Rooms were spacious and well equipped with a fantastic balcony. Cleaning service was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the entertainment team who work incredibly hard. The food was excellent and the grounds were very well kept & the pool areas were lovely. This was our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first time!

The oven in the room is far too small as was the baking tray. We are a family of three and considering the room is for 4 this could have been better. The bathroom was looking tired and could do with a make over. The mattress on one of the beds didn’t smell very clean and the previous occupant had obviously broken the rules re not smoking as the smell was very strong and tape had been stuck over the smoke detector! Saying all that, this wouldn’t deter us from booking again as overall, the hotel is very good.

It’s the best property I’ve ever stayed. I loved the green area, the cleanliness of facilities and variety of pools.

The only thing that I didn’t like was a cold indoor pool while I selected this aparthotel just because of indoor swimming pool.

The green areas/gardens/paths to the beach are stunning. Nice swimming pools and variety of pool types. Apartments very spatious.

The activities for kids were a bit confusing. There was a Kids club area but we didn't understand how it worked at what time activities were held, so we end up not using it. Some shows were quite old fashion (i.e. the magic show at the Tavern Bar).

We stayed with two young children, and they especially enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the swimming pools. It’s a great option for families looking to stay outside the town in a peaceful area. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away, though there aren’t many facilities available there.

There isn’t much to do in the immediate area around the hotel, and it’s quite a distance from shops and restaurants. We weren’t informed that housekeeping wouldn’t be available on Friday and Sunday, which was disappointing since we expected the room to be cleaned and to have fresh towels after returning from the beach. The food options were also rather repetitive. However, my son loved the bakery options at breakfast.

The view 😍 stunning sunsets and sunrise 🌅 All the complex is very well maintained and organised, loads of pools as you have great selection of all alfagar hotels to walk around, you can enjoy all the activities all around all 3 hotels , all pools, food, entertainment. Big spacious rooms, cleaned 5 times a week. You will find everything you need in the rooms, coffee machine (filtered) etc. All the rooms facing pool and the sea. Evening entertainment- kids mini disco, some games, performances. You can get a map with all the activities that are happening around all the hotels, so be prepared to move around if you are looking for such things to do. Pools are cold , but it didn't bother us even in mid of October. Loads of pools, water slides, and one of the hotels (alfagar prestige) have a big heated outdoor pool for all the alfagar users, which was amazing. The location is a bit away from the old town, but Uber is only a few min to get there for a reasonable price. Breakfast was amazing, hot, delicious, and everything you could possibly want. Dinner was a disappointment. We had half board but skipped a few dinners as, to be honest, it was very poor, cold, weird stuff and not so good. Mini market is just around the corner, which is handy. Alfagar village has some amazing clif walks with access to sandy beach ⛱️ 😍 Overall, it was an amazing time. We would return.

For the first time, I saw that the hotel is charging for things such as face painting €5 per child and some other activities on the water. Dinner options are not so great.

Good facilities across 3 hotel complexes. The breakfast had a good choice of options, well replenished and was filling. We also ate at the cafes and restaurants in the complexes, they were good but not exceptional, and there are other of options to eat at restaurants and cafes nearby. The supermarket is a 20 minute walk away. The apartments were spacious, clean, comfortable and great value for money.

A little bit further out from town centres. Although taxis are readily available at the hotel and only £8 to get into the old town. Mattresses on the sofa beds could do with replacing.

Loved it all! Set up was brilliant. Amazing spot for kids all ages and location was brilliant, so close to lots of different areas and activities. Breakfast was fabulous 10/10.. i could live off the glazed mini donuts/orange juice. The cleaning standards very high inside the apartments and shops/restaurants on site had so much to choose from. So many large pools to pick from and all staff so welcoming and helpful. Found the minimarket fairly cheap for being so accessible. Balcony was massive and just a dream in the early mornings and late evenings.

Our family spent almost two weeks in this hotel and the feeling was that we are at our home. The apartment was full everything what was needed. All personnel was helpfull and very pleasant. Location of the hotel is very convenient, located near the ocean. Thank you for amazing time.

The hotel is perfect for a family holiday, loads of space to play for the kids and plenty of activities available. It's very close to the beach also for a walk. The breakfast buffet was also beautiful. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful also.

The swimming pools were not heated so they were cold most of the time which made it difficult to play in with the kids a lot. The evening buffet was not great, we ate out every other night.
