The room we were in had an extra balcony that we were not expecting and a separate bathroom from the lounge very roomy and it was west facing which I asked for so we could see the sunset 🌅 the sightseeing tour bus stop is right outside as well as the normal buses to faro and into Albufeira very useful although the nearest bars, restaurants and shops are only a 15min walk. The swimming pool is out the back which you get to from the back of floor 2 and is really nice with a pool bar ( very lovely friendly nice bar man)

The bathroom was in desperate need of a serious cleaning and refurbishing the kitchenette didn’t have an oven but we made do with the microwave and hob, the door handles and locks need upgrading but again we dealt with it

Clean, and very friendly staff, we had what we needed in room, good pool area and clean

We were on third floor, lifts out of service, door on balcony could not lock. First thing when we came in reception front door was leaking front ceiling down the wall. It was also very far out front town/city. Yes there was a beach nearby, but if you blinked you had it missed. Spent a small fortune on taxi/taking tuk. If anyone is staying here my advice is Hire a car, 28euro to get to Marine from there. Very little bulbs working

The property is about 25 minute walk from the Albuferia new town which was very handy. The pool and bar were also a great benefit to the apartment we had. Our receptionist Linda was also very lovely and welcoming to us when we arrived. We found it to be a great value for money for a group getaway.

loved everything about it, it was really cheap for everything they offer. the place is not new but that doesn’t mean it’s in bad condition. everything you need, you have, everything works. + nice & clean pool, nice view, nice housekeeping girls & receptionists

maybe if the guests stop stealing the towels from the hotel they will have more, it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Location near beach and facilities. Large spacious apartments. Lovely poolside area. Cheapest place in the area by far.

Communal areas desperately in need of refurbishment - painting, decorating and modernising. Rooms/apartments also need the same.

I've stayed twice. Rooms are very spacious. Maid service I think every day. Room was good and clean. No oven but I wasn't cooking. Staff lovely. Its a 15 pr 20 Min walk to cafe and strip (food available at hotel bit we know the cafe owners). Taxi 4.05e if you ask for small taxi

Reception staff golden is the only way to describe. Bar staff worst ever.

Bar staff. Rude telling me to take a 20 minute walk to go and buy ice as the fridge in the room did not have an ice tray and they cannot spare any.

Great property ! Great bar, pools, the room with 2 balcony and a sea view ! I absolutely recommend this property ! i won’t go anywhere else in Algarve. Good value for your money ! Did I talk about the staff ? They are EXCELLENT ! They make you feel like you’re with friends or a big family. I don’t know them but I already miss them haha. Shoutout to them who are working to make your stay exceptional 👏🏾❤️ So PEOPLE don’t hesitate and come to this hotel you won’t regret.

Nothing. Late check in though (I came really early) but I waited in the pool or bar so it’s perfect.

It was okay, but I think this part of the hotel needs renovation and deep cleaning.

The kitchen wasn’t well equipped. For five people only two cups

There was a broken air conditioning in the room instased of a fan but that was not a problem.Big problem was with cleaning we were 9 nights the cleaners came every day and only took bags from garbage bins,the bedings was not changed once,only once in 9 nights the floor was swept.
