The location was good. The convenience of check-in and check-out was nice. The cleanliness was great. The price was terrific for the accommodations.

I stayed in both room 4 and room 2 over the course of three scattered nights. Room 2 (one flight of stairs up from the street level near the top of the stairs) provided a queen bed with a private bathroom while room 4 (two flights of stairs with access to a nice kitchenette and bathroom, which were both shared with the occupants of room 5. When I booked room 4, I did not notice it included a shared bathroom, but luckily no one had booked room 5 when we rented, so my sister and I basically had the entire floor for ourselves for the night. The thing I did not like was simply the low water pressure in room 2, but the water pressure in room 4 was great.

Alojamento Local Victoria looked like new. It appeared to have been recently fully renovated and immaculately clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 twin bed room with and bathroom. The beds and linen were excellent and the room was big enough to accommodate one large bag and two carry-on bags. There was also access to a small kitchenette, complete with fridge, hot plate, plates etc. Location was 5 mins away from: the Monestry, downtown shops, coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket. We were driving a car, and were able to find free parking on the same street as the hotel.

It is as central as you can get, the facilities look recently renovated and are very comfortable.

Just as a heads up, the ceiling in the upstairs rooms and kitchen is very low, like people 180 cms tall would need to stoop. Not a deal-breaker but my partner did hit his head one time 😅

Owner was helpful getting us tickets to Joanna library at the university and gave us a bigger room which was nice as it was raining the night we stayed. It gave us more room to be comfortable when we decided it was to wet to walk around at night. Luis was also very attentive in making sure we got everything we needed at breakfast.

It was difficult to exit property due to problems seeing cars coming around blind curve as you exit the facility.

Lovely clean room with a shared kitchen if you want to cook. The supermarket has some excellent meat and fish options so you might want to consider this. Free parking in front of the restaurant downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I was locked out the main entrance shortly before departure but the helpful ladies in the restaurant downstairs let me back in.

Close to the bus station and the Batalha church and monastery. Batalha doesn't have a bus ticket office, but tickets can be bought at cafe Frazao right across the street from the properly. Polite and kind owner. The room is very small but very clean. Strong WiFi. The code access to the properly and room. Good heater.

Although my early check-in at 14:00 was approved in advance, the room was programmed to be open only after 15:00 ( I indeed arrived much earlier than 14:00 and the owner was kind enough to keep my luggage while I was visiting the monastery).

The ubicacion is perfect for the places to visit. in 5 min walk you would the monastery batalha and restaurants and coffee nearly. The city is small but the hotel is perfect

the time for the check -in is very late 3:00 pm and the check-out is more less before the 12:00 pm

The room was lovely and clean and felt newly decorated. It was ideally located and parking was easy. There was lots of bars , restaurants and shops close by. The main attraction was right on the door step.

Wonderful views all round terraces, great walking through vineyards to village, also avocado, lemon, lime, orange, kaki and apple trees. Great recreational facilities: swimming pool, pool table, table football etc, good bbq facilities , lots of space, well-equipped kitchen

Location in the city centre with a beautiful overview about the Batalha Monsteiro , clean, new, easy to reach with parking opportunities asode.

Just suggest to change the bedding once a day to be very Top!
