The hotel is on Porto salvo and it’s on one of the the roundabout. Is on quite place and you have a Lidl store just next to it and the big fitness centre behind it. Very easy access both (1 min walk). Porto salvo is a nice and quiet area otherwise. The launch area (where the breakfast is during the morning), is big so you can sit and chat or just spend your time. The staff are nice and friendly (in the reception), with other staff (cleaning and waitress), we don’t had chance to chat. The room was small with the small bathroom but I think is okay. Otherwise the room is clean and the bathroom also. Walk around is a nice time spending there.

So, firstly the carpets on the floor corridors look old. The room was a bit small but that’s still alright if you to have your rest and you are out all day. In the bathroom the sink didn’t drained very well but it was easy to fix. Also, there’s no fridge in the room. The breakfast wasn’t big choice and you have to get everything for yourself (tray, glass, cup, food, etc), and after breakfast you put everything on the self (like in the institute canteen)

Must say there is not much to complain except that it’s not renovated to the new HIE style of rooms but that comes with a bigger space as the older version was more spacious. Common areas are bit dated and dirty but staff are doing very well to keep the place in good shape, except may be one guy everyone else were cordial and good. Located in the business center of Lisbon 20-30 Mins to the city centre and super market very close by worked well for me, since I had rented a car.

Bit dated and over used and common areas needs a renovation

The room is bigger than in France Holiday Inn, so it’s a bit surprising for us. Besides, the breakfast is also better than France Holiday Inn, so it’s good for us for living here! And the parking is free and easy to park in the front of the hotel, it’s also much better than other HoliHoliday Inn.

The location is a little far away from the Lisbon, we need to spend 1 hours for reaching to the Lisbon center. Besides, after 24:00 almost no public transportation once we have got off the train, and it’s difficult to have the taxi, so we must walk back from the train station to hotel, almost half an hour walking during midnight.

Patient and friendly staff. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent cotton sheets and cozy pillows. Curtain were complete black material. Great breakfast. Delicous coffee- way better then Starbucks. Kids will love making their own delicious pancakes, on a very cool pancake machine. Our family really enjoy this place and will stay there again.

There wasnt anything I didnt like. Great price and strong wifi.

The hotel was good for short trips, very nice staff, good service and great breakfast with lots of options. Very well located. Rooms were clean every day 👌

The rooms need to be a little remodelled. The remote control of my television did not work as it should, the kettle came out of water when I turned it on. I think they could have more varieties of teas and at least one or two bottles of water if you want to use the kettle. You won't use the water in the bathroom. My toilet lid was shaking and it was too old. Even the bathroom trash can needs to be changed. I don't know about the others, but the toilet paper should be much better, otherwise it was very good to spend a few days.

Good Continental spread and excellent breakfast ., spacious rooms and a big super market in next compound . Staffs are very helpful in guiding for local transportation information and tours to Lisbon and other places . And guidance in fixing a tour operator for Sintra and Cascais tour. Nearest beach is Carcovelos ., two stations away .

Location of hotel is very calm and serene., but there are no public transport facilities nearby . Have to depend on Taxi to go to the nearest Moffusil Train station -Paco De Arcos., which charges 12 Euros up and down. (But the 24 hour Metro train pass is only 10 Euros. ) . Night after 9 No taxi is available at the Paco De Arcos train station to come to hotel, and forcing to walk back hotel.

Overall all good, everything was comfortable, can't complain much. Plenty of space in parking, Lidl just around a corner, it was quiet despite being near a big road, the bed was comfy for me.

Hot water in the shower was not really hot, which was the main issue for me, but I only stayed for 2 nights. Also, maybe it's too much to ask from a 3* hotel, but the breakfast could have been slightly more diverse, for example there were no vegetables.

Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Staff were simply wonderful people and very helpful.

The shower was in a tub that was about 24 inches high. I have a knee problem and I had to be very careful getting in and out of the tub. The neighborhood had only one restaurant within walking distance, and it was closed during the time we like to eat dinner (5pm).

Breakfast was great especially having the portogese P de Nata there every morning. No one watched us or rushed us at breakfast time. no complain at all. staff are excellent . The room was clean and BEDs were comfortable. Having a LIDL supermarket just meters away is a VERY BIG Bonus for the location of the hotel.

Calling from the room was extremely expensive. BAD decision from management to keep it this way. I know local or even european visitors have there mobile phone with them, so no need for room telephone. But visitors from USA Canada , Africa and Asia ...etc can not use here mobile phone so they need room telephone. In my experience, I needed to call airline a lot as they lost by baggage and cancelled my flight...so i needed to disturb the hotel reception staff to call the airline for me and I kept the reception telephone buys many times.

Excellent check-in (in French, very nice). The sofa-bed had been prepared properly for our two kids. For a couple, the room would be very nice, almost spacious. But with the sofa-bed open there wasn't much room left to move about, although the little desk was still usable. The kettle with a few tea/coffee bags was a nice touch. There were two sets of pillows (soft and hard) on both beds; again, a nice touch. The bathroom had a bathtub. Not huge, but enjoyable nonetheless. Our kid forgot his plush toy while waiting for checkin and we hadn't even noticed. Thankfully the staff had it on display at their desk so we could not miss it when we came back later in the evening. Very grateful for their kindnedd when giving it back too. Super nice breakfast with a good variety of everything, although nothing too fancy, apart from that wonderful automatic pancake maker ! Also the inn, true to the term, is conveniently placed next to the motorway (but without the noise, surprisingly) so that was super convenient. I had picked it so I could then drive to the airport in the morning and it was no hassle at all, almost all motorway : we were there within half an hour.

Nothing really bad comes to mind. It was all I expected and then the kindness of the staff made better what wasn't perfect. I guess the toilet seat needs fixing (kept slipping sideways because one of the hinges is loose), and there was no plug for the bathtub (we improvised) although that might be on purpose to save water ? There is an absolutely gigantic shopping mall not too far, but not close enough to really go there on foot (and it's not a very pleasant walk, I reckon). Well worth driving though, because with 37 restaurants and an entire level turned into a food courtyard, it certainly was worth the short drive. Oh, I missed the turn to the parking when I first arrived. Perhaps a tiny sign would be useful ?
