The location was convenient, near amenities cafes and supermarkets. the property was near several transport links to Lisbon and other locations.

The property would benefit of decoration update.

The location is good, really close to a metro/train that goes to/from Sintra to/from city center, easy to manage. Facility also has all appliances we need (washing machine, refrigerator, oven, etc) and also makes our lives easier. Several groceries stores around and good brazilian restaurant close to it.

Although it had a private bathroom, it was not joint to the room. Meaning that every single time we needed to use the bathroom we needed to get out of the room to the corridor and take the keys. It was not clear when I booked. Also the room is really close to the train station, meaning that it is noisy most of the time (including at night til maybe midnight).

Easy to find parking space for car. Near train terminal.

Room is so small and hardly any ventilation and couldn’t get even a nights sleep. Entrance door cannot be opened fully and knocks on the bed. At the door to the room my wife tripped twice and hurt her knee. Outside the room the door called terrace was wet and slippery at times due to a leaking hose. Cannot leave the window open as we saw insects around the door. No screen to prevent any insects coming in. Honestly I think you should refund at least one day charges because we just wasted the three nights without any comfort at all. I have pictures if you like to see that we can send.
