This is a good property for its 3 stars. Lovely pool and despite other reviews saying it is in the quiet part of town, I would disagree. The area is great, very lively with a few fab restaurants and lots of supermarkets. The beach is just down the hill. If you don't like hills just be careful. The apartments are great, very big with a balcony overlooking the pool with a beach view. If it had a restaurant then it would get full marks, but the food from nearby places is second to none and very cheap.

The place could do with a refurb, but do understand money is probably tight. The main thing is it's clean and the cleaners are always stocking up towels and toilet paper which you often don't get in other places.

Great location. A 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 walk into the Old town. Nice quiet spot. Good pool. Small supermarket virtually next door, very handy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lack of cooking and cleaning products in the kitchen. No detergent or cloths/ scourers (also no plug) No dishwasher so no other way of cleaning things. Was told I had to buy them myself as owner didn’t supply them. As we were staying for 6 nights first thing we did. Lack of glasses etc. too, although rectified by reception when asked. Overall, could have been a bit cleaner and a little more generous with things.

This accomodation is in a superb location, very close to the beach, yet nestled in a quiet cul de sac, which is almost equidistant from the old town and the new town (where most of the nightclubbing happens). It seems to be operated by a new management team. as the cleaning of the rooms and the general servicing of the property are much better than I have experienced when I have stayed there in previous years.

The property is getting a little old and 'tired', The bathrooms could do with upgrading but they are fully functioning in their current state. The rooms could do with more electrical sockets, especially in the kitchen areas. However, these factors did not prevent us from enjoying our stay.

We were upgraded from a studio to a junior suite with a pool view. It was clean & spacious, tv, air con, kitchen had a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toster, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, pots, glasses, cups and cutlery. Pool table downstairs €1 per game. Great location, 15 minutes walk to strip average pace or an Uber for £3. Walking distance to beach and shops across the road including a supermarket, and a shop where you can almost anything aka 'corner shop'😂. Or £3 Uber to your local Lidl. Staff member named Diego was amazing great customer service and he looks younger than he is.

Fridge has a small freezer compartment that couldn't fit ice. Facility needs an ice making machine. Shower gel was cheap bring your own. No sponge or washing up liquid to wash the dishes had to request from cleaner. Didn't have any adapter plugs even on sale, so bring your own or purchase from corner shop for €5. The kitchen really needs an oven.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. All of the parts of the hotel that were open to guests were kept very clean. The pool was great, the deep end reaching 2.75m but plenty of shallower space for children too. It was mostly adults here during our stay. The beach is a very short walk, maybe 5 minutes. There are a few places in the area outside to eat and drink as well as multiple shopping marts to stock up on any essentials. This place is located nearly half way between old and new town, for us that was perfect as we could explore both by utilising taxis of no more than about 6 euro each way.

The only downside to the hotel is that the bar/restaurant and associated roof terrace are all currently closed, a member of staff mentioned that this closed many years ago. Given there are photos of this space and facility still being advertised this was a bit disappointing to find out, however it also encouraged us to go out and explore more, it just would have been nice to know in advance that it is no longer operational.

Staff were nice, understanding and although couldn't speak much English did they're best to be accommodating

We would stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was large and clean. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from upper balconies. Shops, Bars, Cafes, Restaurant & Beautician were all within 30 metres from the reception. Beach is about 150 meters from the hotel. Old town is about 1km and the strip at New Town is about the same (if that floats your boat).

The inhouse bar and restaurant is closed, which is unfortunate as the facilities look great. But there is self-catering and cafes within 30 meters. Gym could do with some more equipment and weights, but there are great walks along the beach.

Excellent location...5 mins walking distance from beautiful beach..halfway between Old Town and New Town. Both approx 15 to 20 mins walk away. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable apartments. Cleaner called daily. We just asked for towel change on most instances if we were in. . Beds very comfortable. Nice sheets and pillows. Aircon in sitting area and bedroom. Good WiFi. All you'd need in kitchen. We didn't use it much ! Just used for breakfast and lunch. Ate out for dinner. Great places to eat nearby. Nice pool area. It was great to have available sunbeds and umbrellas at all times. Did not use gym area but it looked the part. Could see the sea from our balcony. Had a massage on our second day. Beauty place literally round the corner!. Good start to our holiday

Very little to not like. ...we bought some mugs for a good full cuppa tea. Tea cups were lovely but on small side lol

The location is ideal very close to the beach, within walking distance of the old town. The staff were very nice and any issues were sorted out immediately. Lovely restaurant nearby with good value for money.
