Everything. The hotel has recently been done up, it’s beautiful and very peaceful. The beach is also on its doorstep. I would totally recommend.

The breakfast buffet was excellent we were in Portugal for 2 weeks at various locations but the breakfast there was the best of any place we ate. The a la carte restaurant was also excellent. We used the spa services for massage and facials, the service was excellent. The place is very clean and people are always cleaning all day long. We watched 3 of the live bands and 2 of those were a lot of fun playing hits from the 80's and 90's. One even took requests and they did a great job with Thunderstruck and Living on a Prayer.

We had some issues with our room but Luis made it right. If I had to do it again I would not take the dinner buffet, I found it underwhelming when you factor in the cost of staying there. I'd prefer to eat in town or at the a la carte. The wasn't much in the way of shellfish, clams or even mussels. There was a wide variety of food there but I found the offerings rather ordinary or basic. The desserts were the best part. The spa staff and services were great as well, but I felt it was a little overpriced. The trip to the beach is rather long and involves lots of stairs we knew this going in but it takes commitment to go to the beach every day. The pools were nice but the water is quite cool. Coming from home where we have a heated pool we were a little shocked with the ocean and pool temps.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The bed is huge and the most comfortable I ever slept in. Food was great and the alcoholic drinks were delicious and strong. Indoor pool was big and empty most of the time which I really appreciated. Always pool beds available no matter the time of day. There were free activities you can book through their app. It was an enjoyable experience

Beautiful hotel. Good and plentiful choice at breakfast and dinner. Beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool with lots of sunbeds around. The room was big, clean and comfy. Huge 7ft bed which I found very comfy, (husband found it a little too firm).

I prefer a firmer pillow as I'm used to a memory foam pillow and found the two pillows supplied were not firm enough. (Perhaps have some firm pillows in reserve for customers who need firmer pillows). My husband prefers a softer mattress so maybe a reserve of 3ft toppers could be to hand for those who have differing mattress preferences.

Waiters doesn’t communicate between them, waiting too long for food, we didn’t receive everything we ordered in the restaurant. At one moment, waiter felt guilty they delayed a lot our food and they offered courtesy drink, funny fact is that it was on the bill and we paid fot it😂 Something else is that we asked a glass of white whine and we received the worst wine I ever had, couldn’t drink it - Segredos Sao Miguel, terrible(and I’m not very demanding l) Writing down all these just to give hotel the posibility to improve

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before. The rooms are large and airy. The staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good and such a lot of choice.

The parking is hit and miss but there is plenty at the top of the road which is only a short walk away. We were personally disappointed with the air-conditioning as it didn’t work very well and the ceiling fan makes a noise. We did ask for a quiet room as well, but we got a balcony which faced a busy main road and a school. It wasn’t a problem whilst indoors, but we do like to spend time on the balcony but found it too noisy.

Hotel & all Staff were excellent and very accommodating. It was very clean everywhere, plenty of sunbeds & a good size pool. The afternoon entertainment in general was very good. Our room was spacious, with tea & coffee making facilities and a regular supply of bottled water. It had a fantastic bed, two easy chairs & a reasonably size balcony with table and chairs. Restaurant busy but always tables available inside and out. A wide choice of food, salads and cold counter tended to be a better choice. The rock duo in the evening were fantastic & enjoyed by everyone in the audience. A la restaurant was also very good

The hot food for lunch and dinner could've been of a better quality and often over cooked. Entertainment in the evening could've been better accommodated for the English speaking audience, i.e. too many Portuguese songs and performers. Afternoon disco was too self indulgent by the DJ. Pianist, violinist etc were far better. We felt that the hotel was built on a high peninsular and was the possible reason we suffered from very strong winds every day of our stay in mid May.

comfy beds , sauna and indoor pool was gorgeous, food was brilliant great selection, Georgie the TUI rep was lovely and so helpful, loads of sunbeds , lovely little bay around the corner with a gorgeous restaurant on the beach get a massage /facial with Marta and her team , amazing thsnk you

The steps to Falesia beach, all 120 of them , no access otherwise which was a pity as the beach looked lovely , get an uber app or at least a taxi number if your shopping in Algsrve shopping centre as it is open until 2300 but the taxi rank will be empty especially early week , trival points , steam room luke warm at best sign asks you to ring reception if it's off buy there's no phone anywhere and I don't bring mine to the pool , lastly patio slider to balcony needs a handle on the outside so housekeeping don't have to keep cleaning my paw prints off the glass 😀

Beautiful hotel , clean and warm , lovely reception areas , library and a beautiful indoor pool with a fabulous large clean wooden sauna. beds were very comfy and HUGE , cleaned every day . Food was amazing, huge selection , we were all inclusive for 2 weeks and I think I put on a stone , soups deserts and lots of gorgeous salads , lots of choice in the hot section with several fish dishes every night , yes the food was excellent , there was also a snack bar that needed investigating, basic enough but your too full to need anything after the huge breakfast. there's also a restaurant on site that has to be booked also included in the all inclusive but we didn't make it to that ( too full 😀) also a bbq which we heard great things about, but didn't try The pool is fabulous lots of sunbeds but not heated so at the end of October was refreshing enough !

Only a few small items shower tray's were oddly enough very very slippery this was noticed by quite a few people we spoke to , you needed a towel on it or you'd break something Very poor lighting on the footpaths at night going back to your room from the pool, I'm aware it's not the official pathway back and there are lights on the path, there just not on Last thing , this hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues who wants to go to the beach as there's a lot of steps down to it , you can access a beach down the road with the most beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea ( yes more food ) the beach is called "water eyes" obviously in Portuguese it sounds better but definitely worth going to , amazing views of Villamora off in the distance

Car got key scratched valandoze parked on the street in front of the hotel. The rooms have heating but not cooling, I fought with the temperature gauge before realizing this. The room was an oven. Simply opening the verandah door to the cool autumn evening fixed it.
