Rooms were spacious and well equipped with a fantastic balcony. Cleaning service was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the entertainment team who work incredibly hard. The food was excellent and the grounds were very well kept & the pool areas were lovely. This was our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first time!

The oven in the room is far too small as was the baking tray. We are a family of three and considering the room is for 4 this could have been better. The bathroom was looking tired and could do with a make over. The mattress on one of the beds didn’t smell very clean and the previous occupant had obviously broken the rules re not smoking as the smell was very strong and tape had been stuck over the smoke detector! Saying all that, this wouldn’t deter us from booking again as overall, the hotel is very good.

It’s the best property I’ve ever stayed. I loved the green area, the cleanliness of facilities and variety of pools.

The only thing that I didn’t like was a cold indoor pool while I selected this aparthotel just because of indoor swimming pool.

The green areas/gardens/paths to the beach are stunning. Nice swimming pools and variety of pool types. Apartments very spatious.

The activities for kids were a bit confusing. There was a Kids club area but we didn't understand how it worked at what time activities were held, so we end up not using it. Some shows were quite old fashion (i.e. the magic show at the Tavern Bar).

The hotel is perfect for a family holiday, loads of space to play for the kids and plenty of activities available. It's very close to the beach also for a walk. The breakfast buffet was also beautiful. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful also.

The swimming pools were not heated so they were cold most of the time which made it difficult to play in with the kids a lot. The evening buffet was not great, we ate out every other night.

Our family spent almost two weeks in this hotel and the feeling was that we are at our home. The apartment was full everything what was needed. All personnel was helpfull and very pleasant. Location of the hotel is very convenient, located near the ocean. Thank you for amazing time.

The view 😍 stunning sunsets and sunrise 🌅 All the complex is very well maintained and organised, loads of pools as you have great selection of all alfagar hotels to walk around, you can enjoy all the activities all around all 3 hotels , all pools, food, entertainment. Big spacious rooms, cleaned 5 times a week. You will find everything you need in the rooms, coffee machine (filtered) etc. All the rooms facing pool and the sea. Evening entertainment- kids mini disco, some games, performances. You can get a map with all the activities that are happening around all the hotels, so be prepared to move around if you are looking for such things to do. Pools are cold , but it didn't bother us even in mid of October. Loads of pools, water slides, and one of the hotels (alfagar prestige) have a big heated outdoor pool for all the alfagar users, which was amazing. The location is a bit away from the old town, but Uber is only a few min to get there for a reasonable price. Breakfast was amazing, hot, delicious, and everything you could possibly want. Dinner was a disappointment. We had half board but skipped a few dinners as, to be honest, it was very poor, cold, weird stuff and not so good. Mini market is just around the corner, which is handy. Alfagar village has some amazing clif walks with access to sandy beach ⛱️ 😍 Overall, it was an amazing time. We would return.

For the first time, I saw that the hotel is charging for things such as face painting €5 per child and some other activities on the water. Dinner options are not so great.

The staff were approachable and helpful. The location was excellent, close to the beach (within walking distance) and close to supermarkets and the strip which hosts a number of different stores.

Lack of eating facilities which was due to restaurant and bar closures for refurbishment.

This hotel is fantastic for families or singles, they have very big rooms with big bathroom and balcony , kitchen supplies are great. You can cook in the room or go out. Room was clean every second day which is fantastic. Every evening disco for kids. Fab entertainment team . I had a special request and they did it for me with pleasure. No hustle. Unfortunately we couldn’t use kids swimming pools because they were closed until next week. But next time hopefully 🤞. Very close to shop if you need to buy anything. Beach is 15 minutes but steps are involved, like plenty steps 😉. Taxi Uber so cheap. 5 euros to town . Thank you so much to everyone who make my 50s special . I will be back soon 🔜.

Nice, specious apartments. well- equipped kitchen. Good breakfast. Lovely entertainment for kids , kids disco every night, swimming pools , playground. Lots of pools indoor and outdoor. Pity some of them were not open yet. Friendly, lovely staff, especially in the restaurant and bar.

The bed is not comfortable. The hotel could be cleaner & needs a bit of touch-ups. One of the elevators wasn't working. Hotel understaffed, all bar & restaurant workers running all over the place, working very hard, trying to do everything. You can see they r under pressure all the time. The lunch menu is very poor, cheap quality and not tasty.
