Brilliant location, supermarket across the road. The strip is a 10 minute walk. The hotel is spotless clean. Pool is lovely

They did not have breakfast only pizzas. We where on a hens and they where very strict with noise 10pm as we where leaving to head the strip we where told to be quite. €300 deposit was needed per room, we had 6 rooms

Went on a 6th-year holiday here and had everything at our doorstep. the pool was perfect and was never too busy. The food by the pool was excellent. the rooms were great value for money. I stayed with 10 girls, one room of 6 and one room of 4, and they were perfect beds were comfy, and the toilet was perfect. There is security at the door, which made me and my friends feel very comfortable staying there, and it wasn't noisy at night compared to other hotels

I like to cook on holidays, and I thought the kitchen could be a little better, but it's great for quick meals, and it worked out perfectly for the week. The shower's draining system was broken from the start, but we never asked the staff to fix it as it wasn't a huge deal. But the staff were so lovely that if you asked about it, it would have been sorted out. The only main thing was that, because we were young and wanted to party, I would say the hotel is quite strict compared to other hotels, and we did receive a noise complaint, so if you are going for a trip like that, maybe go to a different place.

Good budget option which suited my short stay ideally. Mainly but not exclusively younger guests. Staff were helpful. The pool area and snack bar was nice. Apartment was very clean, roomy and equipped well. Noise late one of evenings as young people out on balconies partying in vicinity. However this stopped well before midnight when parties move to the Strip - so did not interfere overmuch with me. A lot of holidaymakers would be out for dinner at that time of evening anyway. Very nice to be able to use pool area after checkout on my day of departure as I had a late flight. Did not use dining facilities except pool snack bar.

The exterior of hotel is not very inviting - so that might put some guests off - reception is accessed when inside internal courtyard rather than from street but once inside courtyard and building everything is as one would expect.

Had a lovely stay here in April 24 with my 4 year old. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly and accommodating to any needs or requests. Helped us looks for his lost toy too, and were very interactive with him. The rooms were actually fine, they maybe need a fresh coat of paint, some tiles and handles but actually overall it didn't matter. All kitchen appliances worked, views were nice and away from the noise, and I would highly recommend this place for anybody. Reception is always kept pristine as is the pool. Great location with shops on every corner and a beautiful beach just 10 mins walk away. Will go back again!

Great hotel, especially for the price. Staff were great, relaxed atmosphere, impressive set-up and great communication since initial booking. Would not hesitate to stay here again with my family or a group again. Prices not too bad at the pool bar. Had a great stay, all the fellas commented on how impressed they we're with the hotel

Nothing to dislike.

Exceeded our expectations! Staff were very friendly, always at hand and accommodating to us as a couple. Let us borrow iron, offered tickets for activities etc. Property offered a nice and relaxing pool area with a lovely bar providing food (pizza) and drink, great check out time and bottled water in room. Room service was done each day of our a stay which was lovely and car parking facilities were on the property and easily accessible (always a space free). Air con worked efficiently, great kitchen for us self catering and vending machine in building.

Only downside, slightly loud outside but absolutely fine for us as we are deep sleepers. Freezing cold pool but was fine when used to it and definitely cooled us down.

The location was great for old Town and the new town , plenty of bars and restaurants. Most places strived to keep prices down .I will always go back to Albufeira.

Very quiet for our stay but that can be a good thing at times .

The staff, location, swimming pool and overall cleanliness of the bedroom were great. The hotel is close to one of Albufeira's regions with plenty of bars and restaurants, but not too close that music is audible from the hotel. The facilities were also a plus, with a swimming pool with bar/snacks, 24h reception, and parking on the premises.

The sound insulation of the bedroom wasn't good, so it was possible to hear the noise from the avenues nearby and also of the drunk group of guests in the hallway. The bed mattress could be more comfortable. But besides these 2 points the stay was great.

Pool was very nice , a lot of space & good bar. 5 min walk from the strip. Bolt taxi’s very handy If your a couple who don’t drink every night booked Aquashow spa the last two slots of the evening are quite.

Stayed in an apartment, we were a couple and it was a twin room. The beds are attached to the wall so couldn’t turn into a double

Spotless clean. Our rooms where ready very early. Staff were very nice. Everything you need in the apartment fridge, microwave,coffee machine, cutlery ect. Our Apartment was huge. Very close to everything.

It was a hen party we booked 6 rooms and had to pay €300 security deposit for each room! A lot of rules to follow. Bar in the hotel was not open, we went down for breakfast at 11.45 and told no breakfast only pizza!
