Great location ! 5 minute walk from the new strip !! €6 taxi to the old town ! Duplex apparenemt was spacious !

€1.50 daily rate to rent a towel for the pool plus a €10 deposit per towel ! Has to be paid in cash ! You need a swimming cap to use the indoor pool! They sell them for €4 each ! Not the biggest deal but heads up you need the cash !

The staff are really nice and friendly, the room is very spacious and clean. The location is very convenient as there are shops and restaurants near the hotel. The parking space is not a problem. We have the poolside view which made out stay even more enjoyable.

1. Pillows were not comfortable 2. The shower room on the 2nd room was small and the bin in the toilet doesn’t really work well 3. The internet was soooo slow that sometimes it doesn’t work on the 3rd floor 4. The pool area tends to be very loud on the day due to loads of people on it, which is understandable.

The lobby was grand and welcoming The food was varied and many to choose from. The. personell were good in the restaurant as well as most of the people workibg at the reception spoke English well and easy to talk with. The location is quite near to The Strip, shops and restaurants.

Our room faced the pool and it was quite noisy during day time. The floor in our room was sticky, the faucet in the tub was a bit hard to fully locked. The equipment in the training center were outdated and many were not functioning properly. The hotel is a bit far from the beach.

very pleased with our stay. rooms were spacious and clean. Pool always had sun beds available. pool was always very quiet so the odd day there was a stag/hen it livened the pool up! few minutes walk to the strip or an Uber only cost €3.75 to the old town. hotel reception is well decorated. we were in room 206, it never got sun shining in on it however we didn’t mind this as it helped to keep the room cool.

there was no oven, which would of came in handy. the vending machines down at the kiosk by the pool don’t work.

Nice people in the reception. The air condition is good and the room is Big. It’s nice to have a kitchen and refridgerator. The guy that works by the pool is also Great.

The pool was really dirty on the day of arrival, but much better the other days. The never really changed our bedsheets or towels, which you would Expect from a Four star hotel. They Said they would change Them every third day but did not. But we had cleaning every day, which was nice.

Breakfast and dinner with great quality and diversity. Staff is really warming and ready to help. Great quality sunbeds outside the pool. Apartments are really spacious and fully equipped (good kitchen, room and bathroom). There is a really spacious gym which I enjoyed and used a few times. Enough equipment to workout every part of the body. They also have a squash court, a games room, a snooker table. To sum up, this hotel has everything you need :)

Pool surroundings sometimes gets dirty because of the bar close to it, resulting in plastics cups thrown away and left in the ground by the guests. It’s not the fault of the staff but that’s something that should be worked on. Maybe have someone doing some surveillance from time to time. Sofa beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Maria the assistance Manager Maria was amazing she took care of me from beginning to end. Early check and late check out as I was injured on a cycle ride. She also upgrade our room too. She he vey friendly and very helpful. They also put our road bikes in safe place behind reception. Good location. I would recommend and will come back if they modernise the hotel as the staff are excellent.

Did not change towels in room. Hotel is old and needs renovating but you pay for what you get. Getting to hotel is a little inconvenient as it behind another building and you have to walk up a ramp where cars go.

It is a beautiful hotel, with a big reception area. A walking distance to both the Strip, Albufera Terrace and old town. Pingo Doice supermarket is just across the road. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds. There are 3 lifts, a bit small, but functional. Outdoor pool, a gym, and leasure centre, hairdressor and nail salon.

It would be nice to get some tea/coffee/milk sachets on the 1st WELCOME day at least. There are NO TEASPOONS in the rooms, just some big old spoons and forks.

Clean, good facilities, pool was nice and clean, deep and was only 1.4m which is a positive, pool bar was excellent and service was exceptional although prices were on the high side. Rooms decent even though outdated. Location great too.

Room facilities a bit outdated, some lights didn’t work, balcony doors didn’t lock, kitchen was a bit grim in terms of utensils and such. Air conditioning was a lifesaver but rendered the balconies useless as the heat was pumped directly onto them.

Spacious room, liked the upstairs separate bedroom and additional roof terrace. Hotel had well equipped gym and good spa facilities.

The noise from other rooms at night and in early mornings as younger guests got ready and returned from night on The Strip.
