Really toddler friendly place, which was great for our 2 years old, so there was always something to do (swimming pools, playground) and a lot of open space to run and have fun. We like the fact the whole resort was well closed and monitored, which gave us a piece of mind. The 1 bedroom flat was just in front of the pool, so great location and having half board was a bingo choice for our picky toddler. Very friendly staff, good food choice.

the only thing that i think needs improvement is the beach bar staff. they need better costumer service training. they were slow in noticing when someone needed the bill or other items. its was like they were doing you a favor by asking what you’d like to order. definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is directly located on the beach. The breakfast is fantastic, with ocean view. The facility itself offers everything you need for a stay in the winter months.

The hotel has not deserved the name ‚Spa‘, if the Spa is not open for guests over the day. You have to pay additional 18€ per day to use the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Exception is from 9 - 11am & 1 - 3pm.. But these are times you‘re normally at the breakfast or out. This is super annoying, if you booked the hotel in the winter season, where the outdoor pool might not be used. The fitness room is well equipped, but closes at 7pm, so no late workout possible. But the hotel staff is very friendly and opens the fitness room outside opening hours, if possible. So there are much restrictions if you want to use the indoor facilities of the hotel. Sad. The hotel also needs a renovation at some places, but it‘s still acceptable.

I liked it is situated on the beach directly. The rooms are very clean and well sized.

Spacious and comfortable room, clean, beautiful setting, great breakfast. We were happy to have paid a bit more to have sea view. Otherwise you'll get a room looking over the parking lot, I think it's worth to pay the extra cost (especially in summer, when you spend more time on your terrace)

A bit old, some parts could really use a make-over. Very poor Wifi signal. Free use of the indoor swimming pool is very limited and don't expect a relaxing moment, it's full of screaming kids jumping all around... The gym closes a bit early (7pm). In winter time it could be handy to be able to use it later. One of the bathrobes we received in the rooms was extremely worn out and literally full of holes... However we immediately received a new one in the Spa when I showed the state of the bathrobe. Spa treatments are pretty expensive, also the bars /restaurants. The swimming pools outside seem a bit small if you'd come in summer time. Too bad that the heated one in winter, still felt pretty cold.

We had a great stay at the Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort. It’s a beautiful property that offers everything you would expect from a resort of this category, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect—very central and convenient for exploring the Algarve region. The breakfast buffet is extensive and varied, offering plenty of delicious options to start the day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We also really appreciated how easy it was to park within the resort grounds. The facilities are numerous and well suited to the size of the resort, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

That said, we were disappointed to find that the beach directly connected to the resort is not operated by the hotel and requires an additional payment to access loungers and umbrellas. Most importantly, the biggest downside for us was the constant and overwhelming noise from young children. Whether at breakfast, by the pools, or in the restaurants, the atmosphere was often loud and lacked the tranquility we were hoping for. While the resort clearly caters very well to families with small children, those seeking peace and quiet may find it a bit challenging to fully unwind.

Beautiful Hotel in a gorgeous Resort right on the beach. Our room was stunning (we paid extra for sea view room and did not disappoint) Breakfast is simply wonderful with a huge choice of absolutely everthing. Breakfast staff are so nice and very attentive. The pools and Spa area are lovely. The cleanliness of the Hotel is outstanding. It is being cleaned 24/7. Room cleaned every day. The private beach area with bars/restaurants. Lots of relaxation areas around the hotel. Staff are very nice, professional and attentive.

The balcony area needs attention, walls seriously need a paint and could do with a table. No robes in the room (we did request them and they were dropped to our room) Water was not delivered to our room and when I asked I was told I could buy one at the bar ! Cost of €4.50!! Empty mini fridge! Cost of food & drink! Will set you back €9.50 for a glass of wine? Ouch! Chicken fingers (defo frozen) in take away carton by the pool and 2 tiny plastic beers cost €23 (photos below)

Everything was perfect. Out of season got a very good deal. Rooms are freshly refurbished with a very modern twist. Sea view family rooms are big spacious and excellent value for money. Fresh water daily in the room, daily nespresso capsule for your nespreso machine Kids club is perfect- staff is actually playing with children hide and seek etc Breakfast is vast including smoked salmon and sparkling wine Beach is few steps away.

Can’t think of any downsides. You have everything you need including bars restaurants by the beach, pools indoor and outdoor. Kids club Massage, facials

Beautiful location within easy reach of Albufeira Old Town via Uber or Taxi. Wonderful escape in peaceful surroundings. Apartment was comfortable and very spacious and had everything you’d need. Fresh bottle of water delivered to the door daily was a lovely touch.

Great food options at the beach front restaurants however maybe it was just the time of year that there wasn’t much of a selection in the hotel. Also food and drinks were quite pricey so it was better value for us to eat and drink in Albufeira each night and pay for transport. Glass of wine was €10 at the hotel whereas a glass of wine in town was around €3.50. It is a pity that the pricing is done like this which meant not many people were eating and drinking at the hotel.
