The staff were super friendly and helpful. A reasonably priced room service menu was available throughout the day. The wifi was fast and reliable. The room was large, clean and well-maintained. Nice long, wide bath. Aircon worked well. Plenty of free parking around.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited and it only started at 7.30am, which could be tight for people with early appointments. Room service was very cheap but I'd have been happier paying a little extra for better quality. The bed was a bit lumpy. Could not pre-reserve parking in the garage, but in the end it didn't matter.

The Hotel was wonderful and the staff where fantastic, always so helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much for them. The room and beds are comfortable and everything is really clean, neat and tidy. The Breakfast is really delicious, lots of choice, could eat there everyday. We had dinner one night in the restaurant as well and it was all really good. I would definitely stay here again

When booking make sure to ask for a room on the side away from the road. Ours was on the busy noisy road so at night couldn't have the window open for fresh air. Also the water in the shower goes hot and cold when showering but those are minor things

Everything was well kept, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was well equipped, and all the needed information was instantly accessible through several flyers. The complementary boiler with a selection of teas, coffee, and even cream for the coffee was a nice touch too.

It's not quite a dislike, but the soundproofing could be better, we could hear most things around us, like in the corridor where it seemed like they were right next to us and the adjacent rooms as well.

Super comfortable bed and pillows, very clean room, good internet, parking was cheaper than many other hotels that charge for parking, also there's electric car charger in the underground parking, which is very convenient, friendly staff.

Nothing of note, perhaps the shower pressure was rather low, but I've experienced this throughout Portugal. The location was perfect for me, as I had to attend something nearby, but it might be inconvenient to others, as it's outside of the city and better suited for someone passing through

Everyone was very kind and had everything set up on our arrival - some of the kindest staff members we've met. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They left a gift for our kids (a booklet with drawings for them to colour and colouring pencils). The amenities were great and the hygiene products were amazing. The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety (milks, vegetable drinks, coffee, chocolate, juices, different kinds of yoghurt, fruit, cakes, breads, cheeses and ham, cereal, etc, etc). If we back to Leiria, this is where we're staying.

This is a good hotel to stay for a weekend. as we did. close to highway, decent breakfast, good internet. Leiria is a nice city in the center of Portugal. Definitely worth a 2 day visit.

everything was OK. We traveled with a dog, our pet was welcomed as well. Maybe a reception personnel could be a bit more welcoming.

This is my second stay here this year. This hotel is a great value, centrally located in Leiria, it is small, intimate, quiet, with an excellent breakfast buffet and a very helpful staff.

There is very little that at this hotel that I didn't like.

The hotel is very well decorated and comfortable. The room was clean and well arranged, the staff was very friendly and helpful and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The breakfast was also very good, with great baked goods.

The hard bed and the pillows, a personal preference. The shower head was broken and it did not mix the hot and cold water very well.

It's an excellent breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent because it's near a major thoroughfare and near the Castelo de Leira, the Sé, and several museums.

I have no complaints.

The rooms and the breakfast spread was excellent , Filipe at the Front desk was very courteous and apologetic for the delays in check in unlike the other staff

The ladies at Front desk they were just not courteous had to wait 2 hrs to get the room never had to wait so long in any hotel this despite reaching after the check in time .. I guess they were overwhelmed when it’s fully booked and cannot manage the extra work load in an efficient manner
