The hotel was clean and tidy - pool area cleaned down and tidied up each night after closure, brand new sunlounger and parasols arrived when we were there. Towels and bins in the rooms were changed regularly. Rooms were a great size.

We never managed breakfast but went to lunch and were disappointed as lunch wasn't open yet too early in the season, despite lots of information all round the hotel saying differently, same went for the roof bar , it wasn't open. Please amend the posters! Food at the pool bar wasn't great ( toastie was more of a sandwich as it was cold and not cooked so ham and cheese sandwich) There was stairs going into each room and nothing to hold onto so my dad really struggled - the ensuite bathroom really needs to be redesigned as the cubicle was was far too small for a normal sized person - all five of us ended up having the main bathroom for showers. The staff is very friendly and flexible all try a good connection and communication with everybody. I personally liked the cleaning of the room, all very clean. I had to do the check out but had the whole day In the city, they help to keep the luggage and use some facilities, and for us it was a huge help. We are had a little issue with the noise and party with the next room at 3:00am, nobody could sleep but a call to the reception was enough to solve the situation and come back to sleep. We really enjoyed our staying and would love to come back there.

The kind of coffee machine that makes instant coffee. It’s not a big deal but would be great a real coffee machine or even filter coffee as option in the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Booking in was smooth too. Ukrainian young lady on reception and spoke perfect English too. Excellent at her job and nothing was too much trouble during my stay there. Location is brilliant too, right behind the large shopping centre and easy access to either to help strip or the old town.

Nothing tbh. Everything went smoothly and no problems at all really. I'd stay here again as I've done before. Been to albufeira over 20 times and love this as hotel and location too.

The location of the hotel is really good. It's directly behind the supermarket which is ideal if you are self catering. The supermarket has fast food restaurants like Burger King, a coffee shop etc. Directly across the road from the supermarket is a McDonalds. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was cleaned daily and all the corridors and reception area's were clean and tidy. We had a two bedroom apartment, the rooms were big and we had a big open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. A taxi from the old town cost between €3.00-€4.00 so very cheap. It was roughly €4.00 to the new town.

The rooms are a bit dated, so they could do with an update. The kitchen could do with some proper drinking glasses, a bottle opener, a better kettle and much bigger coffee cups! We went near the end of the season (the last week of October) so there were no bar facilities or restaurant facilities open in the hotel. The swimming pool was very cold!

Great location. Food in restaurants & poolside, both excellent. Very tolerant of large groups. Just as well, as this was pretty all there was. Really chill staff. Definitely not a family hotel, but if you’re Stag/Hen/Birthday party, look no further!

Not a lot to dislike. Signage around hotel could’ve been a bit clearer, but that’s about all.

I liked this hotel because it organised a substitute room for us . They couldn't invite us to their place due to technical reasons and we were lucky to have dinner at another nice hotel. Albufeira is gorgeous. I feel happiness I could visit such a beautiful place kissed by God.

We stayed only for a night. We'll definitely come back.

Air conditioning wasn’t working on arrival however maintenance fixed instantly

Location, room, pool, staff, amenities. Our second time staying here and couldn’t find any fault. Rooms are spacious and air con was a life saver. Always available chairs at the pool. Drinks 10/10
