The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen had new kettle toaster and microwave. There was also a coffee machine and washing machine. There was a welcome pack in the kitchen of washing up liquid sponge and cloth. In the bathroom there was a new hairdryer. The terrace was huge and furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs.

My only issue was the bed settee in the lounge area. It was very stained. I did try to clean it but it really should be put through a washing machine. And perhaps removed after each guest the same as bedding.

I stayed here for my stag do 6/6-9/6. Group of 13. The hotel was in the perfect location for the new town, about a 10 minute walk. The hotel was clean and the staff were so lovely, special shout out to Andre at the bar and the ladies at reception. Although we knew we wouldn’t get cleaning etc in our rooms during the our stay, we had no trouble getting fresh towels and toilet roll etc when requested. This was the perfect hotel for my stag do and everyone I came with loved it. Thanks again, Kenny 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

The only thing that is missing from the hotel was somewhere for snacks such as fries/burgers/pizza etc. That would be a definite money maker during the day round the pool. That being said, the hotel is 300 yards from shops and restaurants.

Our group of nine booked accommodation through the app, where it stated that a €250 deposit was required in case of any damages. However, it did not mention that this deposit would be required separately for each of the three rooms we booked. When we arrived, we tried to clarify the situation with the receptionist, but she was unhelpful and somewhat rude from the beginning. While we understand that she was following the hotel’s policies, she did not make any effort to understand our perspective as guests. Since we were a group of nine, filling out the necessary paperwork naturally took some time. Other guests were waiting, but instead of allowing us to complete the forms properly, she abruptly took them away and told us to go outside, which was completely unreasonable. That being said, the stay itself was great—the rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, with a lovely balcony. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there, apart from the experience with the receptionist.

The location and the staff were great.

We were there for 43 nights and weren’t sure what the housekeeping offering was for us. The front desk seemed to have two different answers for us. One said that we would get new towels, sheets etc every two weeks and they would change the bedding and do a clean of the apartment at the same time, the other said they would just put the new towels and sheets in our room and we were responsible for the rest. It ended up that we just got new towels and sheets, it would be nice if this policy was confirmed with the property so they could give us the correct information. It would also be nice if they did change the bedding, towels and clean the apartment every two weeks. The property worked out very well for us, just would like clarification on the housekeeping.

Very spacious 2 bed apartment with big family terrace / balcony . Large kitchen with all the amenities you need . Large living area with two big sofas , tables and chairs , to and my grandson loved the chair swing . 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and downstairs toilet. Short walk to bars/restaurants and bus stop and supermarket. Nice area .

Shower door was fiddly in one room and toilet seat lose , other room en-suite shower door had to be blocked because it would have broken ( gap between sink and door ) . Couldn’t check in until 2.30 and we arrived 9.30 , was along day after flying early . We were aware of 4 checkin but had requested early because we had grandson .

The apartment was roomy one bedroom front room lounge kitchen with a washing machine the kitchen is fully furnished but missing little things that is annoying when you notice there not there oven gloves oven dishes a heater in the bedroom an iron and ironing board its basic but comfortable and value for money we booked in late and solene lima the lady in reception was outstanding in her service for us even taken the time to show us to our apartment the list of rules the hotel had she went through with us to avoid incurring charges and checking the apartment was up to standard

The towel policy you have a washing machine to wash your towels supplied i stayed for two weeks and I only got a visit from the cleaners on my last full day before booking out i bought my own toilet paper kitchen rolls soap for the washing machine I had three separate balconies each with there own doors and furniture and drying rack. I would stay here again as its like a private apartment

That is a very nice place to stay! I have a great time., it was big apartment, clean and everything was working, the only thing was the toaster that was not working, I called them straight way they send me a new one that was perfect. I arrived late and reception was there to welcome us. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Quite nice place. Also there is a car parking that you pay inside but outside there is free car parking. It is very close to shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket only 2 minutes from them. Recommend! I will stay again.

When looking, the pictures showed 2 single beds, which I assumed was in a bedroom and the sofa bed was in the lounge. Sadly they are all in one room. Maybe that should be made clear.

The room was very clean and large, loads of room for a small family or 2 couples Only thing the shower head was loose so I soaked the shower room but I had mentioned this to reception and was quick to fix. Other wise great customer service , wish I took the gentleman name who check us in he was very helpful. This was a lovely room clean bed was very comfy. Close to restaurants, beach and local shops

The booking.com states privet parking but on arrival we was told they charge to park beyond the gates, which I thought was a little cheeky but we only stayed one night so wasn’t charged. This may need to be stated on the booking for others there is free parking out the gates that’s free.

Location is in the middle of the resort with plenty of restaurants and bars. The strip is 10 mins walk and the beach is about 15 mins walk down a steep hill. The apartment has a variety of good quality cooking pots and utensils. Washing machine very useful and a drying area.

Pool a bit small. A couple of noisy hen and stag party groups were staying and took over the pool. But you get that anywhere you can't pick your fellow hotel guests!
