Clean and new. Friendly staff. Soundproofing was excellent. Could not hear road noise or other guests. The aircon was good and very nice to be able to open the window for fresh air. In spite of the fact there were no coffee or tea making facilities, the staff provided us with kettle and all the crockery we needed beautifully presented on a tray. They kept our milk in their fridge. They will even microwave meals in their kitchen for you! We found the Lidl over the road very convenient. Small cafe/pasteleria Torraozinho easy 4 min walk. Fabulous for breakfast about €4 each. Great pastries and coffee! We would definitely stay here again.

No negatives apart from the fact the mattresses were too firm. Reminded me of a hospital bed. Storage for clothes could be improved with drawers. Only one small 1m rail for hanging clothes but that is all. But perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Great experience. Good service, great and helpful staff. We came on a 3 nights stay, the hotel is only 20 min from downtown Lisbon, 20 from Sintra and the west coast area. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay, I highly recommend it. Supermarket is right next to it p, opened late. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, never had any noise issues. Parking available on premises, we added this hotel for our stays in the Lisbon area. Ideal for those looking for a place to drop their bags, have a place to shower and sleep and to go enjoy the Lisbon area.

Having a vehicle on your own is highly recommended if you stay here, as it is fairly remote (yet close enough) from downtown.

I definitely recommend it. Comfy, warm, quiet place, friendly staff. Everything's really clean. More quiet rooms have windows to the backyard. Near you can find Lidl, just 50 meters. Also around you can find local small laces to drink coffee and eat, and a public laundry is also nearby. In the room are cute bathroom with shower cabin and hot water. You can always make a temperature higher or lower. A table with a chair is also very helpful if you're going to work a bit. Breakfast: they have machine for making pancakes, and I love it. Area has a lot of cubs. If you need to go somewhere there's no problem.

A little place to put your things. Maybe it's OK for one person. We store our clothes in a safe too, because there was a place 😁 But I think the main goal of most visitors is a business trip, so it's more than enough. An air conditioner turned off at night, when we wanted it to make colder, around 22°C. So, we slept with an open window to get a colder temperature. But we didn't ask a stuff. Maybe there was a way to set up the air conditioner. Breakfast: The coffee machine is making capuchino with sugar. Pancakes and warm toast are only warm food that you can get.

Good size bed. Nice bathroom. Simple but comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. I asked for a late check out because I had some work calls and they were super helpful. After checking out I was allowed to stay in the patio working, so it was perfect. 2 min walk to the bus stop. Supermarket right next to the hotel!

It’s missing a minibar to keep your snacks/drinks fresh. I wasn’t sure if the AC was working properly. Humid room, but you can easily open the window. I didn’t ask for breakfast because I think 12.50€ it’s too much.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Checking in was straightforward. Our room overlooks the motorway, the traffic could be heard but not to keep one awake. Bed was firm yet comfortable because we have back problems.

There wasn’t a kettle in the room to make a bedtime drink. Not all guests are tech savvy so a small file in each room with vital info would be most helpful; ie : local places of interest, bus station, train station, restaurants etc

Absolutely everything. What a great choice. The quality/price is just perfect. Window blocking totally the noise from outside for good quality sleep. Very clean, free parking outside in front of hotel, or inside for 6.50$ per day, and very kind staff. Great job from the person working at the breakfast, smiling, everytime cleaning the space and making sure we had everything. Great spot to visit cities around with a low cost hotel stay but with quality!

The room was clean, quiet, it had a good shower. Smooth check in/out. For a 2-star hotel, it exceeded expectations, except breakfast, very expensive for what it offers, lacks variety. We were also pleased with the water dispensers in our floor.

This was not the hotel's fault, but we woke up to roadworks at 8am on a Saturday. Oeiras city council should pay more attention to these details.

Convenient located near to the stadium of Oeiras in case you are attending a gig. Also not far from Lisbon, Belem, Cascais if driving. You can also get a bus to the train station and move around very easily. Bus in the area just accept cash. Our room was specious enough. Clean and tidy . Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable had everything enough for a couple of nights stay.

The were a big event nearby and it seems the hotel wasn’t prepared as there were only one staff at the check in desk and the line was big. Also the online check in link does not work through Booking reservation so the check in must be done in person.

The hotel is brand new, the room itself was huge (we had the room with two beds level 2) so lots of space for luggage. Had safety box and plenty of space to hang clothes. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities. Filtered water available in corridor just near the lifts. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not really near anything but you have Lidl supermarket across the road, some cafes about 5 mins walk (behind hotel) and a shopping centre a short drive away. You definitely need a car to stay here. Heaps of free parking behind the hotel. City centre is about 20 mins drive (on freeway and only cost €0.36 toll so don't bother going long way). Bathroom was large and super clean. Water pressure was amazing in shower. Hotel itself is wheelchair accessible but didn't see accessible rooms. Lifts are on the narrow side so check width of doors if you are a wheelchair user. Overall would definitely stay here again (as I usually have car).

Internet cut out all the time. That would be the only thing that would need addressing but otherwise hotel is PERFECT
