Great location, right off the autoestrada so minimal traffic coming in and going out, quiet, and the beds were really comfortable. Pillows were changed at each cleaning and replaced with washed ones. Really clean room. Great gym. The staff were really nice! Excellent customer service and friendly, especially the blonde short-haired lady. Would book again.

Two areas for improvement: The AC unit needs cleaning, you could see the dirt through the vents, I got a sore throat from it within a couple days 🥲. The WiFi was a bit slow and you have to create an account then sign in every time, which isn’t great for work security purposes, so we used mobile hotspots the entire time.

For me and my son the area of the hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The room was always clean. We felt very safe. The hotel was outside of the center of Lisbon , but it worthy.perfect location. The restaurant and bar was fabulous and the good delicious. It was practical to get a taxi or bolt also a bus if you have paper money. Definitely we will be back in Lisbon, beautiful city with too many history to see and learn. Beautiful beaches still to see. Of course, we will be back to stay at this hotel next time. I will recommended to my friends and family too. Thanks to the staff for keep the room outstanding clean and the reception to help us to feel safe.

The restaurant and gym

Fabulous breakfast. Absolutely fantaatic, all you could name - they have it. A sunny terrace in green environment. My business meetings were 2 bus stops away and the bus 750 ua just outside the hotel. The airport is about 15 minutes' drive. A jukebox, books and magazines in the dining area, computer available... Vending machines with snacks and drinks.

A bjt far away from the city, but the price justifies it.

Overall, enjoyed the stay, but we did not make much use of the facilities. However, we did use the Restaurant when we arrived. The food was... ok, but it was well presented and the staff were welcoming. The bed was really good, loved it. Happy to have chosen this hotel.

It bit further from the city than we would have liked but with a car arrived easy. Did not explore the neighborhood but there didn't seem as if there was much to do.

The breakfast was good quality and good value for money, a long with the rest of the food. The room was very clean, a good size and extremely comfortable. Check in and check out were easy.

The location was a little far outside of Lisbon and other surrounding towns requiring taxis to go anywhere, further than advertised. Staff were very nice at check in but weren’t as approachable or accommodating when it came to the restaurant.

The hotel is next to the Floresta Monsanto and entering the park is free and connects you to nature trails for walking and hiking. There is a public transportation bus stop a 5-minute walk from the hotel which easily connects you to Lisbon's metro system. Breakfast is reasonable, eggs, fruits, yogurt, breads, cheeses.

Clean and comfy room and great location. Also the staff is warm and welcoming.

I have two little dogs, which I paid 15 euros for each and per night. Yet I was told by the bar staff member that they couldn't be in the dining area. I wasn't even going there, just cutting through to the terrace. If dogs are allowed and I pay a fee, they need to be a bit more flexible about where they can be.

Simple breakfast. We are not big eaters, so it was fine, but maybe have a bit more on offer. Reception staff were friendly. Some staff from house keeping were attached to their phones. We wished them without a reply from them. However, the lady who took care of our room all the days we were there was lovely.

Breakfast could have been better. Scrambled eggs one morning, were a hard congealed mess. Odd colour too. Maybe offer a bit more of a variety for the price. Otherwise, it is doable with whatever is on offer.

Breakfast was really good. Nice variety of food and drink and all fresh and tasty. Room was clean - other than a fridge it was fine. Nice and clean.

It is not close to shops or amenities by foot due to its location (however it was commutable as beside motorway / bus route and always Bolt cars available on app) there is also a large shopping Centre nearby that has food outlets as well as a supermarket.
