The location is perfect if you look for a quiet place but want to be close to the beach(es), restaurants, shops (including a small local market). The hotel was recently refurbished so it was very clean and the cleaning service was also great. The room was spacious for a family of 4, kitchen well equipped for breakfast or small meals. I would definitely come back, we had a fantastic stay.

Coffee machine in the room could have been upgraded to a capsule machine or, I would be very happy to pay for a nice coffee in the reception (but unfortunately the coffee there wasn't great).

Location excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach. People have mentioned ‘very steep’ steps - we didn’t find them very steep at all. Also plenty of restaurants, shops & supermarket within easy reach. I am totally confused by all of the reviews saying Clube Maria Luisa is at the bottom of a long hill! You barely notice it is a hill onto the main road of bars/restaurants. People also mentioned staff being rude - everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Lovely quiet, family friendly resort. 2 bed apartments immaculate. Great pool area and beach access is unbeatable.

Kitchen facilities limited - just a hob and microwave and one small cupboard to keep any food in so don’t think you could do fully self-catered. Not enough storage/hooks to hang things on in rooms. Mirrors in bedrooms would be useful. Cleaning service hit & miss - turned up at 5ish twice - not a convenient time. Missed us totally on our last night.

Compact and clean air-conditioned apartment with everything my daughter and I needed for a short break. Balcony overlooked the well maintained pool area which had clean and comfortable loungers. Everything we needed in the small kitchen; smart TV in the lounge; comfortable beds; very peaceful environment. A short walk to the small, clean, secluded Maria Luisa beach. We didn't have a cooked breakfast, so can't comment on the quality; but the rest of the options were fine, and frequently replenished.

Apartment information received prior to stay indicated we would have a balcony and terrace. We had a small balcony. Adequate for the needs of two of us, but would have been a bit cramped for four and impossible for six (apartment had two double rooms and a double sofa bed in lounge).

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and super close to convenient amenities like supermarkets and shops. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. We even left something behind in the room after we checked out, and they were incredibly kind and efficient in helping us get it back overseas. Truly impressive service. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a good stay. The apartment was cleaned everday. We had ants in the bedrooms one evening, and that was quickly attended to. Room was next to the pool. Walking distance to the beach.

We had to wait during check in even though we had a confirmation for early check in. Pool was cold. No playground. Location was a bit away from the main attractions. Its perfect, if you want quiet. We drove quite a bit to get to better beaches without any algae.

I didn’t like being told can’t be loud which i get but even through the day to keep quiet. Also 6 girls in one room which was actually perfect although sofa best is not one bit comfortable. We did get extra pillows. We only had 1 towel change and we were there for 4 days we also had to buy extra loo roll but no close by shops just felt this was basics that could have been provided. Other than that couldn’t fault it

As soon as we stepped into reception we were greeted by friendly staff and a bright, clean and spacious dining room. Sergio was particularly helpful and made our stay pleasant helping with any questions we had about the area and assisting with luggage. The cleaners came daily and the pool and gardens were very well maintained and clean. The location was very good, only a few yards from the beach.

Good spacious and clean rooms. The staff was helpful with local recommendations and property information. Close to Albuferia center but not a crowded neighborhood. That was great. Enough parking space in the property. We could cook our own meals. The equipment in the kitchen was good.

Lacked basic things like something to keep our toothbrush or toothpaste. No place for toilet paper, so we had to keep it on the dustbin as that was the closest possible place to keep it. The pool had a lot of insects.

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Free parking was available in the hotel car park. • Keys: Check-in was quick and easy, and we got the keys from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. • First impression: The whole property was spacious and clean with swimming pools in the centre of the circular structure. There was a lift at the far end, but we took the stairs as it was just one floor, • Kitchen & Bathroom: The kitchen was very well equipped with a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils, etc. The bathroom too was clean and spacious, with a bathtub and good hot water. As we were four in the family, we had to wait for the hot water tank to heat up before the next person could shower, but it was not a problem at all as we were in no hurry at all. • Bedroom: The apartment was large and spacious, with a luxurious feel. The bedroom had a large bed with good supply of blankets in the wardrobes. There was a sofa with a pull-out bed underneath it in the living room. The linen was clean and the beds were comfortable.. • Amenities: There was free wifi but it was quite slow as Netfix was not streaming, a lounge area with pool table, and swimming pool (which was not being used as it was December). There was the facility to pay for breakfast, and ability to mingle with the other guests and easy access to the nearby beach. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.
