Great pools - 6 pools were within a few mins walk from our apartment. Great to go around from one to the other with the kids. All had kids pools and 2 had a small playground selection beside. Beautiful gardens, the grounds were kept immaculately. Apartment had all facilities we needed (bath, walk in shower, oven, hob, washing machine, decent dryer).

Rented a superior apartment - it had the aircon which was reason for the 'upsell' but in terms of the décor it could have done with a bit of freshening. Mattresses were very poor quality. New mattresses and a touch up would have made it top notch.

So much space, quite and extremely friendly staff lady who checked us in couldn’t be more welcoming, and bar man the same in the evening

The apartment was bigger than expected, in a lovely quiet area as requested, overlooking the golf driving range. Plenty of hot water, a full size fridge and freezer made life easy. The washing machine and tumble drier were very useful! The nearest pool was lovely. Sadly our weather was bad so we didn't try others, , but on the one sunny day we had we enjoyed the pool area. Well-maintained gardens. The golf course is very tricky! But great fun. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. Good location as long as you don't mind a walk to restaurants etc. Italian restaurant was good, with lovely wine, but a limited menu if you don't want pizza. The little supermarket was stocked well. A range of good light lunches in the clubhouse.

We booked for 3 people in a apartment that could sleep 6. and there were only 3 mugs and 3 wine glasses. When we had (local) friends over to visit prior to going out, this was an issue, and even with just us we were constantly having to rinse out things for reuse. Also no cleaning materials - we bought some cloths and cleaning spray, and no condiments. I've not had a an apartment where basics were not left - not even salt was provided. The buffet restaurant was brightly lit, and had no atmosphere. Food was okay, but we preferred to go out.

Liked everything about the place: comfy beds, location, very cosy and sunny. There is a dishwasher (although no dishwasher tablets), a washing machine and a dryer (no detergent unfortunately). The kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook your own meal. We stayed in December, it was pretty warm and very sunny. It's a 15 minute walk to an amazing sandy beach , although it was too cold to swim in the sea. Also there is an indoor swimming pool, which we liked a lot.

Some laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets would be great.

Pool was amazing being located close to the room and multiple pools for different atmosphere. The poolside bar was very good with lots of food and drink choices. About 20 minutes from the main strip. Amazing Value for Money.

Real Ant issue with the room. We thought it was just outside but then after the 2nd day, that ants were coming out of 2 places in the walls to go towards the bin. Also, some work being performed in the room above us was displeasing at 9AM whilst we were on a relaxing holiday. This did not ruin the holiday, but was not ideal either. We also needed taxis to visit the top beaches or Old Town.

The facilities including the landscaping and pools were very nice. Second unit we got moved into met our expectations for conditions and quality. Second unit was same standard unit, just better in every way (newer furnishings, cleaner, stronger WiFi, newer AC, better lighting and lamps, and a washing machine).

I originally got a unit that was very poor condition (read others for reference). After speaking with management, they moved us to another unit, but much better condition.

Very large village, calm vibe. Lots of pools and very chill. I really like the pools and the spacious apartment. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped.

They gave us one of the most distant apartments. It was kinda near a pool but the rest of the apartments were near the entrance while ours was far away from everything so we had to take the car. Also, the left a bottle of water with two glasses upon our arrival. One of the glasses was a little bit chipped, which was a little bit dangerous.

We loved the resort itself and the pools, which are beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed the Lake House for coffees and food one evening (pretty views of the green), as well as the Bougainvillea Italian restaurant. The Spar supermarket was handy for breakfast/lunch supplies and not ridiculously expensive. Close enough to Maria Luísa beach on foot if you don’t mind walking. Santa Eulália, another beach and more bar/café/restaurant options are a longer walk (about 30 mins). Our apartment was a perfectly adequate base. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

The fixtures, fittings and furniture are a little tired and in need of updating/refreshing, particularly the bathrooms. No dishcloth/washing up was sponge supplied.

There are 6 pools at the property as well as a golf course. There’s also a lovely restaurant and pool bar, and all the staff were so friendly. The pools were well looked after and it’s great value for money. Food at the restaurant was really nice, and apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Location was fabulous, in a quiet area away from the business of Albufeira centre but only a 6 euro taxi to get into the old town when we did fancy going out. Will definitely be returning!

The apartment was dated and could do with being more modern, for example more comfortable beds and newer air conditioners in the bedrooms. However, the air con was brand new in the living room. Our apartment also had an ant problem, there was a small gap on the balcony and lots of ants were coming through into the living room and kitchen. We did raise this with reception and it was sorted in a matter of hours so this isn’t a criticism, but think the apartments could do with a bit of a spruce up overall.

Lots of sun loungers, lots of pools. Pools not crowded or really busy. Apt so quiet at night. Very peaceful. A 2 bed apt can easily sleep up to 6 people. Food in bistro and pizza bar was excellent. Our third visit. Great value for money. Spar at end of road sells everything you need and uber for 6 costs about €10-€12 to old town.

A few slides for the kids would make this place 10/10.
