Room was so spacious, modern and clean. The hotel itself has such nice vibe. The bar by the swimming pool is great. Breakfast is unreal, fresh food and super tasty. The staff was so helpful, special mention to Afonso and can’t remember the other recepcionist name but it was a tall man with a mustache. I will definitely come back.

Some people might find the location a bit far from everything. But actually using bolt is so handy and surprisingly cheap.

We loved our stay here. In off season so maybe lucky the place was so quiet but we couldn't fault it. Breakfast was plentiful with anything from cold meats to cooked breakfast, The entertainment team were friendly, staff behind the bar were friendly. Rooms large with bath and shower. Bed comfortable and big. Pool areas clean and the gym was large with plenty of equipment. I'm confused at all the negative reviews I've read on here and they seem a bit unfair . The shuttle into the old/new town was super modern and always on time. Took 20mins to walk to old town, no issues.

The beer was abit expensive at €5 for a pint when it's €2.50 for the same in the old town. The jacuzzi wasn't working and the indoor pool cold. In winter it would have made the stay better if these were warm and working.

Very clean and we loved the balconies, restaurant and outside lounge area. Front desk and Pool bar staff were very friendly.

The pool should stay open a little later than 8 pm since it is still daylight during the summer. For some reason, GPS has a very hard time finding this place and always took us about a block or two away from hotel so not easy for Bolt drivers.

Breakfast was good, location very good.

Our room was infested by ants we had to buy are own bug spray to keep the problem under control as the house keeping couldn't, it caused us problems daily. When we got there we were told the inside pool would be closed until 14th but that was not the case, it stayed closed the whole of our stay......... I booked this hotel solely because they had an indoor pool which was originally sold to us as open, my son was very disappointed and petrified of the ants.

1. ROOM. We had enough space for 3 persons - 2 adults and 1 kid. 2. LOCATION. It is a good idea to have a shuttle free of charge from the hotel to the old town. 3. POOLS. Both outdoor pools were clean and not so crowded. 4. SERVICE. Fantastic, friendly, and helpful staff. 5. FOOD. We booked breakfast and dinner as well. Both were rich and full of choice. 6. CLEANLINESS. All hotel earias were clean and very well maintained. 7. VALUE. 10/10.

WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED. Since our room was on the -2 floor by the lawn near the pool, we had aunts regularly crawling into our room. They were not only on the floor but sometimes in the beds. If you manage to defeat them, the only one drawback will be illiminated.

It was close to the bus terminal to explore the area and also had a supermarket close for travel snacks. The breakfast had a good selection and coffee was of a good standard. The other guests were quiet when coming home so want disturbed

My only complaint is the bed was too soft that's a personal preference so can't really blame the hotel.

This hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk in either direction from the old part of the town and the new part. It is a very spacious hotel, lovely room balcony with great views. But it's the wonderful staff working here!! Special mentions to Noa in the restaurant. Always smiling and willing to assist. Also to Gabriela who organised a room for me when I arrived before check in time, and gave me details on the area. And to Rafael & Sonia on check out. They were very nice and helpful

It's just the time of year, December is cooler, which meant the outdoor pool was likewise. But overall, i would recommend this hotel!

A very nice hotel. Rooms were spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor pools were good with plenty of loungers. There’s a garden area with more loungers for those who want a bit of quiet. Breakfast was fine with everything you’d expect. Took my son(10) and I around 15 minutes to walk to the old town, taxi only 5 euros and the hotel provides a free shuttle several times per day. I thought it was excellent value and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Didn’t affect me but the spa treatments are at the sister hotel, which is last stop on the free shuttle. Heard a few groans about that.

i didn't like I loved everything. The staff where amazing. Carla and the whole reception team went over and above what I have ever exp. It was so peaceful. I even booked a extra night. I didn't hear a thing in my room. I slept like a baby. The room was on the larger size for a normal room. The bathroom was huge even for a 4 price set, the mirror was the size of a bed, . All marble The room came with up-market outside furniture and not a plastic chair in site. Also loungers available. Breakfast every thing you can think of. The scramble eggs and frayed eggs are really, really highly recommended. Also bath robe given which are not the cheap thin type that don't dry you. The Real Bellavista has given me the confidence that I was seeking after being not well. I would never, ever get in a swimming pool with others. I couldn't get out of the pool. The hotel is fab usually there is something to moan about. Not this one. It's super clean and cleaned every day. Beds made like new bedding white and super clean. I certainly don't need a towel as these are supplied as many as I require even for the beech.

There was nothing not to like.

Clean, clean, clean!!!!! It was the most clean 4star hotel I have ever been! Very large and spacious, complete facilities, bright room, daily cleaning of room and bathroom, large garden, full breakfast, good location, large balcony

The water in the outdoor pool is cold and can only be used in summer. The Turkish bath had a problem and did not work, the indoor pool lights were not all on and it got dark after 6 o'clock. We were woken several times by other guests in other rooms banging on the door. The parking lot was usually full. The entrance to the pool was from inside the restaurant and it would be better if it had a separate entrance. Breakfast was repetitive every day.
