Hotel is nicely situated between the old town and new town ..about a 20min stroll to both or about £4 in an uber for 4 people ..large swimming pool and large bar area ..staff were very pleasant

All was fine really , beer wasn't the best best but can put this down to the fact that the bar seemed fairly un used as was out of season !

Location - midway to the beaches we love. Huge supermarket next door & the gorgeous Pedro who owns The Marinella with his lovely wife. We have been coming to this are for over 10 years.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. The Wi-Fi was absolutely perfect and strong. The bedrooms were comfortable but a little hard mattresses. The cooking facilities were great. The balcony had an excellent view of the town the staff for extremely friendly and everything was close at hand facility wise and shopping And a convenient taxi rank and bus stop just outside.

I’ve stayed here before, but I found the beds this time even though they were the same beds a little harder so I put two duvets on the mattress and that was a lot better. The hotel could do with upgrade into maybe some memory foam mattresses or toppers.

Great sized room! Loved the kitchenette, really helpful to have a full size fridge, microwave and toaster etc. Location is perfect, 5min walking distance to cafes, supermarkets, also popular takeaways McDonald’s Kfc Pizza Hut just over the road. Staff really friendly Entertainment every night was great

No cleaning products supplied in the cupboards? Could do with some cloths, washing up liquid etc so we could clean up after ourselves and not expect the cleaners to do it. Very loud neighbours scraping chairs and stomping around until early hours of the morning. Not very sound proof, would recommend bringing your earphones or earplugs! Pillows flat, could do with replacing

Do not be put off by the appearance of the front of the hotel, it doesn’t have much kerb appeal but once inside this is a very clean hotel, staff lovely and friendly, plenty of sun beds by the pool, cocktails delicious, restaurant was nice for lunch, very spacious 1 bed apartment with air con in the bedroom and living area, apartment cleaned daily, entertainment each night in the bar. Hotel a bit of a walk away from the old and new town is (closer to the old town), we sometimes used an Uber in the evenings to get around.

No daytime activities by the pool, not central to the old of new town, it’s on a busy road.

Room was big and clean, had self contained kitchen, kettle toaster ect. Few bars and restaurants within walking distance. Few shops, bus over the rd that went to old town only €2 each. Big supermarket next rd over. Pleasant reception staff, excellent spa and hairdressers

Bed was a bit too hard for me had to lay on an extra quilt I requested from reception. Bar staff were not the most friendly people, were grabbing your glass before you had finished all your drink. Also had to put cash into a machine if you were not paying by card.

The location of the hotel is perfect as its only 10/15 minute walk to the beach and old town. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was excellent. We ate 3 out of 4 evenings there and each time we were very happy with our meals.

A couple of things in the apartment could do with an upgrade e.g the television had very few channels to watch. As we were a couple it would have been nice to have a double bed rather than 2 single beds or at least be able to attach the beds together. They were not the most comfortable beds either but had only 4 nights so it was manageable.

This Aparthotel is wonderful! I would say that was one of my favourite place and stayed until today. The staff are super kind and helpful. The location is perfect, close to shops, shopping mall, beach and the old town. The room is big with 2 terraces. The swimming pools area are amazing. And the food (lunch and dinner) have a great price and was delicious. Also, the pub with live show in the night time is just a shine idea. We loved everything.

The only concern is about the toilet, the toilet needs to be renovated and the bath is to high, as we had a old family person with us. Difficult to get in for a shower. It should be only shower and not bath.

We liked the location. It was so convenient. We could walk to the stores, we could take the bus to other locations. The location was also very close to Old Albufeira. The hotel has two great pools and lots of chairs to sunbathe on. The hotel also has a terras, a nightclub, a library, pool tables, restaurant, etc.

Our TV recception wasn't the best. But who had time to watch TV anyway?

Hotel is well located, but city view rooms are on a very busy street with a lot of traffice. Room quite well equipped and comfortable.

City view room with balcony too noisy and sitting on balcony inhaling traffic fumes is not recommended. Pre-paid breakfast is a joke, 5 pre-set menus and portions are child size and quite insulting. Only 1 small tea or coffee - large coffee is extra - A better option would be to allow pre-paid to choose from breakfast menu (quite a good menu) and drop the silly pre-paid options.
