On arrival, which was about 5 hours before official check in time, Valerie found us an apartment we could move in to straight away which was really appreciated.

On about the 2nd or 3rd day I called into reception to ask if the toaster could be changed as it was faulty. The gentleman on reception said he would tell his colleague. Nothing happened that day. The next day I went in again and the same person was on reception. He said he would tell his colleague claiming his colleague was on day off the previous day. Seemed odd to me that he didn't know this the day before. Nothing happened that day. The next day I went in to reception again and luckily for me Valerie was there as the toaster was replaced later the same day. She is a great ambassador for the property.

Staff where excellent. Friendly & helpful. Location is amazing, minutes from the Beach the strip & 30 min walk or a €4 euro Uber away from the old town. Great food places can be found everywhere. Overall great stay.

Unfortunately there is a building being renovated which was directly next to our bedroom and we were woke up by drilling at 8am most days. Literally sounded as though it was in our bedroom. The pool area is great, just needs more sun beds, tables & chairs. We had the same towels for duration of our stay.

Lovely little apartment, we stayed in a studio. I'd read the reviews and was dreading it, but I think people had judged the apartments by the clientele. We went in December when it was really quiet, and the apartment was really sweet. It had a comfortable bed, small but sufficient kitchen, good shower, even a fireplace (which we didn't get time to use because we were so busy squeezing every minute of beach life). Reminded me of renting little beach apartments in the 80s and 90s! Location was excellent, just 2 minutes from gorgeous sandy beaches and lovely restaurants one way, and about 10 minutes from a giant Aldi in the other direction. Only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer.

I’ll be back again! It’s so close to the beach, you can hear the sound of the ocean in your apartment. We love this area of Albufeira at this time of year: Winter time. We have had many visits over the recent years. Very much alive but not crowded. Beautiful beach's with nice shoreline walks. Restaurants and bars within a five to ten minuet walk. Uber transport within a minuet, a local bus service also in operation.

Well it’s not a “Mara-Lago!!!! It’s not GOLD plated. It’s basic, comfortable, very clean and functional. I never had an issue to complain about to the property, I have stayed many times and I’ll be back again! It’s so close to the beach, you can hear the sound of the ocean in your apartment. I can’t complain about that!

Great value for a sea view apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were adequate. Staff were friendly and location is great close to my friends bar on the strip. I have stayed many times. They allowed me to stay past the standard checkout time until my pick up at 4pm. The pool area has been upgraded in recent years and is lovely.

I extended my stay by 2 days but my apartment wasn't cleaned after 3 days so I had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. Then a cleaner came the day before I was leaving at 4pm at a bad time. I think clean towels at the 3 day mark is essential. The noise from the surrounding apartments is bad.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They made me feel at home with such an ease. The hotel is exactly what I wanted; It kept the original Portuguese charm of the algave, with the blue and white tiles and colour scheme The bed was very comfortable and the WIFI was excellent for working., teams conferences or streaming movies. The pool was welcoming, clean and refreshing with comfortable deckchairs. I could see the sea from my balcony or just stroll down 2 min to be at the beach and the shops there. The hotel it on a small hill. If walking uphill for 1 min there are more shops, restaurants and bars. I will definitely go again. Thank you for a fantastic time

We lived that it was our own little house for a few days. There were 3 bedrooms downstairs and a kitchen/ living area and balcony upstairs. We all had en suites attached to each bedroom , which was great for us getting ready. The pool was lovely, very clean too and it's very cheap at the bar. I think it was only €3.50 for a pint. We were 3 minutes from the strip, and around 5 minutes to the beach, the apartment was on a bank, we didn't mind but it is steep. There's an amazing kebab shop at the top of the bank, so it's worth the walk.

Outside area could do with a tidy up. Pool side and area surrounding it could do with a good clean & tidy up. Otherwise facilities are good. Walls and walk areas needed cleaning on the way from reception to the apartment. The large tubular cushions made the sofas for sitting on in the apartment not very comfy. Smaller different shaped cushions would make them better to sit on.

You get what you pay for, the rooms are very basic but they have everything you may need for a long weekend in the sun. The balcony was big enough to sit 4, was in the sun most of the day, and had a sea view. The pool area also got the sun all day and was nice and clean, the sun beds could have maybe done with some new cushions but they were ok. Close to the beach and close to the strip but far enough away not to be woken by noise.

There were lots of steps up to our apartment which was fine for me with a backpack but one of the girls had a big suitcase so she struggled. They take a deposit off each person so it took us ages to check out because we had to wait around for our deposit back. Lots of stag/ hen groups which may be an issue if you have gone for a quiet break.

I went on vacation with friends last minute. they had booked in august of last year and we’re staying down the road. this property was excellent for the price I paid last minute. the room was a good size with a sofa bed which was quite comfy. it was nearby to everything I needed from the supermarket (5-10 minute walk) the beach (which was a 1 minute walk at most) it was very close to the strip which was suited for getting back. Many restaurants and shops nearby. I didn’t get to stay or explore the apartments as much as I would have loved to as I had ended up waking up and going straight to my friends and then coming back at the end of the day to sleep.

I had a shower the day I had arrived and was unfortunately not warm (this could have just been my apartment) so ended up having showers at my friends location, it didn’t bother me too much as it was warm outside and the coldness was nice but I’m a big fan for boiling hot showers so was slightly disappointed. the beds were comfy but only an over sheet was provided which again didn’t bother me too much as it was hot out but a duvet would’ve been nice (you can probably request these at reception but decided to leave it. there was also construction in a separate building across the road which started every early in the morning which woke me up most mornings but that’s not something you can control
