I stayed in room 107, there is visible wear around the bathroom sink, with exposed press board. Would have liked a tea kettle in the room. And I was bitten by some kind of bug, so was my sister. The staff were very nice and professional.

Very friendly staff and a good location. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was quite good. Our room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel and rooms were also decorated quite well and gave off a more polished vibe. There's a hypermarket close by (Pingo Doce; 2 minutes' walk) and great restaurants in the area. I'd highly recommend trying "Nini" close by.

Some of the furniture was chipped and I personally found the entrance to the parking space to be very narrow. Broader cars may not fit altogether; I had to pull in my side mirrors to get through.

Really friendly and informative welcome from the reception team. My bicycle was safe and secure in the luggage store. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was great, lots of hot water. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.

The wood, formica around the sink was badly chipped and needs replacing. The rest of the bathroom was well maintained.

Breakfast, and, particularly, the evening buffet, were excellent. Breakfast was included in a very reasonable room price, and the evening buffet was remarkably good value.

The entrance to the parking at the rear of the property was very narrow. A larger car would have trouble getting in and out. There is an adjacent car park with easy access, however.

Wifi don't work in our room (only near the door :-)). There was nothing to hang bidet towels or hand towels. Dinner buffet costs too much. Beds and pillows were terrible fory neck and back. No chairs on balcony.

Would like to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Have a bar open in the afternoon for guests.

Great staff, very friendly and attentive. The mattress was really comfortable, nice shower, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great, especially the scrambled eggs.

Location isn't great, not near anything.

Current parking entrance is extremely narrow, luckily they are working on a new parking space with better access. No coffe and tea station in the room.

The breakfast was great for choices. The hot food needs to be HOT. It was the only thing I noticed that was a bit lacking. Needed sterno or other warming mechanism to keep food hot.

See above. I liked most all the foods, the traditional and the exotic. Hot food should be kept hotter to avoid bacteria which grows quickly on room temperature foods.

It is like a 4 star. Supermarket and a decent restaurant is 2 minutes walk.

No room service and no food or drink available after meal times as staff go away
