Cons Food was very repetitive and could sometimes be cold Bed was very uncomfortable Baby changing toilet was closed the 2 times i tried to use it Lift very slow Reception staff not so welcoming or helpful

It was a good location and easy to walk around and go to beaches.

Extra fees for use of the inside gym and the room safe. These should be part of the free amenities provided by the hotel.

The building is finished to a good standard. Beautifully tiled floor, decoration is lovely and very impressive reception. The facilities were great including a gym and spa. The breakfast was brilliant and good value. The rooms have well equipment kitchen, inc toaster, microwave, two ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, lots of pans and plates. The rooms had air con and balconies.

The equipment in the gym was limited only one of each machine, the spa was a bit small and although the limit was 12 if felt crowded with 6, but most of the time I had it to myself.

Our bathroom we requested a walk in shower but got a bath when we asked at reception they said they had no rooms left with a walk-in shower so for me was not good as I have a bad back and neck . The bedroom and suite was lovely Your staff are fabulous especially in the dining room can not fault anything or anyone

Very bad smell coming from the bins into the resteraunt where you sit while eating. Put me off my breakfast one morning

The hotel is clean and has a good variety of food /drinks only 20 mins walk to the beach 10 mins to strip. Beds were comfy. The indoor pool has best access from the outside not on floor 1 as it is confusing to find We would definitely stay here again though.

Best to give euros as the £100 bond otherwise up to 7 days for refund,

It is definitely worth the price we paid. Breakfast and snack bar options were quite good. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a living room area and kitchen which was great. View and balcony was really lovely.

I was surprised that this hotel has 4 stars, because it really needs more maintenance - elevators, swimming pool, spa and many other things. We had a couple massage, which was quite good - though it ended 15-20 minutes earlier than we were promised. Spa was quite small - a steam room that smelt awful, low maintained sauna and a Jacuzzi that was extremely small and cooler. It is funny, because it feels like pictures of the hotel were real, and at the same time scam. I could not decide which one was more accurate :)

Location, free parking, international guests, family friendly, big rooms and Spa facilities.

A leak in the air conditioning outside our room. We also asked for an iron three times and never got one.

Hotel located in a very advantageous area of ​​the beach and places to eat  

On the morning of 01.01.2025 (at 2:00 a.m.) when we returned to the hotel, we were surprised to find that the access card to the room did not work. We were not the only ones, I think that 70-80% of those staying had the same problem and at the reception was staffed by a single person who appeared after about 10-15 minutes (we don't know where he was). The problem was partially solved by opening the doors to the room one by one by the person who served at the reception. This problem is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel.Another problem would be the TV signal.
