room was very clean, food in bar was really nice good value, pools in all parts of hotel clean, LIONEL who works in bar, nice guy good service, A bit of walk to strip but taxi only £3, mini market really over priced, theres a alidi supermarket not to far away, nothing in apartments, no hand wash, no soap, no salt sugar nothing. sometimes the water was to cold to have a shower, morning time before 11 is best. hotel is very clean, cleaners did clean our room, towels replaced. pool area very clean loads of sunbeds, sky sports available in bar, we dident pay for tv remote, as I dident .go on holiday to watch tv, dident need aircon room was fine

no hand wash or soap, at times water was to cold for a shower depending what time of day you wanted to use it.. 6 euros for two cans of fanta in bar. beer was reasonablly priced,

The studio was lovely a bit dark due to not being able to open the shutter and lights were a bit dim. Staff and Reception were lovely they worked very hard. The food was lovely and plenty of selection of drinks, they even had 0 beer as I don’t drink.

No hairdryers in the room. You had to leave a deposit on everything,and My partner and two sons had to pay €100 deposit each and you Don’t get it back until your leaving and they have to Check the room first. Loud young people and playing there music loud around the pool areas. We were lucky to have a pool near our studio that was mainly quiet until the main pool was busy then they would come to the quiet area’s. I would say the staff had there work cut out but always dealt with it in the main bar and pool area. The main problem for me was the youngsters 17+ were walking in the bar area wet all the time and I nearly slipped over. The staff said there was a sign on the door but I checked and there wasn’t. They need to address this before someone does have a bad fall.

The Apartments are very spacious for 2 families of 8. It has got lift access for upper floors and has a mini market. Kitchenette is good with all basic amenities. Good lighting across all rooms and balcony for most of the bed rooms. Good shopping options and lot of supermarkets 5-6 minutes drive. Mini shop at the venue for basic things. Pub is good with different types of food and at days karaoke is available. Receptionist is friendly. WiFi is available and is good strength in the rooms. Air conditioning is available in all rooms and is good. Remites for TV and ait conditioning is given after a deposit of 20 euros which is refunded at checkout. No deposit was taken from us which is a plus at checkin despite terms stating 300 euros to be deposited. Overall after reading previous reviews, I was hesitant. But after staying, I am very happy and would love to stay again in future.please remember this is not a 5 or 7 star hotel. I saw a strand of hair on beds.. but comeon. People that picky looking for impeccable accommodations need paying more and look else where.

Slippery floor in showers which needs bit of care. No door locks for toilets.

Spacious self catering apartment for a family of 4. We were on the ground floor so easy access to the pool which was very quiet up until the last few days of our holiday until more people started to gradually arrive. We had no noise issues during our stay thankfully. An Uber is roughly a fiver to the Old Town or you can walk it in around 50 minutes. Aldi is a short walk from the apartments, if you want more choice go to the intermarche or the Modelo. The reception organised an airport transfer for us both times which was really handy as we hadn't been there before. The bed was really comfortable and plenty of bedding if needed. Our towels were changed x3 times in the week we were there which was great. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and had any questions during our stay.

Shampoo, shower gel and even a sponge/washing up liquid would have been great if they were supplied. You will need to bring these or buy them in the supermarket. The place could do with a bit of a refurbishment like the pool area, some of the interior/exterior is a bit dated and facilities. The shutter on the bedroom window was quite tricky to put up and down so we just left it so the room was really dark even with lights on.

Holidays are about happiness. The bar area , with entertainment made it easy to make friends and be happy. I especially liked Pedro Karaoke singer and Elvis tribute act. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Uber taxi gets you to the old town , or strip or beach for a few Euro. Great value compared to hotels closer to town.

No WiFi in the bedroom and only Sky news on TV. So can get boring. The staff played loud music all day in the bar and pool area. This can become tiring after a couple of days. Who needs disco music at 11am? The location can feel a bit isolated, 10-20 minutes walk to any other bars or restaurants. Despite the recent change in the law, chain smoking by the bar terrace is standard.

Good size apartment as we stayed for 8 nights. Each blok has its own pool and there is a main pool area with a bar and restaurant. Fab to have a beer whilst the kids have a swim. Well priced. Super friendly staff esp Graca from reception!

Bit far to walk everywhere when its really warm. About 2km from the strip in new town and 5km to old town. We used uber to get around. Super fast and cheap. Local Aldi's prices is really expensive! Found a local supermarket in a mall further down with way better variety and better prices. Erins Isle pub has super fab full irish b-fast!

Apartments were spacious and clean. All blocks had their own pool if you didn’t want to use the main busy pool. After check in and the deposit problem we enjoyed our stay and would use this place again seemed to be popular and mix of all types of groups and families. Main pool bar served food and drinks which as nice, there was no music around the pool so we played our own music. Most nights they had some entertainment either karaoke or a singer before you headed out. We had booked our airports transfers through the hotel which was reasonably priced and went smoothly.

As we were a group of lads we had to pay €50 per person however this had to be cash and wouldn’t accept card. We wasn’t told this before we arrived and wasn’t on any of the booking sites for this hotel, I’d had loads of communication with the hotel organising rooms and transfers for a big group and not at one point did they mention this and didn’t want to compromise at all on this. All groups seemed to have the same problem and wouldn’t let you in your room till you paid this and we were told that nearest cash point is a 10 minute walk not what you want after travelling for a hours. Hotel is further away than people say we used Uber most day to the beach,old town and the strip as it’s a good 20 min walk. didn’t seem to many things close by had an Aldi about 15 mins walk away.

Very spacious and clean 3 bedroom apartment. Well equipped for our group of 7. Nice pool and bar area. Friendly and helpful staff who we had arranged airport transfers with and all went very smoothly. Aldi about 10 minute walk away.

Wasn’t a problem for us but some visitors may find the property a little too far from the main restaurants and bars (about 20 minute walk) though an Uber is very cheap and only takes a few minutes.

Great size rooms, brilliant location, multiple pools, food at the main bar was great, entertainment every night, staff were very friendly and allowed us to watch the football on the TV's.

One problem we had was we booked a 6 person room preferably ground floor and when we turned up we was given 2 rooms of 3 on the top floor. But apart from that no issues.

The hotel in general was nice

There was a terrible smell in our apartment of sewage and outside the apartment block. We informed reception but nothing happened and it wasn't fixed. By the end of the week the smell was unbearable
