The staff was most kind - they upgraded our room when seeing one of us had mobility difficulties; we received a ground floor room instead of an upper floor one. It was also most convenient that their reception was available all night - we ordered pretty late at night. Very nice gardens. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon and beans - greatly appreciated!

The room was spacious, quiet during the day, clean and fresh. The employees were helpful and friendly. There was plenty or parking space. We were given good recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The location was a little remote and the property was a little dated and tired. There was quite a lot of noise and music during the night underneath our family room. The breakfast was basic...not 4 star quality.

It is 15min from the city center by car, but it really doesn't matter, as they count with free parking and before booking, you know that, so even though I am writting this in "I didn't like" it is more as "I knew it and it is not an inconvenience"

Resort well located and quiet (20min by car to Lisboa city center) Breakfast was healthy and well done. The Staff were super nice and always ready to help out.

Wardrobe was huge but a little cleaning inside cupboards after previous guests would have been appreciated.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and communicated well in english. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was large as well. The grounds were garden like and well maintained with a large pool. Great for families to enjoy with the kids. The property is secure and offers a large parking area. The breakfast was amazing, and the serving staff was attentive. We would definitely return, even if it meant going a bit out of our way.

Place was lovely with great views and pool are nice.

Too far away from anything. No facilities or machine for juice or water. Had to order food and drink from Uber eats. We were touring on a bike. In the heat you’d think you would get a bottle of water on arrival. No fridge in room. Breakfast was good.

The staff were extremely hospitable (let me use the kettle in the kitchen to make myself a cuppa) and generally very friendly.

Breakfast was limited (first hotel breakfast I've seen without any croissants) and the dining room quite small and awkward when full of guests...have to wait a while to make toast etc

It's not clearly at the outside that you are at the hotel. Without a car it is difficult to get to your hotel and there isn't anything near the hotel to eat or shop.
