Loved the pool area and pool bar. Loved how close it was to the beach , and the small town. Fresh towels every day included which was lovely. The breakfast was wonderful, so many options. The staff were also wonderful - we had to ask for an extension lead and they brought it to our room straight away. Very friendly and helpful ! We had a great time, despite the weather not being too great. There is a great evening bar with live music every night. There are also facilities such as bars, pharmacy and restaurants nearby , aswell as little hikes you can do along the beach cliff side . So beautiful ! The cleaners came every day to tidy the whole room and fresh sheets and towels if we wanted. Very good, hardworking staff that made our time a lot easier and pleasant. Great powerful shower in the bathroom and lovely bath. Apartments were so spacious, lovely kitchen and bedrooms too with fan/air con or heating and everything you need really.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant just the first night and I know it is a buffet so lots of options but it just wasn’t our cup of tea, it was 30€ per person which I think is a little expensive although I understand it’s hard to price as you are able to take as much food as you like. However a lot of the dinner food was too cold which made it hard to enjoy, and a bit bland. Great for families that like lots of different type of cuisines but just not worth it for us. There was a jacuzzi attached to the pool but it was the same cold temperature as the pool. It would be so lovely if that was a heated hot tub so that when it is cloudy or more chilly in the evenings, we can relax in the hot tub with the amazing view!

Wow. This was the best experience I have had with a hotel. Because it was really an experience! The common areas and the service was exceptional. The pool was cleaned daily. And overall, we saw everyday that the garden is cared for, staff was really working hard to keep it nice, this was a great feeling. ALL the staff was all super nice. The food was just fantastic, plenty of options, and a huge plus that all the allergens were really transparently marked. I had one additional question and the chef came out smiling to chat with me. The common areas were quite big, so it did not feel crowded, and other guests did not bother us. Really, the common areas and the food felt 5 star. The “bridge” to the beach was great, we spent quite a lot of time on the beach, which was really relaxing, not crowded. We could get beach towels which were high quality.

The rooms were a bit outdated. The bedding was clean but a bit uncomfy, however the apartment was nice and clean, and enough to rest there if we wanted to. Although this did not bother us, just extra information, there were a lot of families with kids. If you prefer to relax without any kids noises, you better choose an adult hotel.

This place is amazing. We loved absolutely everything. Location, food. The view from the restaurant and the pool. Little details... how super clean is everything and everywhere. Staff is professional and very nice. 5min. To the beach by the wooden hidden stairs like in the Savana. You will enjoy the climbing up because of the surroundings. Definitely recommend to everyone 👌

Just the coffee machine at the breakfast. If you're good coffee lover ,you wouldn't really drink it. But we ask the staff if they can make us good coffee from the machine which they are usiwhile dinner and they did. Nesspresso capsule machine would be the nice solutions.

We found staff most attentive. Luis checked us in, we were earlier than the check in time, so he called the room manager to see if the apartment was ready. The apartment was clean and modern with amazing views. We appreciated the daily cleaning service Thank you

The pool music was very loud. A quieter setting would be appreciated. They didn’t advertise a fitness room but said there is one due to be completed soon. Such a pity they haven’t organised an alternative, maybe a few gym guests passes at another hotel until it’s completed.

Luisz at reception gave us a fab check in. He was so clear and polite. The views are incredible. The breakfast is so yummy. There is a buffet and it caters to everyone. No matter what time you arrive. It's a well oiled machine and the staff in the buffet are great, polite, friendly and helpful. The pool lit up at night is stunning 😍. Seriously cannot fault this place for it's beauty. The pool is kept very well. The entertainment was actually pretty good. The apartment was lovely. Has a balcony. The view is over car park and a little bit of the town. The pool bar we both ordered the burger and fries. Very tasty . The staff were friendly and up beat. Cleaning staff were excellent as were the pool staff.

The evening bar is very slow to serve. Not the pool bar. They are friendly but just felt they were not really paying attention. Black out blinds would be a great addition . I would say that it's a bit expensive in the compound .. considering there are a lot of options in the very nearby town, they should lower their prices a bit for food and drinks and that might get guests to stay in the compound at night and create a more up beat atmosphere in the evening.

Worth every penny! Travelled with a 12 and 9 year old; as other reviews explain it is perfect for families. The pool is not too busy, very close to the beach which is also not as busy as most beaches in the Algarve. Staff is so welcoming and helpful, the food is absolutely amazing, and the views are just out of this world. Live music every 9 pm, such a great vibe. The cleaners were also amazing, and it was wonderful arriving at the end of the day to a clean and tidy flat. They even put away the dishes :) we did half boarding, so had breakfast and dinner, and I cooked a simple meal in the room for lunch to also give us a break from the heaviest sun of the day between 12 and 2. I would love to go back and highly recommend this for families.

Nothing, it was great

It is a fantastic place, very well located, close to the beach, just ~ 100 stairs down and 100 m away. The pool is well maintained, I'd see someone taking and analyzing water samples every day. The food within the various bars and in the restaurant was fine, the best food was at the beach restaurant, fresh fish and stuff for the kids as well. There's a playgrond and one (noisy) indoor room with various attractions (for sure to be paid for). When you prefer to get out for another restaurant, then you just need a 10 min walk. The rooms were big enough for the 4 of us, the kitchen was well equipped to prepare some small meals. Room service was fantastic and each and every day. So for us it was the perfect base to go and see either other beaches, or the most western point of Portugal. Many thanks to the staff and Mgmt. for a very warm welcome feeling.

The only flipsides were the very slow Coffee machines in the restaurant and that some mattress was kind of too hard. But this might be our personal perception only.

The location is gorgeous, beautiful views from the restaurant and pool area. The restaurant had a very rich choice of foods. The access to the beach was good with a card. The apartment was clean with a good kitchen space. We were happy we could park the car close to the apartment.

The hotel missed a bigger pool for kids as the choice was between a baby pool and an adult oriented pool. We were not allowed to play with a pool ball in the main pool, no jumping was allowed which made it less interesting for a little boy. We also missed a protected area to kick a ball and do some physical activities. Instead. The playground was for small kids, with a small fence on a hill. There was a computer games room, paid of course. In the apartment we missed a proper wardrobe - the one we had missed shelves - there was only place for hanging clothes and a small chest of drawers, where I could not fit the clothes of 2 people.

We had a great stay at 3HB Falesia Gardens. The hotel staff was always very welcoming and helpful. All corners of the hotel are impeccably clean. Our 6 and 3 years old really enjoyed the playground, pool and games room. We thought the venue had everything we needed and really appreciated the private access to the beach (which also has a great restaurant we had lunch at twice). The restaurant buffet was amazing at breakfast and dinner (maybe a bit pricey for dinner), the choice is extremely varied and changes slightly each day, the products are very fresh, everything is labelled etc. probably the best breakfast options we've ever been offered at a hotel. I also particularly liked the gardens and varieties of trees around.

Dinner buffet price a little high but there are lots of options in surrounding areas so it didn't bother us.

We stayed in May and loved it so much we returned within weeks, that says it all! The kids had a blast in the pool, while we enjoyed the nearby bar (purely for hydration, of course). The beach is just a short stroll away and blissfully quiet, even in July. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Relaxing, family-friendly, and just the right balance between fun and calm. Already planning our next visit!
