Large apartment with balcony, cupboards, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Cleaned thoroughly every day. Large shower cabin very comfy to use, soft, large, white towels for each guest. Swimming pool accessible by room card, free regular sunbeds, snack bar. Bus stop 6 with schedule right in front but taxi is way faster/ easier to get into Albufeira old town, approx. 10-15 EUR at the moment. Beach 5 minutes by foot downhill (it's less painful to climb back up). Many restaurants nearby, great supermarket 250m, visited every day. 24/7 reception arranges everything from Faro airport transfer (40/ 50 EUR day/ night) through day trips to Seville/ Lisbon to dolphin watching and cave boat trips.

It was all great, only last night the hairdryer decided to try to kill me. Informed the hotel, they confirmed they would take care of it.

Great hotel with good space to have a relaxing holiday. There are 2 areas with outdoor pools and places to eat and drink next to them. There is also an indoor pool where you need to wear a swim cap but it is a great place to have a swim. The rooms have enough facilities to eat breakfast and do simple meals. Only a microwave and 2 hobs. The location is great with a bus stop outside. The staff are all friendly and do a good job. There is also a book library were you can swap books whilst there

Indoor swimming pool and gym, staff was very friendly helpful and very nice, hotel was very clean and if I ever come back to Portugal I will stay in that hotel 🥰

I like everything in the hotel ,the only thing I did no like it my balcony was on the side where was main road and I have no to much sun coming to my room

Friendly staff. Gym and indoor pool. Two outdoor pools and another to the left. Nice breakfast, although coffee wasn't nice. Price for food was reasonable with good portions. Storage bag room and early check in when we arrived earlier than expected was a nice touch. Ten mins taxi from albuferia strip. 10 mins walks to the beach, shops and main area.

We couldn't bring our own drinks like bottled of water to the pool area. People smoking around the pool and getting drunk/loud. We could hear noise from the floor above which made it difficult to sleep. Couldn't turn off the balcony light which meant light shines in the window. We were on the 1st floor and the rear which meant no sun on the balcony and passer bys could easily see in.

We choose this location as it was 15 minutes away from where we were staying, which was horrific, the noise levels all night made it impossible to sleep. Arriving at the Oceanus was similar to arriving in the Maldives from Beirut! It was such a welcome relief to finally have a good nights sleep. The reception staff are amazing, explaining local facilities nearby etc. The only very minor negative point is that the air con could be better, but the other facilities on offer outweigh any negatives. We will be back

Amazing staff, working hard, always there to help, the heart of the establishment, well located. Close to beach, supermarkets and many restaurants. Big choice of breakfast, however if you stay longer can be boring. Amazing vegetable soup:) and great cocktails

Need some refurbishment to be the standard of a 4 star hotel, also they want to charge you additional for towels around pool and to have safe in your own room??? That's a minimum even in a 3 star hotel, pool could be cleaned more frequently. Thought will be more luxurious for 4 star

I had a most wonderful stay and an excellent time at the Oceanus Aparthotel. The snack bar where I had breakfast and lunch was superb and the customer service from Ialio, Miguel and Filip was terrific! Also the Chefs and other waiting staff provided highly efficient service. Jacqueline and Claudia on Reception were so gracious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Nice reception staff. The breakfast is nice and the staff there friendly. Nice clean area with good choice of restaurants.

The beds were a little hard, but that’s a personal thing. We had an apartment by the little pool in block B and unfortunately loud tinny music plays for most of the day. It’s not the music that’s the problem it’s the very poor quality sound system. Steep hill to the beach unless you go right round, just be aware.

The staff were so friendly and good humoured. They were very helpful. The apartment was really nice. The breakfast was very nice. The entertainment was very good. There was nothing negative at all. Just a short distance to the beaches ⛱️

There was nothing I didn't like apart from the weather wasn't very good for our stay but the hotel had no part to play in that.

Excellent location. Approx. 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of excellent restaurants very close by and also by the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quieter location this will be perfect. Our apartment was clean and a really good size for the two of us. The balcony was a good size and had a nice view over the pool area. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

There is very little that was negative about this property. The only criticism we have is that the people above us were moving furniture around at night (around 12:30am) which disturbed our sleep.
