The location is perfect with direct access to the best beach in Albufeira. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and welcoming. All spaces are kept very clean and the cleaning service is very efficient. The breakfast was also rich and amazing. I highly recommend to enjoy a drink or a meal on the rooftop. There is also a good warmed swimming pool.

It is not possible to get room service, which for a four stars hotel is a pity. Also there is no water dispenser or supply, only one bottle on arrival. Lunch and dinner menus are quite limited and do not offer portuguese options. Overall the offer could be improved to meet four stars standards for the paid price.

Five minute walk to town…Excellent parking…

Barebone services and no beverages or even water in the cooler… An 8 ounce bottle of water was available upon arrival-and if needed more, required to go to the bar… Requested a room upgrade looking towards the beach and the manager told me it would cost me 60.00 if paid with a credit card or 40.00 if paid in cash; which I did… At check out, the invoice didn’t reflect the 40.00 I paid in cash and the front desk employee (at the time) told me that a revised invoice would be sent to my email… Still awaiting for the revised invoice… I have travelled all around and have never seen such an uncommon proposition…

Good breakfast, great location with easy access to the Fisherman's beach. Staff friendly. Highlight was the viewing point to see the New Year's fireworks and drone display.

The sea view was partly obscured by the roof of the restaurant and the central protruding stairwell blocked views west. No fresh orange juice, which in a 4 star hotel in the Algarve is unforgivable. Very difficult parking. Rooms were remodelled but not to true 4 star level.

A comfortable hotel in an excellent location. It's close to the city and the beach. The room is small but comfortable, very clean. A major plus for me was the availability of parking and a pool (a swim cap is required for the pool and can be purchased at the reception). The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet it's only a 5-minute walk to the bustling center of Albufeira with its lively bars and restaurants. There is also a restaurant and a terrace with a fantastic ocean view. The breakfast is very good, but if you have it late, you might have to wait as there may not be seating available in the restaurant.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant area had a lovely balcony with seats overlooking the beach. The hotel was only a ten minute walk from the old town where we spent most of our time. It was full of restaurants and bars with live music on at night time.

Our room had no balcony which we didn’t know at the time of booking. We did ask to change but we were going to have to pay an extra 60 euro per night. You also had to pay extra to use the room safe. It wasn’t expensive but should be included in the price.

Breakfast was excellent a fabulous selection the staff were friendly helpful and very attentive the hotel is beautiful and a short walk to oldtown

Wonderfully located hotel, right on the beach. Great on-site restaurant and excellent breakfast as well. All of the staff, particularly the restaurant staff, are so friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit small, and the price for ocean view is more than double for garden view. Had a small closet for clothes and luggage, but it was tight.

Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly cleanliness of the hotel was without fault. Flowers and bottle of wine in room as had stayed there before, a thoughtful touch.

Possibly more entertainment at night.

Perfect hotel to spend a week in Albufeira. The location really is perfect, right next to the beach and close to the Strip and the Old Town. The hotel staff is impeccable and the facilities clean and modern. Great breakfast too!

Location, cleanliness, staff. Restaurant was surprisingly good. Amazing views. Comfortable beds and linens, spotless. Direct beach access, plenty of beach clubs. Breakfast was included and very good, plenty of options and good quality fruits, etc.

The bedroom was good but not updated for electronics; only one place to charge our phones. Tv was a bit small but no one comes to such a beautiful place to watch tv anyways
