The location is right in the city center which makes everything accessible. The breakfast is really good, with a wide selection of local and international options. The room was big and clean, super comfortable to be in.

Our room was facing the street and there are several bars on the street blasting music until the morning. As it was a public holiday, it got extra noisy. The hotel room does provide earplugs but be prepared for a lot of noise anyhow. We booked a massage and it was mediocre despite the price which is quite high for Poland. The sauna is not that great unless you go very early so it’s empty. The space is small and they book 6-8 people at a time while they only have 2 shezlongs. It gets crowded really fast. Plus they have cameras in the sauna!?! The invasion of privacy in Eastern Europe is on another level.

Lovely hotel. Recently refurbished. Location is perfect (just off Rynek square). 10mins walk to the airport bus. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. It was two single beds together (so superking size) but with a mattress topper so you couldn't feel the devide so that was great. There were plants at reception you could take to your room which was a lovely idea. We had wonderful massage at the spa. Excellent value for money. Wroclaw itself is also very nice to visit. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The cafe/bar was quite nice in the hotel too.

Nothing. My only comment which is less than positive is the size of the spa and particularly the jacuzzi. It is for 4 people and feels too crowded and intimate for being in with strangers. We were in the spa for free as they were not fully opened yet (steam room wasn't yet opened). So can't complain for free but if I go again I'd weigh up the additional cost and want to know how many people can go in at once - it felt like more than 6 would be too many (which probably means it would be pretty expensive due to the low capacity!). The spa itself was a nice area and clean. Some clarification needed on the rules for whether swimsuits are necessary - we were told yes but some people were without. The massage was amazing so definitely recommend that.

The location was terrific, just around the corner from the old town market square. The underground parking garage has an elevator that goes into the hotel, which is convenient (you can pay for the parking at the front desk and they'll validate your ticket). The room was nice and the bed was comfy, breakfast was terrific with a large spread of hot and cold food options.

The parking was 22€ per night, but that's pretty on par with most places.

Accessibility, room size, location, cleanliness

A little bit impersonal. Functional. You could be anywhere as there was little local character. More of a business hotel.

Great breakfast, very nice interior design and the location is super convenient - would highly recommend if you like staying in close proximity to the old town.

I booked the stay in this hotel mainly for the SPA features and was only notified that it has been under construction for months and will not be available. There was no notice of that on booking and I found it pretty dishonest.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent location. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. A special thanks goes to Roman, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made us feel valued and cared for. Roman went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, and his friendly attitude made a big difference in our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The building is stunning inside and out, with a fantastic location right in the heart of my favourite Polish city. The décor is elegant, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, especially the lovely room attendants. Our room was very comfortable, spotless clean with super comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen that made for a great night’s sleep. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

This represents my second experience with this hotel chain. The reception entrance features a skylight with a seating area. The staff consistently demonstrates cheerfulness and helpfulness. The hotel's location offers convenient access to the old town and the Oder River, both within minutes. The room size and bathroom facilities are satisfactory.

However, the breakfast quality does not align with a four-star hotel rating. Space management within the breakfast area requires re-evaluation. The bread quality was unacceptable, and the cheese selection was limited. Refilling of food items was infrequent. Furthermore, the fruit quality was notably poor.

Location - very well placed on the edge of the main square. Staff were all excellent - helpful, professional and friendly. Room was nice, fairly large with enough shelf space. Wasn't expecting the fridge, so that was a nice surprise! Excellent light blocking by the curtains, and quiet air conditioning.

I was very disturbed by the noise from the street - pathetic idiots with noisy cars driving around and around being inconsiderate to everyone in the area. Not much the hotel can do about this other than improve soundproofing. I had hoped to relax in Wroclaw after 2 weeks travelling around Poland but my sleep was disturbed 2 of the 3 nights by the noise.

The hotel was unexpectedly large and modern. The room was spacious with blackout curtains, AC, and very soothing lighting. Everything worked well and made my stay very easy. The best part was the Thai Spa on the 6th floor - amazing massages for great prices - I went twice! The breakfast spread was copious with many options. And the location of the hotel was excellent; easy enough for taxis to reach, yet extremely central in close proximity to everything.

There are no midday food or coffee options. After breakfast, all restaurantation is closed until 3pm. I was hoping to have a coffee and do some work before check-in, but I had to leave the hotel for this.
