Location - the hotel is in a very good location, in Olhus De Agua. Beach is 5-10 min walk not even that, there is a supermarket outside as well as pharmacy, bank, atm if needed. The hotel - clean! Restaurant - good food, could do with more meat variety. Bar - good drinks and good coffee, staff were amazing. They had Summersby on a tab! Loved it! Pool area - music is needed, should be on throughout the day. Would create a good atmosphere. Room facilities - we liked the facilities, but double/king bed would have been ideal as opposed to two single beds. Coffee/tea should be an available in the room, since it’s all inclusive, we would have liked to be have a coffee in the room as opposed to having to go to the restaurant for it. Bathroom - clean. Balcony - clean. Hygiene - very clean. Staff - so friendly and helpful. Laundry area - more washing machines and a working drier would be good. It was faulty while we stayed. Games - more investment into games and arcade would be nice. The entertainment was mainly tailored around kids not so much for adults … Gym - needs equipment, very little to none really for regular gym goers. Classes around the pool area would be also good option. Only saw one being done during my 10 day stay.

Mainly the music isn’t played outdoors near the pool and bar area, that would make such big difference.

There are many reasons I liked about the property: 1. It catered so well for parents with young children-the pools, the entertainment, the space, 2. It was exceptionally clean; 3. The rooms were perfect to stay and live; 4. The food was exceptional; 5. The staff were tremendous.

The fact that smoking is permitted in the pool area, where there are predominantly children swimming. This was a poor decision of the hotel. There should perhaps be a designated section to smoke.

There aren't enough words in the world to describe this place. I am a solo parent with 2 babies, 3&2. I travelled alone, so I obviously faced a few challenges, nothing, and I mean nothing was too much for this hotel or the staff. The apartment style rooms are incredibly big, high ceilings, fresh clean decor throughout, and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard daily! The Food!? What can I say? Again, this was an unbelievable service from breakfast right through to late night snacks they didn't fail to deliver. There was more than enough for everyone activity wise. The pools were spacious and kept in pristine condition. The waterpark was a huge hit with the kids, manned by a lifeguard at all times and the safest of use guidelines in place. I do not have a single bad word to say about this hotel. From as high up as the director right down to the maids and kitchen staff, no one could do enough for you and all with a huge smile on their faces. Which I believe says a lot. If the staff seem as happy and as upbeat as the holiday makers, then they're doing it right. I'd return in a heartbeat and cannot thank everyone enough for making mine and my boys experience the magical time it was.

Honestly cannot fault this hotel at all... Food was excellent, and varied for each meal every day. Rooms and swimming pools were kept very clean. All staff were very friendly & helpful whenever needed. Entertainment was brilliant throughout the day and night (our 5-year old loved the daytime bingo). The TVs in the pool bar were perfect for nipping off to watch a football match with a beer. The snacks that are nearly always available in the pool bar were a big hit with our 11-year old, and were very handy for if you miss breakfast or lunch any day... The kids area is brilliant, the water slides and playground are perfect for the kids, while there are plenty of sunbeds for parents to keep an eye on them while catching some sun. Plenty of beverages to choose from -- Tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer, wines, cocktails (and not carton cocktails either). The location is nice and quiet too. Some small shops and bars close-by, and a 10 minute walk to a beautiful little beach. A 10 minute taxi into Albufeira for around 12e then for anybody wanting to do a bit more shopping or experience a louder bar scene. The management should be very proud of their staff here, they are all very good at their jobs! We will definitely be back. It might be a small bit more expensive than some other all-inclusives, but it is worth every cent. Obrigado for a great holiday Clube Humbria.

Nothing

The hotel is great. The apartments are spacious, clean and bright with a large balcony. The beds are very comfortable, as are the sofas in the guest room. The rooms are cleaned every day if you like. Breakfast is good but the same every day, but there is always something different for lunch and dinner. There are also feasts for vegetarians. I must also mention Mrs. Olga, who is a masseuse, It is worth taking advantage of her professional massage, which will surely relax you. The swimming pool is large, sun loungers always available. The hotel staff is also very nice, always helpful. Every evening there is an event on stage and an hour of children's disco (if you have one).The beach is about a 10-minute walk, there are also restaurants and shops with souvenirs and jewelry.If you want to go to Albuferi, it's best to take an Uber taxi - each Uber here costs about €8. I couldn't see too many buses here. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

This hotel is the perfect all inclusive accommodation. Food was good and varied, had everything you need for a good family holiday. The mini aquapark was great for the kids. The entertainment was good in the evening as well. All in all a great family holiday couldn't fault it. I have to say the room was spotless as well, bottles of water available at the reception f.o.c it isn't much, but was a nice touch. we'll be booking again next year.

The location is a little far away from the old town, but it's only a taxi away, there are a few bars and restaurants around the area though, but If I'm honest you could spend a whole week here without leaving the hotel at all..

I liked absolutely everything, the staff was amazing, everyone very kind, helpful and lovely. Food was just perfect, great selection, fresh, perfect variety. Pleace was very clean, and every detail was taken care of. Bar, swimming pool, outside toilets spotless, great bar drinks and food selection. Room service top notch. I want to come back! Thank you😊

Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the staff who were so accommodating with nothing too much trouble for them, to the incredible facility's! The kids club was brilliant as well and was the perfect place for our 1 year old to spend an hour in the afternoon out of the sun and making friends. The staff at kids club were great! Just a perfect hotel for a family holiday.

We loved everything about our stay! The only thing we would have found useful having a 1 year old would be an enclosed area outside as there wasn’t anywhere outside they could run round without worrying they could run off.

This is a very family all inclusive hotel and they do it exceptionally well. The staff are all very friendly and well trained. The check in process was really good. The restaurant for an all inclusive was very good with different specials and some variations at all sittings. Loads of fresh fruit and vegetables plus lots of kiddy friendly options. Loved the sushi and it was available on four evenings! House wine in bottles was pretty reasonable and beer on self pour tap. Always plenty of sun loungers available on the grass area, less so around the pool. The grandkids loved the kids club activities and the evening entertainment. The whole site was very clean. Particularly liked the recycling boxes for kids toys, inflatables and books etc. Restaurant whilst busy was never overcrowded and the wait to go in was minimal despite the volume of people. The staff were instantly clearing the used tables.

Guys, the coffee machines need a rethink! They are sooo slow! If you want an Americano it’s two goes, one for coffee and the next for hot water to fill the cup! Please add a separate hot water facility so that the tea drinkers don’t have to wait forever whilst the machines dispense. Please add some more dairy free options to the desert choices, they’re were only about two all week excluding the fruit. The swimming pool is absolutely freezing, the grandkids came out blue and shivering! Too cold for me! Maybe it’s better in July and August but I doubt it! The rooms are big and very clean but have absolutely nothing in the kitchen area. You can get some things from hospitality. The rooms are a bit tired but are really clean and serviced every day.

I liked the breakfast, lunch and dinner food options in the buffet. The pool bar was a success with my kid. The staff was friendly and the daily kids club and evening entertainment activities were great.

We were travelling in September. The weather was pleasantly warm however not warm enough for unheated pools. While the kids pool would warm up after midday, we couldn't get into the big pool till around 3 pm. My daughter wouldn't swim in the big pool for long without feeling cold. She also couldn't enjoy the water park because the water was too cold. The property should heat the pools
