They had a parking and it’s within walking distance to take the train and to Lisbon. It’s a beautiful property with a fantastic breakfast provided.

The first time we arrived we had a great surprise! The staff handed us water and bread with butter and jam. Everything was so clean, especially the beds that were made every day, the towels were changed also every day. We had excelent breakfast with a magical view of the ocean and the sun. The staff was very polite and helpful. The night before leaving home we had a fado concert which was free, with selected wine, cheese and fruits. We had a really great time standing bere I totally recommend!!

It was very nicely and spacious room with the balcony and the ocean view, comfortable bed and pillows to sleep well. Good isolation. We had arrived early for almost four hours and what amazing personal they are prepared our room very quickly. It was very nice. A lot of restaurants by 20-30 min walking, but the food in the hotel’s restaurant also pretty good if you don’t want to go out.

The road between the hotel and the ocean. So noisy. But it is not the hotel problem. I guess that is Portugal concept of the coastal zone by the ocean in general.

Spacious room, good beds, beautiful romantic balcony. The view from the room on the top floor was astonishing. It's next to a busy road but we didn't hear car noise as the ocean waves were louder. Breakfast was good - not as diverse as in large chain hotels but we had more than we expected. I will definitely come back again.

Too few power sockets in the room, but that's common for old-time buildings.

This is s very nice hotel, good breakfast, a lovely building, lovely ocean view. Beaches nearby. If you need to get a train to Lisboa — the station is very near. Uber also works. The room was huge, like an apartment (bedroom and a living room). A full bathroom and a separate wc room, convenient! Cleaning team very good and efficient. Staff is excellent, especially the ladies in the breakfast area.

Noise from the road can be a bit overwhelming, but closing the windows helps. Also the room really needs some renovation, it’s just outdated. Many kitchen cabinets, but no kitchen sink, hardly anything there but 2 coffee cups and a kettle. The pillows were very tall, we only found one spare that was a bit flatter. The bed is on the harder side, i’m not a fan, personally.

Beautiful apartment with sitting room and separate bedroom, both with a balcony overlooking the sea and gardens Excellent dinner and breakfast. Free private car carking. Easy 10 min walk to a station for the train into Lisbon. Despite the main road running just below the gardens the noise was unobtrusive, even when sitting on the balcony.

Only thing to note is walking from the hotel along the road is not pleasant. It's possible and luckily there is a crossing just outside the hotel. This means walks to different restaurants and bars is not really practical. We were so worn out after a day walking round Lisbon this was not an issue and we used the excellent in house restaurant. It's pricey but good inclusive deals are possible. We got ours off Booking.com

Everything perfect , from hotel to staff

The room was exceptional bedroom, lounge and storage, and was kept immaculately clean by housekeeping, there was a good selection of food presented at breakfast including fresh fruit and a range of cereals. The view from the restaurant and lounge bar area were exceptional looking over the sea and towards Lisbon itself.

The hot food at breakfast could have been kept hot. Due to staff issues the restaurant was not open on weekend for evening meals, although not a major issue as we ventured out to the local restaurants.

Really nice hotel a bit outside of Lisbon. The pool is great, and there is a beach just a few minutes walk away. My room was very spacious and had everything you need. Breakfast was really good as well.

The hotel is right inbetween two train stations, which means it's about 1 km walk to either of them, along a busy road. The sleeping pillows were huge and rather uncomfortable, but there were others as well that were better to use. Cleaning was good overall, but it seems housekeeping consistently missed the mirror on the bedroom door.
