1 bedroom apartment was spacious . Very comfortable beds. Great toiletries supplied. It was spotless. Our air condition box was leaking it was sorted straight away when I reported it. Lovely staff in reception, very helpful. Lovely location, right on the beach. Lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Lovely view of the beach from the pool area.

There was no atmosphere at the pool, it needed music. Lack of sun loungers and umbrellas. It could do with a revamp, but pool itself was lovely. No poolside bar.

Excellent location,close to the beach,supermarkets close by and centre only a short walk away👍.Apartments were clean and spacious with stunning views over the sea.The pool area was also good,with plenty of sunbeds and panoramic views of the coastline.

Can't really fault the accommodation, possibly a little overpriced for this time of year but overall little to complain about.Chosen because of it's location which didn't disappoint.

The cockroaches in my room at the end of my trip. I found two LARGE cockroaches in my bathroom and in the kitchen. I HATE cockroaches. There were more dead outside in the terrace and they looked like they had been stepped on intentionally. I understand cockroaches are inevitable in Albufeira. You’re next to restaurant, the beach and it’s summer in Portugal. However, still very off putting.

Proximity to the beach and the balcony with sea view

Sun beds on the balcony would be great addition considering there is space for that. The frying pans quite old. Would be nice to have olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in the kitchen. Nice addition would be welcoming basket with local produce.

Beautiful clean apartment with an amazing view of the sea! The staff were very lovely and friendly, the apartment was spacious and perfect for my 3 friends and I. The pool was great and also had a view of the sea. Great location too, near the nightlife so good for us young people but far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise at all. We would 100% come back!!

Clean, fresh, very comfortable. Jose was kind and accommodating. Beautiful soft sheets, spacious open plan bedroom, sitting area, kitchen, and dining area. Large patio with table and chairs. I could hear the ocean waves from my bed! I would definitely stay here again.

It was confusing when I arrived as there are actually two buildings on opposite sides of the street. My driver dropped me off at “Clube Borda De Agua”, directly opposyfrom “Apartamentos De Agua”. I spent a good 40 minutes walking around the wrong building before asking the bartender across the road, who directed me to the correct building. Once I figured that out, everything went well.

Great location on the beach and a cosy apartment with a great view

Parking was a little bit away and more appropriate for small cars.

Excellent location- 1 minute walk if even to the beach and there are a few restaurants and bars on the beach front that are lovely. A 5 minute walk from the new town strip and Ubers to the old town were under 5 euro. Apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were lovely.

The pool area was the only downside. It overlooks the beach which is fabulous, the view is stunning. A lovely pool, however it could be cleaner and the surrounding areas around the pool need to be cleaned up and made look more appealing. They could do with a lot more sun loungers too.

Such a lovely apartment, very clean, very spacious and surprisingly quiet given it's location right next to the strip and a very busy beach. We didn't use the pool but it looks really calming and beautiful with lovely sea views. The beds were comfy memory foam mattresses and the room was way bigger than I expected. We really liked staying here, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The nearby beach and area is incredibly busy in August - it's no fault of the accommodation itself, but I found the surrounding location not that nice.

This place was one of our favorites! Everyone was kind and location great with beach, restaurants and shops nearby. Its off season in Jan so many businesses closed. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise We did not expect full service.
