Very good location supermarket very close by. Only a 10 minute walk to the strip in the New Town or €6.40 in a taxi to the old town. Very comfortable large beds. Very nice pool area, with always plenty of deck chairs no matter what time of the day. We ate at the pool bar one day and can't complain we got toasties reasonably priced around 5€. Staff were very friendly. Pool area lovely and quiet never any loud music and not many kids running around or people shouting but still a nice atmosphere. Lovely and Tranquil - just what we wanted.

We found the pillows to not be very comfortable but this is just personal preference and there was only one socket either side of the bed which meant that to plug in phone chargers we had to plug out the bedside lamps. But this is nothing that would stop us from going again!

Clean, good housekeeping, beds comfortable, lots of extra blankets, good heating and cooling, fairly close to Tourist train for rides downtown, close to grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Staff were helpful and responsive to any issues. I really appreciated that the reception staff carried my suitcase up three sets of stairs to our room.

Kitchen was minimally equipped. Extra pans, utensils should be available for a deposit, not a fee. Did not like the fact that twin beds were our sofas in the living room. Not very comfortable for a relaxing evening.

Love the look of this place, the communal areas are stylish. The pool area is lovely, we were lucky it was very quiet, no problem getting sunbeds. The sun is there all day. All very clean. During the day there is always someone on the desk until 6pm. The apartments have all you need, although not fancy, they include a washing machine & microwave. It was very quiet at night while we were there in Feb. Lots of amenities close by and only 10-15 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches. Really the best thing is about the whole area and worth visiting. The pool toilets have a shower and free hairdryer. Quite a few English speaking channels on the tv, including 3 movie channels.

The beds were quite firm for us, and we had trouble sleeping because of that. There are lists of things they charge you for ie: extra towels or losing a teaspoon. You have to leave a €100 euro cash deposit. Which means u go home with cash u can't use, would be better to retain it by card imo.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and pool area was lovely. Great having the cafe/drinks option at the pool. Location was convenient with supermarket and restaurants close by.

There were a few hen parties and stag dos while we were there. They were quite disruptive throughout the day (taking over the pool area, very loud etc). At night as we were a ground floor apartment, everyone had to walk past our window to enter the building so it was quite loud. Also a few loud arguments around 4am on a few nights during our stay. There are also some loose slabs around the pool which “clunk” whenever someone walks on them which was also disturbing at night. Beach was further walk than advertised.

The staff were extremely accommodating and lovely, our room had a tiny leak in the bathroom and without us even mentioning anything the cleaner let the staff know and they rang our room straight away offering us a new room, we moved rooms and they left us a bottle of wine to apologise for the inconvenience, we decided to book again for May and they allowed us to leave some belongings behind that we couldn’t take back in our bags that we’ll need when we’re back , rooms were extremely clean, fresh towels every day and the towels always smelt really clean, the pool area was also very clean and really great pool in general for both adults and kids, amazing coffee reasonably priced snacks and food at the bar , couldn’t fault a thing about this hotel or staff! Loved our stay , perfect for families or couples

No BBC 1. Very cold weather. Heating not adequate. Room had car park view, not pool view. No mechanical ventilation to bathroom. Very hard chairs.

The location was absolutely perfect, less than 15 minutes from both the busy and lively strip and also many beaches nearby. The hotel is incredibly quiet after 10 due to strict rules about noise. The hotel is also very family friendly, lots of young families around and a children's pool alongside a regular pool. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which can be accessed throughout the day (bar closes at 12 and restaurant at 6). Food was nice and fairly universal (pizza, burgers, toasties) and not expensive (most things were around 5-10 euros). Extensive wine menu alongside cocktails which were around 7-9 euros, so very much in line with hotels in the area. Live sporting events are also shown throughout the day. The staff are very friendly and were more than happy to give us authentic restaurant recommendations and help us with where to go/what to do. We also received a nice call from reception on our first morning to ask how our night had been and if we were OK which was great. Check out at 12 was great, you are still welcome to use the facilities and we were able to leave our luggage in a side room until we came back to retrieve it at around 6 that evening.

The sheets are changed once a week which seemed a little too long considering how close it is to the beaches around (sand in sheets which would not shift!). The walls can be slightly thin so it can be difficult to have a lie in if that's what you would like. On one occasion only two of the beds in the room were made and the other was left unmade. Be prepared to pay a 200 euro deposit upon arrival, the website did say it was 100 but we were told this has not been updated.

Nice studio apartments with a swimming pool. It's not far from a Intermarché supermarket. Many restaurants around, I recommend the Italian "400 degrees" one.

They don't supply toiletries so bring your own shampoo. At least 5 of the electrical appliances were of the brand "lift", is this some kind of scheme to make us lose our sense of reality ? Live music (except for the day of the saxophonist) really very bad.

The gate that allowed you to get in and out even when the cafe was closed was super handy. Staff were also super helpful and friendly, helped us sort out transfer to and from the airport. They also were very mindful of the safety of guests when they were coming back in the early hours of the morning. The pool was absolutely perfect too, there were always deck chairs available somewhere.

I loved the apartment..I loved how you were outside when you opened your door to the apartment... I loved the fact I had a washing machine... It was in a nice area

The fact that 3 days into the holiday it got noisy with groups of hens and stags arrived taking over the hotel ,pool etc Wad very noisy and drinking bottles round the pool.. It got to where I couldn't get a sunlounger
