The best thing about this guest house is the owner! He is the sweetest most caring host I’ve ever experienced in 25 years of travelling around the globe! He can’t do enough for you and is genuinely happy to see you happy! The property is super modern clean and has everything you need. He even put a fridge in my friends room when we explained we had food from our last stay where we were in an apartment! The balcony is lovely, the location easy to get to lots of destinations, the shower is absolutely spectacular! The shutters helped make the noise from the road in my room not so bad and kept the room cool. The breakfast was fantastic with him making scrambled eggs fresh for us! Good choice of cheese bread and ham as well as yoghurts and little biscuits and cereals and lots of different teas aswell as normal coffee. Honestly it was fantastic! The towels were high quality and really good size and smelt of being dried outside which I love! Rooms are big and loads of wardrobe and drawers space. It’s a bargin stay and I’ll defo stay again but buy a piece of memory foam to make bed perfect for me!

I don’t want to complain because the host was so fabulous but I have to be honest the beds are super hard! But that does seem to be how they are in Portugal, it’s pretty standard. They are newish mattresses, not old or worn, just extra firm and I’m hyper mobile so I need a memory foam top style bed so most people would probably be very comfortable, it’s me who’s super fussy! Also a big dog barks from house opposite about 8am but I think it wouldn’t bother most people and I got used to it and again it’s pretty standard in Portugal! It’s located buy a main road but only a few rooms are next to it and I did get used to it after the first night so again shouldn’t be an issue for most people.

We spent 11 days in the apartment. Faustino was very kind and always helpful, he even provided us with a fridge in the room. The apartment was cleaned every day and everything was spotless. Breakfast was also good. The accommodation offers excellent value for money. We could park our car in the backyard. Thank you for everything, we had a great stay and we are completely satisfied!

Although the staff did not speak English, we were able to communicate using apps, staff were extremely friendly, I felt welcome from the first minute and they did all they can for me to feel comfortable. The room is very clean and the property it self is also clean and tidy. The room had A/C, I visited when the weather was a bit cold and I was able to use it for heating.

Overall the price is bit high for what you get, the place is very nice and all, but for the price it feels a bit unjustified.

Bed are comfortable, quite big room, private bathroom- everything you need for your stay. In the house is elevator. Breakfast is good and can ask for a little bit earlier if you need (we had at 7:30 because we need to hurry to Lisbon). Quite near for Lisbon centre and there are a lot of spaces to park car on the nearby streets.

Host doesn’t speak english but everything is good because he knows how to use google translate.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was minutes away from restaurants and shopping just a short walk or Uber ride. The host/mangers were attentive and helpful. They were very friendly and made the stay very pleasant.

The guest house went beyond my expectations; our host Faustino made us feel like at home. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the location was close (by car) to several locations we wanted to visit.

There was nothing I did not like.

Friendly guest (although not English speaking), great location, beautiful apartment complex, well equipped room.

Some further upkeep needed, shower head was faulty, some rust here and there. Breakfast variety quite low.

This guesthouse is sparkling clean. Check in went smoothly. Our friendly host used the Google speech translator to communicate which went very well. The breakfast was very nice. The location is right between Lisbon centre and Sintra which is very handy. You can park close by in the residential neighbourhood.

Location is very adequate for all directions. All very clean, functional in the house. Pristine white linen, both bed and bath! Great breakfast, and above all a very friendly host!

A coffee machine / vending machine for drinks in the lounge area will be an added benefit. When reception is closed there is no way of getting something to drink.
