The place is well located, the staff (most of them) are very welcoming and helpful, the room is spacious and nice, the overall experience was really good, we would definitely choose it again or recommend it.

Breakfast was really bad. You have to wait for a tower of food that you don’t want before you can ask for what you really want, it makes no sense. You also have that tower on the table which makes it inconvenient for a conversation. When asking for something that is not around you get a response that they are preparing the tower of food, which again, makes no sense because is not want you want (and paid for)

Good location, just a few minutes' walk to the Sanctuary. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. There was no reception desk. Staff working at the restaurant also responsible for checking in/out. It was not always easy to identify the right staff to ask for help. But they were all very helpful once you identified them. Secure underground parking with no additional charge.

Really did not appreciate the "open plan" design of the bathroom, i.e. separate compartments for toilet and shower, but wash basin not far away from the beds without wall separation. The noise from using the wash basin would undoubtedly disturb the other roommate. Nowhere to hang towels.

Hotel Mercure's services/facilities exceeded our expectations. The breakfast comprise of buns/croissants/danish, cheeses, egg/mushrooms, and a variety of fruits, is typically served to the table, which we preferred due to hygienic reasons. The location was ideal given the proximity to the sanctuary. The cleanliness is admirable in rooms and the dining area. During the entire stay, we had dinner in the hotel. The menu choices of dinners and drinks were excellent. More importantly, the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to call out on what we dislike here.

Everyone at the property was super helpful, kind generous. They had a stove in the lobby of the hotel to keep you warm and it was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. The parking is awesome! Hotel is located right next to all the religious sites . Our room was super comfortable. Shower was awesome and the bed was one of the best hotel beds we’ve slept in in all of Europe.

Nothing at all it was wonderful.

This hotel gave us a high-end feeling. The hotel is new and very clean. There is a cosy sitting area around the bar-- perfect for grabing an evening cocktail. Breakfast is a delight. The location is right next to the sanctuary. If you are arriving by car, the hotel offers a complimentary parking garage which is very convenient, The room offers a great bathroom, comfy bed and seating, as well as a nice TV.

The service of the staff overall was really great. However, one evening we had the displeasure of having really bad service. After a long day of sightseeing, we came to the hotel restaurant to try out thier dinner menu. When no one helped to seat us, we located a staff member ourselves to ask for a table (there were some empty but dirty from previous guests) which took around 30min to prepare and then another 30min for a server to take our order. This was a shame and felt like an exhausting ordeal. I would have been more content being turned away from the restaurant than feeling unwelcomed and unhelped.

Mercure Fatima is a truly amazing nice hotel. Neighbour to the 2 main attractions of Fatima. They have good parking underground, great rooms, a wonderful restaurant and bar, decorated in warm light wood. The staff are great too, very pleasent, fun and they know how to make the guests feel at home. Kudos to Komel, Francisco and Hanan. The breakfast is fabolous and the restaurant in the evening really good with a great, exciting menu and excellent kitchen to follow up on it.If we are ever back in Fatima, we would love to stay here again and be pampered. Thank you guys !

Very new, modern, clean and comfortable!

Checkout was confusing. No one at the front only a lucite box that said “Express Checkout” with keycards in it. I erroneously guessed that Mercure had my credit card info. They did NOT. It was with Booking.com and They put a HOLD on my card until the bill was paid thru Mercure’s secure website. Beware of Booking.com

The hotel is very close to the Sanctuary. The structure, both the building and its interiors, appears fairly new or recently restructured. The room was clean with the main features one would expect from a typical four-star hotel.

While courteous, most hotel's personnel seemed inexperienced. It is a small hotel. Some of the features and services are a bit on the "skimpy" side. Breakfast is "a la carte" (no buffet).

The location is central and all of the attractions are readily accessible. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is absolutely stunning with minimal design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. In my room you can see the sanctuary and courtyard from the window!

No complaints whatsoever.

My room was well designed with ample space for our 2 luggage bags and also nice shower facilities. Nice cafe and restaurant as well where we had our lunch and dinner. Good size portion for the salad I ordered.

The coffee provided in the room could be better. Also, more hangers or hooks to hang my jackets would be good. Also I was looking forward to having dinner at the second floor restaurant but unfortunately it was closed the 1 day I was there.
