Fantastic location. Quiet hotel yet very close to everything needed. Bed was super comfortable and the studio had a great little seating area and handy kitchenette. Housekeeping called every morning so room was always fresh & clean.

Minor inconveniences- Decor is a little worn and could be freshened up a bit. Doors in studio don't close properly and are scraped & scratched. Balcony is very confined due to air con unit taking up large chunk of space.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Walking distance to two lovely beaches. Restaurants and nightlife close by

Having to for the safety deposit box. I always choose accommodation with a safety deposit box so would expect it to be included in the price. The room cleaning service was provided very late in the afternoon. We would arrive back to hotel room in the afternoon to find the apartment had not been cleaned. At 5pm in the evening it’s too late to clean the apartment as we are back in the apartment trying to shower and get ready to go out! We had to ask for clean towels and made our own beds. This was disappointing considering the money we paid .

Good location, close enough to the strip and a short Bolt to many parts for under €5.00. Lovely modern pool area, clean hotel, nice bar area and lovely room- one of nicest we have stayed in. Great value for money. Used the indoor pool area, could do with a little work, but perfect for getting in out of the rain shower. Would highly recommend and would return if ever returning to the Albufeira region. My €100 deposit was returned within 2 days of leaving.

The water drainage in the sink and shower was a problem, flooding the bathroom floor after a long shower is not ideal.

Staff were friendly. Good choice of food for breakfast. We had a great room with a nice balcony and a good view. The pool area was nice and we liked that it was divided into both a pool and grass area. The grass area was a little bit quieter, which suited us. The hotel itself is close enough to some local pubs/short walk to the beaches. We were just using ubers at night into the old town, which were cheap and no bother at all. Would come back. We had a beautiful room overlooking the sea. We had lunch at pool very nice and really priced well very good value for money.

We had to request balcony floor to be washed, I thought it should be done daily. Not really a pool bar ,it was dinning area

Good location and hotel is clean.

My room had a small kitchen but there was no dish soap or cleaning materials provided for the dishes. We had to purchase it ourselves. There was a fee to pay to drop in and use their gym. There was a fee to use the safety security box located in the room.

•You had to walk all the way back to reception to get to pool. We were at the very end of the corridor. •You could hear EVERYTHING from the corridors. •Cleaners didnt like to replace toilet roll. •€7.50 daily charge for gym (but gym was nice).

Excellent location- very close to 3 beaches! 10 min. walk from the Strip and, a short and cheap taxi ride away from Old Town Albufeira. The pool and common areas were always clean.

The hotel seems to be a favourite for families, which is great, however it can get very loud and hectic by the pool- therefore, try and grab a lounger on the grass in front of the pool bar for a little peace. Also, there was amazing live music on the Thursday and Saturday that we stayed, however not any other night- it seemed lacking liveliness.

Location great & good price for standard of the hotel. Staff helpfull tried the breakfast once and good value for money great selection buffet style. Rooms clean and comfortable stayed here numerous times always enjoyed.Will return plenty of shops & good value bars and resteraunts within close proximity couldn't ask for more.

A few idiots banging on doors early hours of the morning and running up the corridors. Although as per mentioned stayed here numerous times this was the first time I've encountered this, also maids cleaning rooms on above floors moving furniture around late at night and early hours of the morning a minor inconvienance however wouldn't stop me from returning. Also hotel asking for deposits on rooms booked three rooms two people didn't turn up due to unforseen circumstances still charged in full for the room, maybe as a loyal returning customer some concession could have been made?

The location of the hotel is nice, quite location but close to nearby attractions. Easy reach to the old town with taxi. Nearby street has lot of restaurant options. There is one nice beach 10 mins walking from the hotel. Staff is courteous, polite and nice. Studio Room size was great and bed mattress were good. Breakfast spread is decent.

The wifi signal in the studio room was not very great, it didn't cover all areas of the room. The bathroom feels a bit dated, door handle of the bathroom was bit loose, didn't feel the exhaust fan worked properly. Locker in the room is not free and swimming pool closes at 7pm during summer time.
