The hotel is in the center of town and within walking distance of everything. Great for our needs. The staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed most everything. What we didn’t realize is that the hotel itself is part of a large apartment building. In order to find it, you have to go to the 9th floor. The entire hotel (I believe) is located on one floor. The beds were also quite hard. Other than that, the stay was great!

All the hotel (staff and premises) go out of the way to make their guests welcome and comfortable. 10/10 Breakfast is a big plus as there is great variety. 10/10 In terms of cleanness, I would rate top marks as the place is spotless. 10/10 Quite frankly, there was nothing on this establishment that I did not like as I felt that everyone was there to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Well done to all involved. 10/10

Thought the breakfast was a bit too basic, even through all options were really fresh and delicious. I would love to see some options for local cakes or pastries.

Nice, clean and cozy. The room was comfortable and the location is good and relatively central. The staff was very kind and friendly even though they didn't speak English very well. The breakfast is nice and satisfying. Good value for the price.

The breakfast is great! Eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, different kinds of bread and cereal, fruit and yogurt. The hotel is in the centre on the 9th floor so you can get a nice view of the city. It's close to attractions and the bus station. It's warm in winter.

The mattress cover is plastic and you can feel it through the sheet. It's very unpleasant and disturbing. The lighting in the room is very poor.

The hotel in Leiria with the best view of castle and downtown! Rooms have been renovated just recently. Downtown nearby!
