IBIS properties - clean and consistent. 3) Early check-in wasn’t available due to full occupancy, but the receptionist was kind and offered to store our luggage free of charge. 4) Nice breakfast with a good selection of food. 5) Quiet rooms and reliable Wi-Fi.

1) Bed linens were dirty upon arrival. We asked the housekeeping staff to replace them, which they did, but their response was disappointing - one of them said, “All hotel sheets are dirty, what are you expecting?” 2) No fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient

The accommodation was great - comfortable room, bed and facilities. I did not want to stay directly by Old Town so I chose this for cost and location purposes. However, it is important to note that it is essentially in the middle of where Old Town and the "downtown" part of Warsaw is, so about 30min walk to get to either part of Warsaw. This works if you like walking and the weather is nice (though there is public transit easily available too!). Overall, this met my expectations and gave me the opportunity to explore Warsaw the way I planned! Staff were also friendly and provided good recommendations!

My first stay in an IBIS . This hotel is near the centre but close to trams , Uber, Taxis etc. Room is excellent for a 2 star clean , quiet even at the front of the building. Cleaning staff very efficient and kept the room clean and tidy . Dining is good with a very good value breakfast and a good choice of meals in the evening . I originally booked for 5 days but stayed 7 . I will definitely use this hotel again when I return on my regular business trips . The staff were excellent , very pleasant and helpful.

Parking during the day outside the hotel is difficult but there is parking under the hotel for 69zl per day

ibis Warszawa Centrum is indeed excellent hotel. The stuffs working in the front desk were all kind and gave the proper responses to every my request. The room is comfortable for long stay with appropriate space and breakfast is ultra excellent in terms of taste, volume, and variety. I would like to strongly recommend ibis Warszawa Centrum to travelers planning a rather long stay of about one week.

The location is little bit inconvenient, i.e., little bit far from the bus-stop of 175 directly connecting to the Warszawa Chopin Airport, but still 20 minutes walking distance. If you are healthy and do not dislike walking, it is OK.

I stayed there for an entire week! Good value for money. Nice breakfast, various choices and pretty good quality. The room is exactly what you see in the photos. My room was facing the street but it wasn't noisy at all. Bed and pillows were great and comfy and I slept very well.

Basically everything was perfect. If I had to pick something, I would say the fragrance in the elevator was too strong. Maybe also the location isn't the best but it's just ~ 3 mins walk to the tram station where you can easily take the trams to the center and old town.

Everything looked modern, the room was very clean. The AC in the room was a huge plus. Great location for the value, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or just a few stops away with a tram. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear any other guests from our room. Overall a great stay!

There was only one small trash can for the whole room. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned just so the trash would get taken out. But the room was cleaned every day so it wasn't a big problem. There was one blanket for 2 people, would have preferred two blankets, but it was okay. Also, the electric kettle was leaking water a bit when it was full.

I love the room. It is not big but everything is well positioned and well thought out. USB ports at bedside, racks, shelves and hooks for you to organise your belongings. International channels on TV. I love that the hotel is environmentally friendly. Water dispenser at every level. Breakfast is fantastic with some changes every day. Supermarket is just 2 min walk away.

Note that hotel is not within walking distance from the major tourist attractions as warsaw is huge (i.e. all the sights are a tram/bus ride away). We tried the hotel restaurant for dinner and the menu is quite limited and the food is quite average.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, I liked the bed :). On a big plus the water machine in the corridor on every floor, no need to buy water in bottles to have some in the room. A special room with iron and ironing board is also a nice idea.

The bathroom was in general clean, but the shower showed limescale and sediment and was not completely cleaned. When taking a shower, water spills on the floor, the door is not airtight. On the big minus, no free water in the restaurant during dinner or lunch. Since there is free water for guests in the corridors, it should be the same in the restaurant. Unfortunately the only option is to buy a bottle of water or pay for a glass of tap water.
