We stayed at Jupiter Albufeira Hotel for 10 days and everything in Jupiter Hotel was 5 stars. From the moment we got there, the service and staff were incredibly helpful, kind, nice and excellent. Housekeeping checks your room at least twice a day. We had our room made every afternoon, in the evening we would have a shower and come down for dinner. When we were back about 10pm, the wet towels would be changed and the room all tidy again. The food quality is amazing. There is a different type of food every night so not every night is the same food. Latino night, American night, Indian night... Etc. Also, food available from 3 different bars/restaurants from 6.30 am to 11pm. And the entertainment.... Massive 5 stars!!! Kids club staff is loving, kind and kids love them. They also entertain adults and teenagers throughout the day. There is a mini disco every night and a show!!! Our 2 year old loved every mini disco and every show also joined the kids clubs once and loved it too. They made their own pizza and ate it afterwards. The only dislike for me was that the pools were too cold. So we couldn't enjoy them too much. We went in April and we weren't very lucky with the weather. If it was a bit warmer maybe I wouldn't have minded the pools temperature but it was windy and cloudy many days which made it difficult to go in cold waters pools. Which was a shame because the pools are amazing! We went to the indoor pools twice for a swim but on at extra charge. Again the staff and the entertainment was incredibly excellent!!!

Honestly everything over there was so great and we really enjoyed the stay. Food was amazing and the buffet was very clean with many staff constantly keeping the place neat given that many guests are with kids at all ages and when there are little kids then there is always mess but the staff was cleaning up everything so quickly. Room was great with amazing view.

Of course there are always rooms for improvement. The elevator system was not really so efficient and could cause long wait times especially if you were on wheelchairs or with strollers. Second item was the hours to exchange the pool towels. Usually the towel exchange is open all day or at least morning to afternoon and during the times pool is busy. This place was only from 9 to noon.

Structure in general, swimming pools with many forms and shapes for different ages and needs, slides , toddler area at the pool. A lot of space so you dont have to compete for chairs on the pool also in the restaurants. Great entertainment for kids with friendly staff, great rooms .

Quality of the beverage of the all inclusive. Bad quality spirits , overly sweet all to make you oay for the All inclusive Plus. I have one or two mojitos and felt super bad the next day. The other spirits were not drinkable . Only the beer was an option.. We should be able at least to buy the better quality alcohol separately

Fantastic facilities for the kids - a bonus to get ice cream whenever you want while at the pool. The staff working at the kids club and providing evening entertainment for the kids with the mini disco made the holiday for our girls. The food and drinks provided were such good quality and we really enjoyed it.

If the weather isn't great you are a bit stuck for entertainment.for the kids and are forced to go elsewhere. If they could warm up the pools, going out to the pools even when it is a bit colder would make such a difference. There is an indoor pool at the spa which you have to book and pay for - but the water was unfortunately ice cold too.

This hotel was exceptional for many reasons but mainly that the service level from the staff was amazing. There is a reasonably priced gift shop in the lobby, almost constant activities for children and impressive facilities. It is located right at the top of the strip so it's a nice easy walk down shops and bars to the beach but still quiet at night and in a safe area. The food and drink was also of very good quality, and whilst breakfast and snacks were repetitive, there was a wide choice so could still have new things everyday. Evening meals are themed so no repetition. Despite the information on this website stating all inclusive starts and ends with check in, it actually starts on arrival and continues til you leave, even if you arrive early and leave late.

The hotel is fabulous and staff can not do enough for you they are amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. They even left a bottle of champagne in the room for my birthday it was such a lovely touch. We were treated like royalty. Will definitely be returning. The spa was fabulous also and the food is absolutely beautiful. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Location is excellent and the free shuttle bus into old town is great.

Too many children. I took my grown-up children and their partners, we hoped the quiet pool was just for adults but unfortunately it wasn't. I felt that quiet pool should have been for adults only as there was plenty going on and room round the corner for young families, may be a quiet time at eating times just for adults would have been better.

Entertainment for children was fantastic. Everywhere was so well maintained. Exceptionally clean. Staff fantastic. Very attentive. Different themes for dinner each evening..busy pool area but never had a problem getting sunbeds. Kids activities throughout the week were great, huge water fight, pool games, a camping evening, kids disco, different show each evening. Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed if you want. 2 adults 2 small kids in a room, I imagine it's tight with bigger kids. Food a very good standard for all inclusive, everything fresh and replenished frequently, never waited for anything. Snack bar at the pool had icecream, sandwiches, fruit, drinks all day. Burgers & hotdogs in between lunch/dinner and there were some cold options late at night from fruit/cold meats/cheese etc

Got tired of the Food after 5 days. We ended up just doing breakfast & lunch and had dinner out in the evenings. They could put a smaller bouncing castle in just for children age 3 and under. Toddlers and 10 year olds in the same bouncing castle is an accident waiting to happen.

- the hotel was immaculate. The cleaners were absolutely on it, constantly cleaning. They do such a brilliant job, from the room cleans to the men collecting the cups around the pool. - the food - good variety with themed nights every night. - the room - very modern, clean and spacious. The beds were comfy enough. - the lifts - we read a lot of mixed reviews about the lifts. We never had a long wait. It is a really good system of floor allocation. Pool - although on the cooler side it wasn't enough to stop our 3 year old wanting to get in. - entertainment - not the best evening shows we have seen but the dancers/performers are great at what they do! The mini disco was loved by our 3 year old. - the shuttle bus to the old town was handy. - complimentary mini bar (if booked with booking.com)

- the extra charge for the bouncy castles etc. - people reserving sunbeds. Often being out for the whole day and coming back mid afternoon. There should be someone policing this and just chuck the towels off. - the cocktails weren't great, it would have been nicer had they not been pre mixed but appreciate it is a very big hotel with many guests and may not have the time to be making individual cocktails.

A brilliant family friendly hotel to stay at! The variety of foods and drinks available throughout the day was amazing. There were lots of activities for children to do throughout the day (kids club and pool side activities) and the kids disco at night was a huge hit. The waterslides were a huge hit with my children. The rooms are very modern and cleaned each day...we even got chocolates on our pillows every night. The rooftop bar has amazing views especially at sunset. All staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the old town was great too. I would go back and stay again in a heartbeat!
