This hotel was great value for money. The facilities were exceptional and the rooms were of a great standard. The buffet was simply exceptional. There was such a wide variety of options and the flavours that were available in each of the dishes were 2nd to none as for the Bar. The variety of drinks were fantastic as well always served in the best containers to ensure optimum enjoyment when consuming the beverages . I couldn’t recommend this hotel more than I have to my friends and associates back home. The chef at this place honestly have such a great future ahead of them. I cannot wait to return with my family.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options and friendly staff. Location was ideal! Right on the beach and easily accessible from the airport and within walking distance of old town. Room was lovely and spacious fantastic view from balconies !!! Bed was big and comfy with plenty of pillows, aircon was a bonus.

Bathroom was decent - could do with updating. Kitchen facilities were good, but some more essentials would be useful (washing up liquid, tea towel, sponge) Unfortunately, the room did smell like smoke when we entered but after having the doors/windows open for a few hours it started to shift.

Great location near beach, less than 6 mins in taxi to old town, plenty of transport available. Clean, large welcoming reception area with complimentary water. Bar located next to reception area as well as pool aoife one. Rooms were clean, spacious, balcony with seats& table and sea view. Fridge in rooms, great to keep water/ snacks in. Staff were friendly, supermarket on site which was really handy. Plenty of loungers by the pool, which is also super close to the beach. You can hire beach towels at reception, refundable deposit which saves on packing!

Need to hire hairdryers for room(€10 refundable deposit). Not great hairdryers, need to hold button constantly to work , just for anyone who is considering bringing one with them. Snacks such as pizza, baguettes at pool side bar are OK but they ran out of items quickly but again not a major issue. There is a steep hill down to beach but hotel does have lift which can bring you down to that level (incase anyone has mobility issues).

Great location, so close to the beach! We had a huge room/apartment. Satisfied with the food selection for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of sun loungers to choose from (possibly the time of year). Free shuttle to town was a plus however bolt taxis only cost us around 3-5 euros. Lovely staff. For the price this is a brilliant hotel and would return again.

Air con in the bedroom did not work and was reported to reception but was not fixed. The air con from the living room area cooled the whole apartment if left on the whole time and the doors open so we didn't see the need in chasing it up. However it would have made the stay more comfortable. Also we had a huge apartment which we were not expecting, but we sacrificed a decent sized balcony. Only one person could sit out and not very comfortably. But these are such minor things.

Location is fabulous, beach across the walk way, food was brilliant & the choice was unreal, all inclusive was very good. Staff were lovely with our housekeeping very good. Reception were very helpful, especially Carla. Pool really lovely & entertainment was very good for those who wanted to participate. Marisio over entertainment was really nice with great personality & kindness with everyone, great laugh we had..Block A where we stayed was lovely & near everything.

One toilet at reception is not adequate for people, which led to a que for it at night time, doesn't make sense for a hotel. Toilets at pool area beside the pool bar/food were not kept clean/dry for the volume of people at a pool all day... staff at the pool bar not friendly or didn't appear too interested either..

room: booked a double room and were upgraded to a studio with pool and sea view. There was also a kitchen in the studio with an oven, microwave and large refrigerator. The room was cleaned every day by very friendly ladies. Reception: friendly welcome and always friendly on repeated visits to the reception. All-in service: delicious meals, sufficiently hot. a different choice every day. Not a single negative comment about the food. This was worth more than three stars. Swimming pool: lovely. Too bad about the towel lays in the morning from people you don't see arriving until 4 p.m. Snack pool: Sufficient choice and friendly service. A hotel to return to for that price.

The animation was limited due to the football event. The poster shows an activity at 9 p.m. and because of football they only start setting up chairs on the stage at 9:50 p.m. and everything can only start at 10:20 p.m. Chaotic evening. It must be taken into account that not everyone watches football. However, the solution was simple. Football happens inside and shows outside. Now it was annoying waiting because some people wanted to watch football. Two small elevators in the building are not enough. They were defective on the last evening and day and it is difficult for people with mobility problems to climb five floors. Therefore a 9/10 and not 10/10.

I only had a room booked for one night. Check-in was easy, I was able to do it before 3 pm and leave my bag there, and then just come back for the key later on. The hotel/building itself is huge as it has separate buildings where to stay. Ours was very close to the sea and the view was nice. Room was good enough, bed pretty comfy and had a fridge as used to have a kitchenette.

That there only was a fridge. No oven, cookery nor anything to eat/cook with. Probably cause of the all inclusive one could buy but we didn't have that.

We were a family of 8 in 3 different rooms, the rooms all had sea views( not all rooms in the hotel provide this) and were cleaned and bedding changed every day. The food was good as far as All inclusive goes in the main restaurant but the Pizza/Pasta restaurant was fantastic. We had entertainment every night, Elvis night and 80's disco night got us all dancing, the animation staff during the day were brilliant with my 5 year old, but the adults still got to do some aqua dancing to a bit of Tina Turner. All inclusive drinks gave a good variety with a different cocktail available each day as well as beer and local spirits. The hotel is split into 3 buildings meaning there is a short walk to the pool, restaurant and the beach depending which part you are in, but this is not a problem at all. It is only 10-15 minutes walk along the beach into the old town which had live music really nice restaurants, we did not venture to the Strip/new town but I understand an Uber was around 5 euros. Value for money great family holiday and I will definitely return some time in the future.

I liked everything but you can't take your all inclusive drinks on the beach and the beach bar is not included. The lift from level 1 to level 6 reception area takes forever we ended up walking up the stairs 6 levels most mornings but honestly we didn't really care.

Everything!!!!We had rooms overlooking the ocean, very large and comfortable beds, the staff were great, and nothing like previous reviews I’ve read. Sometimes you have to Take certain reviews with a pinch of salt, I think because it’s a large complex you will get some that complain about anything, I checked the Internet when I got there as Some said there was poor Internet, I had a great connection. The food was diverse and plenty of it. There was free refreshments in reception when you arrive, and the staff were helpful Even by transporting my elderly mother by golf cart to the apartment, never given a 10 for any of my reviews and I travel quite extensively, but this Hotel ticked all the boxes and I’m surprised it’s only a 3 star hotel

The animators for children like Fernando, Iris, and Natalia, organized interesting activities for children to whom my daughter loved to participate each evening. Also during the day, but we had booked day trips to attractions in that region, so we skipped the day time fun at the hotel. Hotel is well placed and you can easily find connections to most attractions from Albufeira and near. Room is really big, terrace is big and in the room there is a fully equipped kitchen.
