Absolutely unbeatable price/quality/location. Designer's interiors. The layout of the hotel is very efficient Extremely efficient housekeeping and breakfast service team. New Year was busy, but the whole team did an excellent job. Rare a combination of elegance for families with middle budget. Off-season kids' room without supervision, nice playground on back yards. Ocean is at your feet, and golf facilities are well integrated into landscape Rich choice of fresh fruits, cheese, fresh juices, eggs, and bread varieties Pillows can be chosen in the room. Double room with 2 double beds is enough for family with 2 little children if they can sleep together. 1st floor had little patio with garden

Spa is overcrowded in pick hours. Treatment shall be pre-booked much in advance. Coffee didn't taste unfortunately. Hotel is soon 20 years..

Wellness was good. Beds were super comfortable. Location near cliffs was amazing.

They gave us room with partial sea view (I booked a room with sea view). After complain we get a better room. Room was not sunny - it was faced west/north. Renovation in the hotel - view from restaurant was not on the sea, but on the fence. Wellness was crowded. Cleaning was too much for me - I do not think it is necessary to clean 2 times a day (once the cleaning lady wake us up at 9 a.m. - I do not expected that so I did not use the sign Do not disturb). Beach in front of the hotel is closed now.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. From our very first interaction with the wonderful Micaël to our warm farewell from the friendly reception staff, we felt truly at home and well cared for. We were incredibly fortunate to receive an upgrade to a stunning premium oceanfront room, and waking up to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic was nothing short of magical. Micaël, from guest relations, went above and beyond to help arrange a massage for my husband—a perfect treat after a long drive. While he enjoyed his massage, my two-year-old and I spent time in the indoor pool. Though a little busy, it still felt spacious and relaxing. Breakfasts were delicious, and the Carnaval-themed dinners were not only perfectly organised but also a delight. A special mention to the lovely lady who arranged the themed dinners—she thoughtfully provided plastic dishware and coloring activities for the children, a small but meaningful touch that made all the difference. Every moment of our stay was exceptional, and we can't wait to return!

The staff were the nicest and most professional I've ever experienced in a hotel. They couldn't do enough for us and were so kind and thoughtful.

Not much to be honest, my only small problems were that the prices vs quality of SOME of the dishes in the restaurants was a little off, not that the food was bad by any measure, just that for me, the bifana was on target for price vs quality but the chicken Caesar Salad was way over priced considering the quality of the salad. The tinned fish starter was incredible but the cheese board was lacking, so really it just comes down to pricing decisions / recipe improvements.

Very hospitable staff: we felt very welcome. Everyone was trying to make our stay memorable. We were celebrating my husbands’ birthday and everything was done just as I requested prior to arrival. Very clean and comfortable rooms, spacious. Nice SPA area, not too crowded. Ocean view and ocean is literally 3 min walk from the room.

We asked for avocado during breakfast, but never got it! There is an HDMI slot, but it does not work. So if you want to watch a movie on Netflix, for example, you can’t. If HDMI is not functioning yet, maybe have Netflix subscription in the rooms in the meantime? Would be nice to have!

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is beautiful and serene. Our room had an oceanside view, as advertised. Our room was exactly what we expected; it was large, and our beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the personalization I received once I arrived. People immediately called me by name, and once we entered the room and turned on the TV, it said "Hello, Ms First Name Last Name." I felt special. The outside pool area was beautiful. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, wet and hot saunas were lovely. The food at the different restaurants was good, too, especially the peri peri chicken at Contrata. Our room included breakfast, and it was exceptional each morning. They were helpful in organizing activities and making sure we had transportation to the Lisbon airport.

The hotel is gorgeous, and breakfasts and dinners are amazing. 100% will come back. Highly recommended.

I didn't like the kids' club at this hotel at all. The staff seemed demotivated and didn't try to get my son interested in the activities. I've had much better experiences elsewhere. In other 4* or 5* star hotels I've stayed at, my child always dove into the kids' club activities, allowing me free time to work. In those places, he never wanted to leave and always asked to stay longer. In contrast, at this hotel, he didn't want to stay in the kids' club at all. Perhaps at reception, they should register the kids' ages and organize events for children of similar ages to improve the experience.

We spent a few unforgettable days here and left with only the warmest impressions! The hotel perfectly combines comfort, a convenient location, and heartfelt service. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping was done daily, and everything was always spotless. A special thanks to the staff — attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The breakfasts deserve particular praise: diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious! This place exceeded all our expectations, and we would happily return again!

This hotel is on my list of the best hotels. Everything was 5 stars. Excellent breakfast, wonderful swimming pool with Turkish and Finnish sauna. And most importantly, very nice and hospitable staff. Thanks to everyone, especially Mikael and Andreia. Mikael was very attentive to us, even gave us a short tour of the hotel grounds. Yes, and more. It was nice to receive a compliment from the hotel. I liked everything.

I really need to start with the staff, they are the soul of the Hotel. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help. The room was very clean and comfortable with a view over the garden and the ocean. The Hotel offers a variety of menus to choose from 4 different in house restaurants which made a great ambience in the evening, almost as if you were on a ship. Breakfast was excellent, with very good quality and variety. Indoor Spa was perfect to relax close to 20h. Outdoor pool had great temperature. We thank the amazing staff for everything, a special thank you to Conceição from one of the restaurants for the great service provided.
