We had a great time at YMCA Alambre – the location is perfect for nature lovers! The campsite is nestled between beautiful hills and only a short drive from stunning beaches. It’s the ideal mix of mountains and sea. The bungalows were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the fresh and varied breakfast – a lovely way to start the day. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to unwind in a natural setting with great access to both the coast and hiking trails.

The keeper was super super friendly, even let me use the facilities barbecue and placed me and our friend couple on twin bungalows. The facilities themselves were very clean and tidy. Complementary fruit, cookies, water and a bottle of wine. One of the quietest and nicest places I've been in a while.

The facilities need more upkeep, some things are showing their age.

This is a delightful haven of rural peace. We loved the surrounding park and the Serra d’Arrabida itself is awesome with a fabulous coast (try the wonderful O’Faro restaurant at Portinlo). Our chalet was comfortable, the breakfast was brilliant and the charity does great work introducing city kids to the countryside so your money is well spent.

The shower handle was broken and the shower was small with nowhere to put soap etc to hand so showering was very awkward. Need to put hot water thermostat up in advance for shower - a reminder of this would be helpful. The area you approach through inland (along the N379) is very shabby urban sprawl - not a good setting for the Natural Park.

The cabin was private and surrounded by trees. it was simple but comfortable and nicely presented. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The bed and linen were very good.

When we arrived the accommodation appeared to be deserted and overgrown. After ringing reception, the number on my booking confirmation, and finally the emergency number on the building exterior I managed to speak with a staff member who kindly returned to help us check in a little later.

we got there a little by accident - since prices in Lisbon were crazy and we were traveling by car we decided to make this out Lisbon sightseeing base. We didn't expect much, but boy our expectations were exceeded! - the bungalow was great! comfy and specious, with everything needed. Much better than in phots - the staff were super nice! (i'm saying top league) - it was quiet, close to nature and this park is beautiful! - breakfasts were very good all in all: it was supposed to be our Lisbon visiting base, but after one night there we decided that Lisbon is enough and we just keep exploring the park and the beaches around. I can't believe that this is that cheap comparing to a crazy prices in Lisbon neighborhood. And can't believe that it was so empty with Lisbon almost fully booked.

Very good location if you want to enjoy the Arrábida beach’s with easy access. The bungalow exceeded our expectations, very clean and as all the appliances needed to enjoy your holidays

Breakfast time starts a bit later for us as we wanted to leave early to enjoy the beachs. Noise isolation is not the best between bungalows

The bungalow was very cute in the middle of the nature. Very nice and relaxing place. In the heart of Arrabida national park and beaches. Breakfast was nice and the girls working at the bar were super nice.

There was a terrible smell coming from the pipes of the shower and we slept the first night with windows open and door of the bathroom close. As soon as we opened the door of the bathroom, the smell was in the all bungalow. The second day we notified the problem and they got it fixed very quickly :-) The bar close at 5pm so there is no way to get food close by (achievable by foot) after that time. We had to drive to the closest town and a lot of restaurants were closed. We end up to eat in a fast food (terrible!) Since was the only option available. So, if you arrive late in the evening, make sure that you have food with you.

Nice location in the woods, bungalows, good breakfast left in room for the 2 days

we were the only guests and no staff was on site, we were left a key. the bungalow was not what we had booked, but as nobody was around we could not have it changed to what we had booked. we had to call a number to get the gate open. This was not clear at beginning, so wer waiting in front of locked gate.

Great location. In the middle of the woods. Amazing breakfast. A bottle of wine, water, fruits and cookies as a welcome gift :) very kind stuff. Very cheap too.

There is really nothing bad to say about this place.

Very good location, close to the beach and nature. Was very clean, with everything we needed. Lovely breakfast, the natural orange juice was super. Staff very friendly and all questions answered before our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay.

The garden/area around the bungalow could have a bit more care.
