It was very clean, the rooms were a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location too, to the old town and new town. The air conditioning was excellent and the pressure of the shower was excellent too.

The doors to the balcony weren’t sound proof, could hear all the traffic and people outside at all times of the night.

Clean, staff was very friendly. Close to the strip which turns out is not really my cup of tea. Would have preferred to be in the old town. Excellent price point in the off season.

Pool was closed during my visit which I was not aware of when booking. Shower is pointed directly at the entrance and sprays water all over the bathroom.

Location is fantastic just a short walk to the strip amd a nice walk to old town Felt very central Polite staff Nice area Nice pool ( although didn't get chance to use it due to weather ) Loan hairdryer ( we went for a few days so only took hand luggage so this was helpful) Just make sure you ask before 6.30pm Value for money

Toiletries were very sparse in little paper sachets ! Reception shuts at 6.30 pm so couldn't loan hairdryer to get ready and go out Felt clean until I looked under bed to find my brush and there were loads of tablets ? Obviously don't vacuum under the beds Towels were old and mismatch

So Clean. it was near everything staff very friendly .all staff we dealt with were so helpful The pool so relaxing for us I can say it was perfect.Definitely a place to return to. I also lost my mobile in an Uber .at the reception followed up my position and using there own mobile several times arranged for return of my mobile which I am very great full.

We liked the location,the room was of a good size and very comfortable the balcony was of a good size with a pleasant outlook

The hotel did not have a 24 hour reception although it stated there was . We were only issued with 1 key for the electric but when leaving the room the electric would turn off disconnecting the fridge the balcony was not private . We had very noisy neighbours who were constantly on there balcony which butted onto ours and looked directly into our room . The lack of 24 hour reception caused us a problem when our neighbours left music blaring then went out for 3 hours which we could do nothing about. Also whilst we were at the hotel the new tourist tax kicked in we felt that the hotel should have advised us by email in case we did not want to pay rather than tell us after we had been at the hotel for 4 days and then expecting us to pay for 3 days 1 of which was backdated

Close to both the old town (4 euro Uber) and the new town strip (5/6 minute walk) Nice and modern hotel Very very clean and the rooms were nice but ours was abit small but I noticed some other rooms were a lot bigger so I’d make sure you let them know you don’t want a box room. Great value for money if you want a cheap 3 star with a great location.

Pool was too cold to get into if it wasn’t a hot day anything below 24/25 and it was a no go. The bar was often unmanned and you’d have to go looking for someone to get drinks or food (food menu pretty basic) and only one of the young ladies could speak basic English and the other girl could only say cash or card and nothing more.

Exactly as described, perfect for a stop while travelling.

I was told to push a button and the front door will open when I arrive. It didn’t. I messaged and called the number I was given. Nothing. I had to wait in the rain for about 20 minutes until I saw a guest and ask them to let me in. I didn’t care , as you can see : this hasn’t influenced my view on the property, staff or review. But i am sure I am an exception to the rule regarding waiting outside in the rain with a travelling backpack. There needs to be a better system especially when guests say when they arrive.

Breakfast was beautiful and plenty of choices.The location is only mins on foot to beautiful restaurants and coffee shops ,also plenty of supermarkets .I need to mention one of their staff here name is Lary and wow was she just amazing and super attentive,friendly and just a joy to meet !

No kettle in the bedroom which we would have loved as we love our cups of tea !
