The location is good. Close to the trainstation, close to the beach. All at walking distance. There's a small mall right next door and there are also quite a few restaurants in the neighborhood. The water bottles, coffee and tea are replaced every day. Breakfast is just perfect with enough choices. The spa was also nice with an inside pool (for colder/rainy days) and the massages we had were very good. Parking underneath the hotel was also a plus.

There are no outside chairs in the room (for the balcony). The chairs inside are not suitable for outside use. We had a huge balcony which would have been perfect to sit outside for a little bit having our morning coffee.

Nice, large clean room and beds and pillows were good. Bathrooms well maintained and clean. Breakfast offered a good range of cooked, baked, cold buffet. Staff at reception very helpful. The hotel is attached to a nice little mall next door with a great Italian restaurant, supermarket and gift/clothes shops. Very easy walk to the sea and other restaurants.

Couldn’t get onto the guest WiFi in my bedroom but reception staff got me onto their meeting room network and my bedroom was close enough to pick up that network so was ok. 30-40 min drive into Lisbon, or take the train.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, and attentive, which enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were clean and well-kept, reflecting a good standard of housekeeping. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and satisfying. Considering the quality of service and amenities offered, the pricing is reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Breakfast is full of people between 07H00 and 08H00. The food choice is good but on a daily basis there is not a lot of differences. Rooms are comfy but you could hear everything happening in the room next door.

Nothing has to be defined as a dislike topic. There is always room for improvements and this is a positive things. One thing is the price of the parking in the hotel which is a little bit expensive.

Good space in room and bathroom, quite comfortable beds. Double family room with extra suite well designed and equipped. Good breakfast, good variety of food selection. Friendly personnel at reception, room service and restaurant staff. No issue with getting bed and umbrella at swimpool. Good localization, close to the beach, as well food/restaurant corner. Also very convenient shopping centre next to the hotel, with well equipment supermarket. Rooms equipped with effective air-conditioning. Every evening some thematic food in restaurant. Good location, a little bit away from typical touristic noise. Train station close by, also relatively cheap taxi/bolt transport especially if travelling with group.

Rooms looks a little bit old, used and very clean carpets, bathroom also had sing of age. The impression was rooms/carpets were not vaccum'ed regularly during daily cleaning service. Quality of cosmetics doesn't impress, no hair conditioner in the set. Selection of foot at breakfast could be better, I especially missed some sea food (no fish/salmon/sardines....). Not very strong coffee (but extra ekspresso into cappuccino cup made a job). Swimming pool looks bigger on photos, quite empty till afternoon, then get crowded. Too small for regular swimming practicing. Cold water! And foot court a little bit overpriced....

The staff is always very friendly. Especially the dinner staff. I do not know their names, but I especially enjoyed the waiter. He is always so nice, always smiling, and always ready to help.

The rooms are getting a little outdated. The cleanliness of the bathroom...stains mostly. I saw stains on the curtains and the staff did not always bring the small hand towels. I also do not like the balcony light on all night when the curtains do not block all the light.

It's not my first time in this hotel, I really like everything. — Excellent location; — Very polite and friendly staff; — Delicious and varied breakfasts; — Spacious, comfortable rooms with everything you need.

— Bad wi-fi, turns off all the time; disappeared several times altogether, had to wait for it to be fixed; — Not a very comfortable shower, the the shower head can't be moved; — The carpet could be replaced, it is already tired; — There is a lack of a kettle in the room.

Fabulous selection and variety of breakfast choices. Quick service, got very busy around 9am. Staff friendly and responsive. Availability of Kid’s Activities was welcome surprise. Bruna brought out the best of the kids, they loved the activities and she was available throughout the day, can’t praise her highly enough. The poolside bar staff, supported by exceptional manager Barbara, worked hard to meet the needs of a wide range of visitors. Delicious snack and lunch options. They are let down by poor equipment repeatedly (till & machinery) and a lack of clear signage which would help manage so many different languages and expectations (interpretations eg what you receive when you just ask for coffee, Portuguese coffee is amazing but size significantly differs across nationalities) The evening meal is late for families at 7.30 but there are many local options available. The theme buffet nights were confusing, there are staples available and the food was consistently good but the food theme is not strong enough - there was no tapas, not sure where the latin flavors were .. overall a very good hotel, with a super team of staff. We would recommend and we would return.

There wasn’t anything that we did not like. The access to pool towels was the only frustrating issue.. on our first day we asked for 3 towels as 3/4 of us swam but then the following day we were unable to get a 4th towel for the rest of the stay. It is still unclear what the actual procedure should be.

Nice hotel with decent rooms. Good quality and varied breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant for dinner but other good restaurants nearby. Very close to the beach and sea.

Room decor is a little dated and functional. Not sure why the TV and Aircon remotes were in plastic bags!

It’s well located there’s a shopping centre connected to the hotel. Breakfast is great.

The staff are not well trained. Had an emergency alarm in the middle of the night and all of them was completely lost. No ever apologies for the inconvenience. Also once I arrived later in the night nobody offered help with my luggage even seeing me carrying it + baby.
