The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and accommodated my special request without hesitation. Communication was excellent before arriving. Breakfast was good. The views from the balcony and breakfast lounge were incredible. The hydra bathtub was a great addition to the room and the fridge and availability of an iron. Thank you for a great time.

I like that snooker is free and we can stay to play as long as we want it. I liked the private and intimate atmosphere in the hotel.

When I make a booking,I don't get my attention for one little thing. It was a payment of the use of the pool. The sauna was cold (but I don't ask personally how it works...it may be my fault, I was waiting that the hours we pay apart it needs to be ready (hot)..But, ok.

We liked the spa area mainly the pool and the jacuzzi. The food was amazing dinner and breakfast. And the staff the recepcionist and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and cared about our journey

There was a flaw in the spa were we needed someone to help us with the sauna and turkish bath and there wasnt anyone there. And the bath in our room didnt work the hidromassage and that was a reason why we choosed that room.

Room was very good and big, spa bath all good as well, comfortable bed, nice breakfast included and SPA with good options

Air conditioning did not work well at morning but staff told they would take a look on this, all ok SPA water is cleaned and purified with salt, it's good and bad as me and my wife got kind of an allergy because of it, but it's good due they don't use chlorine and people also have some compains about

Great room, with lots of space and a confy bed. It also had a pretty nice living room where some one could work without disturbing the main room

The shower experience was lackluster. We couldn't regulate the water temperature, lack pressure and despite being a bathtub, there was no way to fill it with water

Loved the staff, the room and the breakfast

We didn’t like that they allowed children in the spa since it’s supposed to be a place to relax and there was a lot of noise

The hotel is in a great location. We were house hunting around Leiria and found it to be very central. The rooms are large with fabulous spa baths and nice views. we have stayed in four different rooms (over two visits, the first we booked night by night as we were unsure if we would need to change location) and all the rooms have been great. Breakfast is varied, plentiful and very nice. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and are really the icing on the cake. We will certainly be back.

There is nothing to dislike about the property

The hotel was well maintained and the staff were brilliant, Joao and Carlos in particular were a delight. They went out of their way to be as helpful as they could be. Will definitely visit again.

Comfortable room. Very nice staff. Good temperature of the room when we arrived. Couldn't hear people in adjacent rooms.

Would be good to have some things in the room like coffee, tea, and an electric kettle. Also think it might be a bit too expensive since the location isn't that special.

The room was very comfortable. Quite a good offer on TV. Comfortable chairs. And a delicious breakfast with a great variety of very tasty items. What we particularly liked was the staff. Erna, Daniella, Pedro, Tanya and Wesley (I'm going alphabetical here) did their absolute best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A warm and very sincere thank you to them and to all the other friendly staff whose names we unfortunately don't know.

The loud music at the pool, but that's probably our age showing... ;-)
