We come to Albufeira every year and this is my favourite hotel we've stayed in. Our room was a pool terrace one and it was amazing, spotlessly clean and so conveniently close to the pool. Big room with plenty storage space and everything we needed. Cleaning staff were exceptional. Great snack bar on site good food and reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location with a supermarket, mini market, bakery and restaurants/bars all close by. Plenty of sun loungers and pool areas are kept spotless and we'll maintained. My only complaint is that it's sold out for any date I've checked next year, I hope I can come back 😀

two of us were talking on the balcony at 2am and though we were not being loud the man at reception came out to the courtyard and shouted our room number for everyone to hear, which is dangerous! as then people would know that our room was 2 young girls there by ourselves. should have respectively rang the room to ask us!

The rooms were very well appointed, plenty of space, kitchenette with hob, microwave and fridge which was adequate for our needs. Decent sized twin room with plenty of storage and bathroom with a good shower. A sizeable lounge with balcony completed the apartment. Cleaners came daily and were really friendly and helpful, as were all the staff we encountered. Although only five minutes walk from the Albufeira Strip the rooms were really not affected by any noise as the location meant that there was no real reason for noisy parties to pass by.

There was nothing about the hotel not to like.

Staff is very friendly and know how to do a job. We had some noise issue with apartment, and they give us immediately another one. While we were moving to another apartment, we left some items in a first apartment, but it was waiting for us another morning. Spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed in a main bedroom and a big bathroom. The pool is great for refreshing in a hot day. Pool bar has great prices and large portions. There is a free option for luggage storage.

Overall, apartments should be renovated. Furniture is functional, but everything is outdated and used. Especially a couch that is not so comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast is not worth it, you should definitely skip the breakfast and treat your self in a bakery nearby.

Tropical Sol is absolutely wonderful. We arrived a few hours earlier than our check in time and the receptionist couldn't have been any nicer. He explained when rooms would be ready and helped us with our bags until then. All the staff we encountered were extremely nice and always helpful. The hotel itself is in a perfect location being a 5 minute walk from the strip, approximately 15 minutes walk to old town and the nearest beach. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets in the vicinity too. The hotel does a great breakfast for €9 and has a lovely cocktail bar. There is a snack bar at the pool run by the amazing Antalia with great food all day and well priced drinks with the spirits being the real ones and not the cheap alternatives. The pool is perfect as is the whole pool area. The rooms or apartments if you like, are huge and all with balconies overlooking the pool area. Rooms are spotless, fully air-conditioned and have everything you need with housekeeping every day.

The location of the property is GREAT (Its situated in between “The Strip” and the “Old Town”. Accommodation - The size of the apartment was slightly larger than other “One Bedroom” apartments I’ve stayed in. The apartment slept up to 4ppl. In the actual bedroom there is 2 x Single beds and the “Sofa Bed” in the lounge area turns into a single bed with a pull out bed (single) also underneath that.

The hotel facilities such as the “Snack Bar/Bar Area” only accept CASH.

Good clean hotel and pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff and also had great facilities for lesser abled guests, such as lifts down to the pool area and ramps where needed.

The rooms were slightly dated and could be laid out better. Bed was a little firm. The Bathroom lights were strange to work and confusing.

everything was really good from checking in to checking out and everything in between, would highly recommend this hotel

Lovely spacious and clean room, most of the staff were very kind and helpful. Great location.

People putting towels on sun beds at 7am in the morning (which hotel says not to do) and not turning up to use them until the afternoon. Both days we were unable to get sun beds or umbrellas and when we spoke to the reception about it they said they couldn’t do anything.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was good with a nice view of the pool. It was in a perfect location, close to beaches and the strip for nightlife and restaurants but not noisy 😊
