The breakfast included was pretty good (and saves tons of time in the morning). The staff is exceptionaly friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat on a smaller end as we had four people (parents and two teens). Hotel's location is great as it is close to the Oeiras shopping center with great food court. Hotel has plenty of parking.

The room could have been larger for four people. Nevertheless it worked ok for us. The laundry at the hotel is extremely expensive. We have found fully automated modern laundry just around the corner.

The location was great—perfect for us as we attended a concert nearby. There’s also a Lidl right next door, which was super convenient. They offer beers on-site, and the continental breakfast was fantastic with a nice variety. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

I had booked a room for three people, but I ended up travelling alone. Even so, I was given a room meant for just one person instead of the larger room I originally booked. Also, the check-in process was a bit slow, which could be improved.

The hotel is on Porto salvo and it’s on one of the the roundabout. Is on quite place and you have a Lidl store just next to it and the big fitness centre behind it. Very easy access both (1 min walk). Porto salvo is a nice and quiet area otherwise. The launch area (where the breakfast is during the morning), is big so you can sit and chat or just spend your time. The staff are nice and friendly (in the reception), with other staff (cleaning and waitress), we don’t had chance to chat. The room was small with the small bathroom but I think is okay. Otherwise the room is clean and the bathroom also. Walk around is a nice time spending there.

So, firstly the carpets on the floor corridors look old. The room was a bit small but that’s still alright if you to have your rest and you are out all day. In the bathroom the sink didn’t drained very well but it was easy to fix. Also, there’s no fridge in the room. The breakfast wasn’t big choice and you have to get everything for yourself (tray, glass, cup, food, etc), and after breakfast you put everything on the self (like in the institute canteen)

Must say there is not much to complain except that it’s not renovated to the new HIE style of rooms but that comes with a bigger space as the older version was more spacious. Common areas are bit dated and dirty but staff are doing very well to keep the place in good shape, except may be one guy everyone else were cordial and good. Located in the business center of Lisbon 20-30 Mins to the city centre and super market very close by worked well for me, since I had rented a car.

Bit dated and over used and common areas needs a renovation

The location was convenient for a family event we had in Cascais. The staff was really friendly and accommodating to our late check-in. We requested two rooms close to each other and they gave us connected rooms, which was great. Breakfast was ok, not huge variety but good enough to get the day started. Free parking is a major bonus and one of the reasons we chose this hotel, as we were driving through Lisbon. Overall a very positive experience and value for money.

It is unacceptable that the room does not have a fridge at least to keep some water cool, especially in the summer. In general, the common areas and rooms require basic maintenance. The hotel does not meet the high standards of many other hotels in the same chain in Εurope

Patient and friendly staff. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent cotton sheets and cozy pillows. Curtain were complete black material. Great breakfast. Delicous coffee- way better then Starbucks. Kids will love making their own delicious pancakes, on a very cool pancake machine. Our family really enjoy this place and will stay there again.

There wasnt anything I didnt like. Great price and strong wifi.

That’s the second time we stayed there! Last time in 2023, we didn’t fancy much to be honest. It was an ok hotel, breakfast was poor! But we picked there as it was close to the concert we were going! This time was different! They improved the breakfast which made a huge difference! It’s really good to see that they improved as a result of the reviews! Would definitely come back!

The room is bigger than in France Holiday Inn, so it’s a bit surprising for us. Besides, the breakfast is also better than France Holiday Inn, so it’s good for us for living here! And the parking is free and easy to park in the front of the hotel, it’s also much better than other HoliHoliday Inn.

The location is a little far away from the Lisbon, we need to spend 1 hours for reaching to the Lisbon center. Besides, after 24:00 almost no public transportation once we have got off the train, and it’s difficult to have the taxi, so we must walk back from the train station to hotel, almost half an hour walking during midnight.

Overall all good, everything was comfortable, can't complain much. Plenty of space in parking, Lidl just around a corner, it was quiet despite being near a big road, the bed was comfy for me.

Hot water in the shower was not really hot, which was the main issue for me, but I only stayed for 2 nights. Also, maybe it's too much to ask from a 3* hotel, but the breakfast could have been slightly more diverse, for example there were no vegetables.
