The room was lovely and modern, very clean. Nice reception area, breakfast, pool. Felt safe and comfortable. Beds were so comfy, nice balcony. Lovely rooms. Receptionists were very helpful. Supermarket opposite is handy. Very close to the beach - 7 minute walk to nearest.

Noisy - it’s very near the new strip so can hear music and people shouting all through the night. Didn’t sleep at all the first night so bought ear plugs and then was ok. One staff member was slightly inappropriate and flirty (made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveller) but other than that, it was a lovely stay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Albufeira for five nights in March 2025, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A special mention to Daniel at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel on my husband’s birthday—they surprised us with a small birthday cake and a delicious fresh orange juice from the region. This special touch truly made our experience even more memorable. Since we visited in March, which is not peak season, the atmosphere was peaceful and exclusive, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy both the hotel and the city without the usual crowds. This made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would definitely return. If you are looking for a place with great service, outstanding hospitality, and a comfortable stay in Albufeira, this hotel is an excellent choice! I like everything but we don’t know about of peak season and we didn’t tryed the breakfast

I have previously visited at his hotel in 2022 and I asked for the same room and was given everything I asked for and more. It was a brilliant stay for the event I arrived for. The hotel was accommodating to me and the other guests who came from abroad for the event. They looked after us especially around breakfast when we all came to eat late!! Thank you Topazio 😊

The only complaint I had was the view from my room was not so appealing so asked that on my next visit that I get a view of the pool but on the same side of the building. Otherwise, overall it was a brilliant stay.

Very happy with my stay at the hotel. Great location, walking distance to the beach, strip, Kiss club and supermarkets. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Really liked that the air conditioning worked perfectly and the room got cold in no time. Everyday the room was nicely cleaned. The staff at the hotel is polite, friendly and helpful; shoutout to Edson at the reception he’s great. The breakfast was good but would have been nicer if there was some variation in the food instead of the same thing every day.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak which was a bit annoying. Also, the hair dryer in the bathroom was not working and was giving a burning smell when you try to turn it on. One of the evenings the fire alarm kept going on and off several times on the third floor. When asked reception said someone on the floor was smoking in their room but it was a bit annoying since the alarm was going off constantly and waking people up in the middle of the night.

This hotel is fabulous and the staff is what makes it. They are all so friendly and helpful, their kindness really made the trip better! I hope I have the correct name but Anastasia with the funky pink glasses was super kind and helpful! Bar staff also very welcoming. The room was perfect with lots of storage

On the Friday of my stay the nightclub was really loud across the road. That’s the only downside. Earplugs would help except I had an early flight and had a fear I’d miss my alarm.

Really friendly and helpful staff. We received an upgrade from a standard room to an apartment, which was quite more cosy. There's a coffee machine in the room (although after you finish the provided caps you need to pay for more). Although the room looked rather clean, we noticed a spot on our linen, perhaps resulting from ironing. At the reception they immediately got it changed and gave us coupons for the bar, this costs virtually nothing to them but I think shows how the staff is caring. Breakfast was not too various but was rather nice and good quality.

As several people mentioned, the hotel is in general noisy. We couldn't here the club nearby but if anyone would be chatting around the room, we would hear them quite clearly. We fortunately were not bothered too much during the nights, but this can be a problem if you get loud neighbours. Several comparable hotels usually provide more toiletries, for instance body lotion. I'm not usually needing but in summer places it could alleviate light sunburns. Considering the amount of Brits, I'm sure I wouldn't have been the only one making use of it!

Rooms were well laid out, beds comfortable, modern kitchen and bathroom, bottle of water in the room was a nice touch that you don't see much in budget accommodation Rooms were cleaned & fresh towels everyday for our stay Balcony very small but the pool area is fantastic, always more than enough beds, bean bag beds were very comfortable Food at the restaurant is not to be missed and so reasonable Best for our group was the staff at the bar, always so friendly and fun

Lighting is an issue, stairs to our apartment did not have lights and rooms are very poorly lit

First of all, the hotel smells amazing! Everywhere you go smells great, and the whole place is very clean and tidy. The location is great, close to the beach which is what we wanted. Rooms are a good size and again, very clean and stylish. Staff are very friendly too. They provide a good buffet breakfast in the morning with a nice amount of options. The outdoor space is lovely, a very well maintained garden and pool area.

The pool was freezing! I definitely think it’s due to the time of year we stayed (March) but the pool was much like an ice bath, which was a shame as it’s a beautiful pool.

Even though all the fuzz is a few minutes away, the place is quiet enough to let you have some relaxing time (in fact, there's a disco right across the street, but it's well soundproof, too). The breakfast buffet consists of a wide range of choices, from fruit, yogurt and cereal, passing through the typical continental choices, until at the far right corner, where you can get eggs, bacon, sausage and beans. They even had hash browns one day! Air-conditioning is another positive point, as they have individual machines for each room, so you actually get to decide the temperature you want to set in your room, rather than those that only make you think you have control over the thermostat. Each room has a balcony, where smoking is allowed. High pressure shower offers a good massage on your shoulders after a long day exploring the town and its places. Furniture, bathroom and TV all modern, making you feel in the XXI century.

It was all perfect during my days at the hotel, but if I had to point a negative thing, i would go with the prices at the bar. They were quite strong for Portugal (at least at the time of my staying - SEPT/2022). I mean, charging EUR 5.00 for a 33cl glass of lager (Sagres) is way out of the line for me. I wonder how much a pint would have cost... (but didn't dare to ask, though) Good job they have small refrigerators in the rooms, so I went to Lidl and got some cans of beers (Super Bock) by 56¢ the same 33cl. Apart from this over pricing issue, all I have to say is a big thanks to the great Topazio staff.
