Absolutely everything. We stayed for 9 nights with 2 children aged 6 and 3. The resort is amazing and has something for everyone. The children particularly loved the entertainment which ran consistently throughout the day. The animation team, Rafa, Tammi and the rest of the team went above and beyond for the children. Rooms were spacious, and spotless. The housekeeping team visited twice a day a lot of the days and the turn down service each night was an extra special touch. There is great variety of food all day long. You will never go hungry. One of the best resorts we have ever stayed in and we are already trying to book for next year.

Great food, great service. Constant activities for kids and adults alike. There's always something different to do and no need to leave the hotel for something to do. Food was excellent and we especially liked the Italian section with good pizzas and pastas.

The dining room is terribly big, loud and disorganised. I think a bit of organisation on where the food is placed and a whole lotta work on the loudness and echo in the room would help. We sat on the outside porch whenever we could as we just couldn't hear our own thoughts inside the big room.

The hotel is lovely, very modern and stylish. Fresh water with fruit in the lobby with biscuits for guests, the shop is great, all the staff very lovely. The kids adored the pools and flumes and the kids club staff who roam around the pool providing entertainment, have endless energy and invite everyone to join in. The buffet restaurant has a good range of food. The Teens room was great and had pool tables, ping pong and computers.

The noise around the pool, its not peaceful and very busy. Its a very heavily British visited hotel, turns out, this is not our type of hotel. The residents running to bagsy all the sunloungers before breakfast, meaning that they are all reserved and you cant get one if you didnt - it drives me nuts. Not my type of holiday venue it turns out. I prefer to experience the country Im in and escape Britain, not surround myself with it on holiday. It's also very close to the strip which again is not the nice side of Albufeira, it was a 30min walk to find the nice part of Albufeira, though was well worth the walk ss the old town is lovely.

We are just back from an amazing week with our almost 4 year old. It's an extremely child centered hotel with lots of facilities for them, pools, slides, kids club etc. Nice food and good choice at all times of the day! Free shuttle bus down town/to the beach every hour. Hotel photographer as well who took fab photos for us, really nice option to have available. We really had a brilliant week!!!

Only downside was some of the nighttime entertainment was at 9pm and our 3 year old was too tired to stay up so even if it could start at 8pm would make a big difference for you younger kids.

We stayed at Jupiter Albufeira Hotel for 10 days and everything in Jupiter Hotel was 5 stars. From the moment we got there, the service and staff were incredibly helpful, kind, nice and excellent. Housekeeping checks your room at least twice a day. We had our room made every afternoon, in the evening we would have a shower and come down for dinner. When we were back about 10pm, the wet towels would be changed and the room all tidy again. The food quality is amazing. There is a different type of food every night so not every night is the same food. Latino night, American night, Indian night... Etc. Also, food available from 3 different bars/restaurants from 6.30 am to 11pm. And the entertainment.... Massive 5 stars!!! Kids club staff is loving, kind and kids love them. They also entertain adults and teenagers throughout the day. There is a mini disco every night and a show!!! Our 2 year old loved every mini disco and every show also joined the kids clubs once and loved it too. They made their own pizza and ate it afterwards. The only dislike for me was that the pools were too cold. So we couldn't enjoy them too much. We went in April and we weren't very lucky with the weather. If it was a bit warmer maybe I wouldn't have minded the pools temperature but it was windy and cloudy many days which made it difficult to go in cold waters pools. Which was a shame because the pools are amazing! We went to the indoor pools twice for a swim but on at extra charge. Again the staff and the entertainment was incredibly excellent!!!

we travelled as a family of 3 - one being a two year old. Most of the amenities were wasted on him as he is quite young but he loved the baby pool and slide and the little playground outside. The hotel was super clean and I would say I have very high standards. Even the bathrooms by the pool were exceptionally clean which generally isn’t the case. The food for a buffet was higher standards than the norm for buffet/all inclusive. Again the restaurant/cutlery/high chairs etc. we’re also very clean. The staff were so pleasant throughout the hotel. Their attentiveness was great and very helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

If I was forced to say something that I didn’t like - it would of been amazing if pools were heated outdoors - that being said you climatize to the cold water temp within in a few mins

Honestly everything over there was so great and we really enjoyed the stay. Food was amazing and the buffet was very clean with many staff constantly keeping the place neat given that many guests are with kids at all ages and when there are little kids then there is always mess but the staff was cleaning up everything so quickly. Room was great with amazing view.

Of course there are always rooms for improvement. The elevator system was not really so efficient and could cause long wait times especially if you were on wheelchairs or with strollers. Second item was the hours to exchange the pool towels. Usually the towel exchange is open all day or at least morning to afternoon and during the times pool is busy. This place was only from 9 to noon.

Structure in general, swimming pools with many forms and shapes for different ages and needs, slides , toddler area at the pool. A lot of space so you dont have to compete for chairs on the pool also in the restaurants. Great entertainment for kids with friendly staff, great rooms .

Quality of the beverage of the all inclusive. Bad quality spirits , overly sweet all to make you oay for the All inclusive Plus. I have one or two mojitos and felt super bad the next day. The other spirits were not drinkable . Only the beer was an option.. We should be able at least to buy the better quality alcohol separately

Fantastic facilities for the kids - a bonus to get ice cream whenever you want while at the pool. The staff working at the kids club and providing evening entertainment for the kids with the mini disco made the holiday for our girls. The food and drinks provided were such good quality and we really enjoyed it.

If the weather isn't great you are a bit stuck for entertainment.for the kids and are forced to go elsewhere. If they could warm up the pools, going out to the pools even when it is a bit colder would make such a difference. There is an indoor pool at the spa which you have to book and pay for - but the water was unfortunately ice cold too.

This hotel was exceptional for many reasons but mainly that the service level from the staff was amazing. There is a reasonably priced gift shop in the lobby, almost constant activities for children and impressive facilities. It is located right at the top of the strip so it's a nice easy walk down shops and bars to the beach but still quiet at night and in a safe area. The food and drink was also of very good quality, and whilst breakfast and snacks were repetitive, there was a wide choice so could still have new things everyday. Evening meals are themed so no repetition. Despite the information on this website stating all inclusive starts and ends with check in, it actually starts on arrival and continues til you leave, even if you arrive early and leave late.
