This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, in a cute town that has tons of restaurants, cafes and beaches. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff is super friendly. We had fun in the pool and our daughter loved the playground! I would love to stay there again in the future!

The AC was not very good. And the rooms are very far from reception and elevator (only one was working), so we needed to walk a long distance to get to the lower floors and reception/restaurant. It is ok, just something to consider when having many kids or carrying multiple things.

The breakfast was very good. The location and the gardens were great. The hotel is beautiful and very pleasant to stay with a family. The personnel was very friendly.

Dinner was quite bad and not a positive value for money, avoid eating at the hotel restaurant.

We stayed for 5 nights on a family holiday and absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is stunning - a former palace with its own private Baroque chapel - so you feel like you’re living in a piece of history. Breakfast was the most delicious we’ve ever had (they even offer a glass of sparkling), and the staff were fantastic everywhere - from the restaurant to the pool—friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Our room was super-clean with daily housekeeping, which we really appreciated after long days out.

The location was great. The staff was very nice. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or services. The amenities were nice as well, always a little gift in the room.

The room was a little dark and felt old. There were ants in the bathroom (they didn't bother us but there were quite a lot. The shower was a little small. On the first morning, we were given gluten-free bread but it was microwaved so it was very chewy. On the second day, I asked if the bread could be baked instead. There must have been a miscommunication because it was also microwaved and chewy.

The location is amazing and super convenient. There are many restaurants options around and all services( ATM, Pharmacy, coffee shops, grocery stores, train station, etc). The blackout of the room is really good.

We stayed in one of the rooms far from main reception. The person that showed us the room took us to the longest way possible. It took us some time to find a straight way to exit. We had to carry the luggage down to main reception by stairs and then take them back to level 0. It doesn’t s make much sense for the reception to be below the stairs. The bathroom was quite old and lack amenities. Just bad quality shampoo was available. A hotel of this caliber should to provide everything needed for comfortable stay.

Liked big spacious bedroom and view from terrace, my husband enjoyed indoor pool and sauna, 5 minute walk from train station to Lisboa and Cascais. Paco de Arcos is lovely little town for a base to travel. In general we loved the hotel. The staff are outstanding and a credit to the hotel. A truly chill out hotel.

Never saw pool or pool area being cleaned for whole week we were there, bird poo and large geese poo around pool tiles!, also loads of ants.

The beautiful garden🌴🌿🌺, very nice with -gold mosaics- salt water pool (with shower and enough beds and shadow), the huge rooms and the beautiful historical yellow palace.🤩 Very quiet 😃 Staff and cleaning ladies are very calm, kind and helpful. 🙏 Close to supermarket and train station. Close to Cascais and Lisbon. Also great Italian restaurant within 3 minutes walking. Try the tiramisu!💫

A little dark in the corridors and no signs of where the lifts and stairs were. So it is a bit confusing to get to the breakfast hall. The food-table in the dining room is not convenient and too small. I missed some salads. 🥗 In the weekend some non- hotel guests show up at the swimming pool: because the public park is next to it and you just can walk up to and into the swimming area and hotel.🤔

Beautiful and authentic hotel. Delicious breakfast, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Lovely staff. There is an old chapel inside the hotel! It is like a museum!

Clean, spacious and good facilities.

Soundproofing is an issue. You can hear your neighbours talking if their volumes is even slightly above conversation level. Noise from the corridor and issue. Compared to other hotels, fire regulations were not obvious, fire doors as breaks in very long corridors were absent, self closing room doors and no evidence of sealing strips to lock fire/smoke in or out of rooms. Ventilation in bathrooms is an issue with smells coming in from the plumbing or ventilation system.

The staff that works at this hotel is wonderful. Sofía and Joao are lovely, they did everything to make our breakfasts very pleasant and we had everything we needed. They took wonderful care of our little girl. Breakfast is very good and the service is perfect. The cleanliness of this hotel in every corner is unbeatable. Congratulations to the cleaning team because they do a very hard and excellent job. . We loved the facilities, the room and the bed was very confortable. The children's areas are very well maintained. The chocolates that leave you every day with a poem in the room are a beautiful detail. If you want to relax it is an ideal place.

The temperature of the pools is too cold, we do not use them for this reason. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.
